Steps to the non-driving section of the beach!
Das Haus ist brandneu und wurde im Dezember 2015 fertiggestellt. Entworfen von dem lokalen Architekten Bryan McCloskey mit den Innenarchitekten A B Connor & Associates, ist das Haus sowohl schön als auch funktional und bietet Ausblicke von jedem Zimmer. Das Haus verfügt über hohe Decken und Holzböden.
Die erste Etage bietet überdachte Parkplätze, zwei Warmwasserduschen im Freien und überdachten Wohnraum im Freien für sechs Personen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und verfügt über einen Pool und eine Feuerstelle. Der zweite Stock beherbergt die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, eine Außenterrasse, eine Gästetoilette, eine Waschküche und das Hauptschlafzimmer (Pillow-Top-Queen-Size-Bett) mit einem unglaublichen Bad.
Die dritte Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Jack-and-Jill-Badezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Fernseher.
Schließlich ist das Turmzimmer im dritten Stock der ideale Ort, um die Küste zu sehen, Spiele zu spielen oder sich zu entspannen und ein Buch zu lesen.

We had a wonderful week in St Augustine, my husband, myself, and our kids! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it didn’t fail to meet all of our needs. The owners were excellent at communicating if we had questions or concerns and helped us surprise our daughter with balloons upon our arrival on her birthday! We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfectly located St Augustine getaway!

Love the St. Augustine area and this house! The house is well-maintained and just a few steps from the beach. We love the view from the porch. The private pool is a bonus! This year more beach supplies were added…another bonus.

This house worked out great for the 6 of us. You can’t much better with the location to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops & ice cream shops. We walked to all of them.
The house is very clean & has a well stock kitchen. Pool area is very nice. We loved sitting out on the front deck in the morning with our coffee & watching the sunrise.
Phil the owner is great to work with if you have any issues.
The grill & patio furniture are pretty worn but we still sat out by the pool & grilled.

Great location and inside was very clean back yard and pool area clean. I would have given a 5 star except many of the chairs were broken and new build next door that was loud during the day and workers working up high watching us at the pool.

This house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location! Restaurants and shops are walkable and we loved the Farmers Market. Only a few steps to the beach, but we did enjoy the pool as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, perfectly located to walk out and spend the day at the beach! Private backyard and sweet pool if you want to skip the beach. Two outdoor showers, one by the pool and one out front to shower off the sand from the beach! We stayed here with our family of 6 and we loved it. Walked to numerous great restaurants!

We loved this house. It was very clean, and so much stuff was provided: everything from kitchen utensils to coffee filters to beach chairs and beach towels. The walk to the beach is very short and easy.

Fantastic long-weekend rental… nearly adjacent to 10th Street beach access. Nicely appointed - great bedding, towels, etc. Kitchen and bathrooms super nice. All beds comfortable. Actually, it was all nice! Very clean. Would absolutely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

The house is great - location is perfect for beach access and within walking distance to almost anything you could need. The layout of the home is nice - kids’ bedrooms upstairs and the primary bedroom on the main floor. The pool and outdoor area was great after a day at the beach and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit during a couple of cooler evenings.
The kitchen provided basic essentials - not a ton of extras, but certainly enough to manage our family of 5 for the week.
Overall, we loved the house and our vacation in Saint Augustine. Can’t wait to return next year!

With our kids grown into twenty-somethings and flung across the country, we needed someplace we could converge and relax. It was perfect! We loved being able to walk out the door and down to the beach. Ice cream? Less than five minutes away. Outings? The state park is a great place to go kayaking and see dolphins, stingrays, turtles, and all kinds of birds.
The house had everything we needed to relax, cook our meals, and enjoy time together. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We found we didn't really use the swimming pool but it was nice to have the option.
It was a lovely vacation!
