Great home, great location.

Great location! House was clean and communication was perfect.

This house was a great choice for us with its proximity to both the beach and Dock Square. The house is large and attractively furnished with plenty of room for our group of 7. The hosts provided plenty of beach gear, which we appreciated!

This house is perfect for a large family or for 2 smaller families to share. The bonus game room was great for the occasional rainy day recreation. Although it is located on the main beach road the house is set back far enough so there is little traffic noise, and it is about a 10 minute walk either to the beach or into the port. The owner was very responsive to any requests. The only negative was that the kitchen could be better provisioned with some basics. The dinnerware is large and heavy, and not in sufficient quantity if you have a large group.

Recently stayed with a group of 6 friends. The house was clean and well maintained, and plenty of room for all! Very short drive to downtown Kennebunk.

This was our third stay and it was amazing, as always. The house is very clean with a great layout for multiple families and everything you need. Check-in was seamless and the location couldn't be better. 10 minute walk to Dock Square and 10 minute walk to the beach, always something to do in the area. We love staying here and will continue our annual trips!

I rented this property to specifically accommodate my family Christmas gathering on the 25th. The property is exactly as described. Enough room to provide for cookie baking, meal celebration and gift exchange ( 17 of us!). We also had the fortunate experience of a power outage, thanks to the timing of mother nature, Brian and I were in constant contact as he wanted to be sure we were as comfortable as possible. Being able to use the fireplace was a bonus during this unexpected adventure. When power came back 24 hrs later again Brian was in touch making sure all was working as it should be. So grateful to have a warm place for my family ( as most had no electricity) to celebrate. Kennebunk is a beautiful area, even more so during the holidays. Being from Maine it is always wonderful to be back home. Looking forward to a future stay at this property.

We rented this home for our wedding week as a place for family to stay who were traveling a good distance to attend our mid-week wedding. The house was perfectly set up for various groups to enjoy and the home is very well appointed in the kitchen with pots and pans and accessories. The homeowner was very responsive and pleasant to correspond with throughout booking and our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. Our only hiccup was that the house was not ready at check-in time and we had to drive around Kennebunk for an hour + with a hungry toddler while we had planned to cook dinner at the home for our first night. A bit of an inconvenience when you are planning to unload coolers and unpack cars and feed children dinner. The homeowner was upfront about the home not being ready but mentioned it would be 30min while we didn't get to take possession of the home until 5:15pm. Once we were in, it was a great stay with lots of happy memories of our wedding and family fun. We would gladly stay again, I only mention the delayed check in so that if it is a common occurrence families can plan to have take out dinner or something quick the day of their arrival. A perfect location, close to the beach and town. A very wonderful home. Thank you to the owners for renting it out. It was a perfect spot for us all.

This is a wonderful location, and the appointment of the home is just as good as the location. I can walk to the beach, visit the Franciscan property across the street, and walk into town with ease… making a car superfluous in most cases. The kitchen is ample, the beds great, and the Internet allowed my wife and I to handle meetings with ease. The owners are a joy to work with and I look forward to next years visit. 10 out of 10.

Our family had a great vacation at the Wiley house. The house was very clean and spacious. We had 4 generations of family (9 people, overall) staying here for most of the week and the house is set up very well for two families. The location is basically midway between the Kennebunk beaches and the shops and restaurants in town. You can easily walk to both - and we did. We did have a small inconvenience upon check-in, where the cleaning crew was not finished before the 4pm check-in time, that resulted in checking in around 5pm. After a 4-hour drive with two kids and a dog in the car, this was not ideal - but we are pretty understanding that these things happen and went over to the school playground to kill some time and energy. I did not raise this issue with Bryan. However, Bryan was excellent in his communications and available throughout the entire process to answer any questions. Overall, we loved the property and would certainly be interested in renting again in the future.

We were so thrilled with the house. It was modern and spacious and worked out great for us, our 3 adult children and 2 toddlers. The location is perfect — an easy walk to Gooch’s and to the Port. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need inside and out, including toiletries, paper products, towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrella. We have been renting in Kennebunk for 14 years and this house was the best ever!

We loved this home! It had plenty of room for our family to enjoy. We were able to play cards with 12 people around the kitchen table. Perfect location for Dock Square and Gooch’s beach!

We were very pleased with the property and its location. It was an easy walk to town and to the beach. The house was clean, had great games and beach toys for the children. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would rent this space again.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is so warm and cozy. You can't beat the location to dock square and Gooch's beach. Our dogs felt right at home and absolutely loved running on the beach. This house is private enough where you don't see or hear the neighbors. Brian, the property managager, is wonderful to work with and he keeps his home impeccable. We can't wait for our next stay. Lisa, Steve and the Vizslas :)

Had such an amazing time here with our two small kids and friends! Easily walkable to town or the beach, the house literally has everything you need! So much seating for everyone with a game room and separated parts of the house to give everyone privacy. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Thanks!

We were so happy to take a little getaway to Maine with our dog or a change of scenery. The house was great and a short walk to the beach and town. House was so spacious and clean. The host was super communicative. The kids loved the ping pong table. We would def rent again and even bring family or friends with us. There was so much room!

My family and I enjoyed our getaway at this home. The kitchen and living room areas were perfect for us to all eat and lounge together-we had 7 adults and 3 babies. The home is much more spacious than the pictures appeared online. We had three babies all under the age of two and there was plenty of room to set up our pack n plays. Perfect home if you’re bringing little ones especially with the upstairs tub! Lots of board games to pick from, ping pong table was a huge hit, and the apps to choose from on the tv was more than enough. We mostly watched Netflix and YouTube. We brought our dog and everything was perfect for her. Easy door off of the kitchen/living room to let her outback. Plenty of room in the driveway for our 4 trucks. We mostly stayed at the house but we did run out to visit some antique shops- plenty to offer in this area. Only complaint was the two bedrooms downstairs got very chilly, especially when the doors were shut. We are planning to come back this summer and hoping to have another great experience during a different season! Thank you for your hospitality we really enjoyed our time!

We stayed here for the Christmas Prelude. This house was great! Very close to both town and the beach- everyone walked, didn't need to drive!! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Beds, couches were comfortable, kitchen and other rooms spacious and inviting. Ping pong table was a fun bonus! Owners were friendly and very easy to communicate with. Definitely rent this house!!

This was an unusual find! This was a great house and a great location for a weekend of relaxing, shopping. walking along the beach, and dining in and out of the hospital!

My sister, 2 adult nieces and I stayed here for our resumed annual sisters weekend. House was great, very comfortable with room to spread out if needed. An easy walk to Gooch's Beach and town. It really worked for us.

We recently stayed at this property with my parents and some extended family. We couldn't have been happier with the spaciousness of the home; I felt there were plenty of areas to retreat if you needed some privacy. We loved the location just as much was home. We were perfectly situated between the beach and the downtown area...we walked to both every day. This was our first visit to Kennebunkport and we already cannot wait to go back!
