To start with, John was really helpful and communicative. He gave me restaurant suggestions and even offered to give me some ideas for Memphis (where we were flying into before Oxford). The house was clean and they even left us a huge cookie with an Ole Miss slogan on it (a playful little dig at our group who were in town rooting for the visiting team). The house is about a 20 minute walk from the square through nice neighborhoods and right past Faulkner's grave. The house is super comfortable with easy check in and check out. Also, another nice touch is that the kitchen has all the little things you might need if you plan to cook (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). We had a great time and I highly recommend this house for your Oxford trip. Lastly, I didn't have my kids with me but this would be a great house if you are traveling with kids.

Had a great time! Owner, John , was easy to work with and responsive. Home was clean and presented well. Had plenty of room for everybody and good amount of amenities including towels, blankets, grill etc. Would highly recommend!
