5 couples stayed for 4 day weekend at this property - overall a fantastic stay! Great location and within walking distance to beach, bars & a few restaurants. Only negatives were drain in primary bedroom bath didn’t drain well & some beds were small for 2 people.

This was a perfect follow up to our stay in the city. The spacious house has everything you could want and the media room is fantastic. Beach is beautiful and great for walking! Just perfect.

The property is in an excellent location with very short beach access and great water views from the open deck on the fourth floor. Movie theater was enjoyed by my grandchildren and the house was very clean and well maintained. Some very minor issues were responded to quickly. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

The house was right next to the beach access. It couldn't have been more convenient. We have young children, so the pool and hot tub at the house was a major plus as well. You could also walk to local restaurants and the grocery store. The gourmet kitchen was an added bonus. We'll be back!

Our family loved this house. Close walk to beach and still able to see the waves from the deck. Elevator made it easy for older family members, too. I highly recommend.

Great Family vacation house and location. But rental charge increased over 60% for future.
Rental charges have exploded even more than last year. We would repeat our stay for 2023 if the rate was reasonably maintained from our week of June, 2022 stay, but in checking advertised total rental costs for The same time in 2023, they are now quoted at more than 50% higher.
House is 2 rows back from ocean. Good breeze, especially in evening. Loved the pool and upper roof deck.
Elaborate tv room needs instructions to operate.
We therefore barely used the screening room.
The living room sofa has a solid wooden base with cushions that are sagging and over used. Even with new cushions, the ungiving wooden frame does not feel remotely comfortable and this sofa is in the main living area where multiple people will want to sit in relative comfort.

Girls getaway
This property was wonderful! There are more than enough chairs on the deck, several that are lounge-type chairs, and it made for a very comfortable place to spend afternoons hanging by the pool. We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch people coming in from the beach and it was a quick two-minute walk and we had our toes in the sand.
There were 10 of us on this trip and we all slept very comfortably. The master bed was incredibly comfortable.
I would highly highly recommend this location as a great place to stay and will definitely be remembering it the next time we come into town!

Amazing!!
This was our first Vrbo experience and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, as well as the amenities. We had a problem with the hot tub, and the management co went out of their way to get it fixed. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and everyone, and are already looking to book it again next year!

Amazing property directly across from Beach Access
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It has everything that a family or large group could need and the location can not be beat. It has Ocean views from both the pool deck (2nd floor patio), 3rd floor balcony, and the roof observation deck. We had every intention of using the home theater (brought DVDs with us), but didn't need to, since we had perfect weather during our stay and spent all of our time on beach, on the pool / spa deck, or on the roof top in the evenings. Thank you Carolina One (and the Property owner) for taking such good care of this property - and making our stay enjoyable & memorable!

Getting dated
Nice property both size and location, 2 min walk to beach roofdeck is great,, pool is small but works. Only issue is owner is not maintaining.
AC upstairs in master doesn't keep up, about ~78 degrees on hot days.
None of the drains in the bathrooms worked properly.
TVs and electronics are all dated, media room is hard to get running.
Spa broke and took 2 days to get a response from the mgmt company, owner eventually came out and fixed.
We would stay again, but for the price charged should not have to deal with these issues.

Wonderful week away
Lovely house, made for enjoying sunny SC days! Nice decks, lovely pool and spa, nice home. Very short walk to the beautiful beach, rented bikes to ride to Breach Inlet to watch dolphins and sunsets. Shops and restaurants very close by. We loved the sauna and hot tub on cool days the pool in the sun. Watched classic films in the home theater at night

Property needed more cleaning - hair in 2 shower drains; something red in one sink (blood?); drains in MDR bath had issues - one wouldn’t close the other was VERY slow to drain; dropped my cell under one of the chairs in the movie room and had to retrieve it - it was a dump under those chairs; the house Had a great location and was nice but was showing its wear - could use more TLC upkeep; hot tub was good/pool was good

Great location & house
Property is conveniently located very close to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants. Great location for riding bikes - only a mile away from the bridge to Sullivan's Island. The property itself is really spacious and well-appointed (each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a movie room which surprisingly, we used quite a bit!!). And, the pool was a plus; we used it every day. The rooftop deck is also a great feature, with wonderful views of the ocean as well as the sunset.

View from Paradise
This property was in a perfect location for viewing the ocean and surrounding area. We had three families in the house and everything from the kitchen, to the theater room suited everyone. It was a great time for a getaway right after Christmas! We would love to come back to this beautiful house!

A Million $$ property' deserves more details
This eye-catching, multi-million dollar property a block from a pristine beach deserves an attention to detail that takes the user to an "out of this world" experience. The movie theater couldn't be used for live TV or movies because of continuing "buffering" issues, the management response, "that's a Comcast problem". There were no instructions to operate the television in the great room or any of the bedrooms. There were no instructions to enable use of the electric fireplace on a 32 degree morning. The hot tub instructions reference numbers 1-4, none of which accurately corresponded to the buttons on the tub. The management agents were polite and attempted to resolve issues but were unsuccessful except for a clogged sink. This property deserves better.

With all the amenities available, this place would be a five star. The wear and tear of being a rental is showing..
The sauna did not work during our stay and the pool/ whirlpool stopped heating our 4th night there. We paid additional for the pool heating for the entire week. The service manager was very attentive, but could not fix the pool situation during the rest of our stay, which was disappointing being that the weather became chilly and overcast our last few days.. would have definitely used the whirlpool if we could 😞
Thank goodness there are so many other great amenities in the property for our kids to busy them self with like the theater room and game table. The kitchen is also wonderful if you like to cook. We had 10 people for our stay and cooked most of the nights we stayed. I’d definitely stay here again, but would love to see better upkeep, like the rugs in the kitchen/ dining area were pretty dirty.

This house was everything and more!
Loved this property! Stayed here with 7 girls for our 40th birthdays. The house was clean and was everything the pictures described. House had amazing views of the ocean and was across the street from beach. 3 decks to enjoy and a great pool and jacuzzi to hang in. Was a 5 minute walk to delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches at Cafe Paname (owners are so nice!). Around the corner had a fantastic dinner at Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Would highly recommend this location/property and can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Wonderful home
We (3 families) stayed in mid April and absolutely loved this home. We have rented all over the US in a variety of rental properties and we all agreed this was one of the best! Going in with an open mind you know there will be issues, you will find them everywhere. However, taking things with a grain of salt we had nothing to complain about and the slight issue we had with the pool heat was addressed immediately. The service from Win and Caroline One was superb and we would absolutely rent this home again or another from Carolina One.
The location was perfect as it was such a short, easy walk to the beach. The home is located on the beach block but the beach access is right there. I also loved the fact you could walk to get food, ice cream, drinks, etc. The space in the home was wonderful and you could tell this home is well cared after. If I am going to be nit picky I would say the outdoor space in the back would be better served it were grass for kids to play on, and we really were a little disappointed the house didn't just supply beach chairs (we bought some and left them so it would be nice if others could use them).
Overall we enjoyed the home and would highly recommend it, we may even be back!

Beautiful house in perfect Isle of Palms location
This house was perfect for us. We had eight people and there was plenty of room. The pool was perfect for play and relaxation and the kids loved the giant "sandbox" (aka volleyball court) in the fenced-in backyard. Perfect walking distance to beach access off the main drag, so we felt like we had a little bit of beach all to ourselves. Two blocks from the small beachfront town as well, so lots to do and see when we could bring ourselves to leave the house. Definitely would come back here.

Perfect beach house
The house was great and the location wonderful., so close to the beach! We had stormy weather and the movie room came in handy. So much to do, the sand volleyball in the back yard was a big hit. We would definitely stay again, thank you for sharing your house.

The PERFECT beach house!
We stayed here in May for a girls weekend and couldn't have asked for a better house! There was plenty of room and everything was so spacious. The pool, hot tub, sauna, gourmet kitchen, rooftop deck and porches were exactly what we were looking for! All of us that stayed there had rave reviews and would absolutely stay there again!

Paradise, Indeed
This house is indeed paradise. The photos actually don't do it justice. We had looked at quite a few houses and are so glad we chose this one. The location is perfect, on the corner of 9th and Ocean Blvd with views of the beach from the pool and balconies. Downtown Charleston was only 15 minutes away. Grocery stores and Target were across the bridge, 10 minutes away. The house was just right for our 4 families. The open area in the kitchen and living room was great for entertaining, cooking, and relaxing. The media room was top notch with amazing automatic reclining chairs. The volleyball court is an added bonus, with lights. We had a few maintenance issues, but the manager was attentive and addressed them in a timely manner. She came to the house several times as well as followed up with phone calls to ensure the issues were being resolved and that we were comfortable. Overall, our families had a wonderful time and we'd love to come back and stay in this same house in the future.
