An extremely spacious unit for large parties to gather. Highly recommend this unit.

My family and extended family needed to be in town for a family funeral and this house was perfect for the amount of people and location. I cannot say enough about Jeff and how well he treated us over the weekend. Communication was quick, clear and he was always available for any question. I would definitely rent this place again under different circumstances to enjoy all of its amenities!

Very nice facility

We loved this house! Tons of room, close to shops and restaurants, and very well stocked. Teenagers enjoyed the pool and putting green. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is like staying at a resort for much less. The amenities are spectacular and by far the nicest home we have rented.

We had a great time, the property was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was better than the pictures! The town is so cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jeff was great with communication and always available for any questions. Definitely recommend, A++

Perfect for family up to 10. A few minor repairs are needed. Ceiling fans a very wobbly, and water damage in a few spots. Just needs talc. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay.

Jeff provided prompt and thorough arrival instructions. He was prompt with requests for pool lights, etc. We had an excellent stay at his property and would certainly stay again.

Well furnished, relaxing and great location

The house had plenty of space and the outdoor area was fantastic! The proximity to all of the beaches the area has to offer was fantastic but a quiet area to retreat to after a long day in the Sun! Jeff was great and the check in, out process was easy and stress free. Hot tub and pool at night was perfect! Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay, and found it was a good base for exploring the area, with lots of nice restaurants around, and the beach close by. The house was immaculate and we spent most of our time there relaxing by the pool and on the shaded patio. The front porch has comfy rockers, perfect for morning coffee. Jeff was super easy to communicate with, and we'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

Jeff's house is perfect location for beautiful golf courses. The pool looks nice but we never got in it. The place is perfect for 4 or more people each to have a bed. The setup was perfect for our needs. Jeff was more than helpful, especially his knowledge of golf in the area.

We had a great time on our vacation and the stay was perfect. Easy to check in and communication with Jeff was great. We had 12 people total-half were kids/teenagers. We loved the pool and hot tub. Messaging Jeff to turn the hot tub on when needed was no problem at all and it heated up to the perfect temperature in about 45min. The little kids loved playing in it during the day and the teenagers loved sitting at night in the tub too. Of course the adults did too. A few beds were broken for our stay but we managed. There were options of pullouts and air mattresses if needed. The house was nice and great for a large family with kids because things weren’t perfect and had some broken items and holes in the wall which made us feel okay and not like touching something would be wrong! Tons of bikes on site but we went through each one and only able to use 4. The rest were all broken. However, there is a local bike shop that you can rent bikes too. We rented one extra 3-wheel bike for my elderly mother. A few good chairs for the beach were available and some pool noodles. Tons of toys and games for little kids. We ended up not using the Wii as we had brought our own games and did not use the kayak either. We only saw one on site. The outdoor sitting area was a favorite and enough TVs that no one had any issues of not getting to use or watch something when wanted. The master shower is great too and it’s nice to have the access right to back by pool. We had plenty of silverware, plates and cooking utensils and used the grill a few nights too. The neighborhood was just great. A couple of us went running in the mornings and we rode bikes around everywhere including the beach. There was a buggy attachment for one of the bikes to carry small children or your beach bag and chair for the beach! The locals are so nice and we frequented the local restaurants and shops. Our favorite was The Taste and you could walk there. Overall we loved the house and neighborhood and would love to come back and stay again!

Jeff’s property was exactly how described. He was easily accessible and very accommodating for anything we needed. We were in town for baseball. The boys really enjoyed coming home to the pool and hot tub and relaxing out back. The area is quiet, but also close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent from Jeff again! The property is as advertised. Very clean and very nice. The pool and patio are fantastic! A great place to spend time with family. The only drawback is the pool house is stuffy and not comfortable for sleeping.

We had an amazing weekend with family at the property! Beautiful property with many amenities. Host was super accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and I hope to come back!

Our family had a great time and the kids loved all the toys. The house & kitchen are very well appointed. The outside covered patio with fans made it comfortable to sit out in the hot weather. The pool & spa are great and provided hours of fun! Great location and close to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

As a family of 6, sometimes it’s hard to find a house big enough for everyone to be very comfortable- this house is just incredible! We loved the layout, the “extras”, but the best part is the outdoor living space and pool! The kids are missing it already! Just for info- the house is equipped with most things you need for your stay- from towels to extra pillows and linens, to basic cooking needs- including some spices. There were extra paper towels and toilet paper as well as laundry detergent too! One small thing missing was dish washer detergent. If I was going to stay a long time, I’d put up a shower curtain in the master bath and black out curtains in the bedrooms. One more hint for large families is to bring paper plates/bowls. The house has a standard amount- but we were constantly washing and eventually ran out to grab some! The distance to the gorgeous beach via car was only 5 mins or so. It’s an easy walk to several great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this house for our next trip to Hobe Sound!

My hubby and I live nearby but rented this property so my children and our grands could all be together comfortably. Had a ton of fun in the pool! The toy room off bedroom #2 was a great hit with the 5 year old twins as well as the standalone playhouse room with toys and extra full size fridge! Papa T lost the putting competition and treated all to icecream at Courtney's nearby. Very convenient to have Winn-Dixie grocery, Bealls Outlet dept store, Dollar Tree, and liquor store in the plaza nearby. It was a great property, a great week, and we've already planned another week for the other half of the family!

The house and amenities were perfect for our family getaway. We walked to the beach, rode bikes in the neighborhood, cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed tome with family.

We were delighted with the house. We enjoyed riding the bikes through the "tunnel of trees" to the beach and walking to excellent restaurants just outside the neighborhood. The separate pool house worked out well for an adult son, and the main house was easy to divide between 2 couples and our 2 adult daughters inside. Beautiful outdoor space, well-maintained. Jeff was easy, pleasant, and professional. Watch for the step-down into the large Master suite. No other negatives and the overwhelming positives still make it a 5 for me.

We really enjoyed the quiet home in a cute neighborhood. We took scenic bikes rides to park & beach (home equipped with several size bikes!) We also greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendations- there are 3 delicious restaurants that are a short walk (we did takeout at each.) We plan to return, we loved it!

I've stayed in VRBOs before and never been more pleasantly surprised. The place was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. The master bedroom is huge! The kitchen opens up to the ample size family room. The place had everything we needed, including plenty of extra rooms for working from home as we did, or for additional guests. The home had a beautiful private patio in back with pool and hot tub, plus it's only a 20 minute walk to the beach. If you drive to the beach, there is free parking too. Jeff was a super host who addressed every question or minor issue we had promptly. This was his family home so there wasn't anything he didn't know about the home and the town. Local restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distanced too. There are TVs in every room and the WiFi was plenty fast too. We will be back again if this home is available.

Our family needed to take a quick trip to Jupiter but because of the pandemic, we wanted to rent a house so we could cook ourselves and limit our exposure to others. Jeff's place was perfect. We were able to telework and have fun at the same time. It is very close to Hobe Sound beach and the walk through the banyon trees to get there was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were a great plus too. Even got in a little putting on the green too.
