Lovely condo, walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping! large porch with beautiful views overlooking marina. Condo was so clean and comfortable, nicely furnished! Hosts were very easy to work with and kept in touch. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Everything was great and was exactly as the listing stated. The condo was spacious and everything we needed was there except for a golf cart and a boat. lol
The only real problem we had was the couple that was on the third floor above us, it almost felt like they were doing it intentionally Sometimes at 4:30 in the morning until midnight. You could hear every “stomping” footstep they took and their dog barking. With the exception of that, we had a great time! I don’t know if that couple lives there or if they were renting but we would not stay there again if we knew they were going to be there.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two-bedroom condo on the second floor. We enjoyed many hours on the rocking chairs on porch facing the water. Beautiful views!
In addition, they location was perfect for exploring the town on the golf cart we rented. Fun shops, good food and live music were all found in Southport.

As great as the pictures are on the listing for this condo, they do not do it justice! The location is great, the town is walkable from the rental, especially the restaurants at the yacht basin. The deck was a favorite spot to drink morning coffee and watch the boat traffic, those container ships are crazy!! The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need. This condo is a perfect jumping off spot for all beach adventures: Oak Island, Bald Head (a must visit), plus the ferry to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. I cannot wait to come back for another visit, and this property will definitely be my ‘go to’. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The minute we opened the door: Beautiful view, beautiful decor, the best location, spotlessly clean. The owner was fantastic & prompt when we had questions. You can tell that this condo is well loved by the owners, with no detail missed. Like a 5 star luxury hotel. Convenient to walk to restaurants, etc. Huge private deck to watch boats go by & feel the breeze. You will not want to leave! Would stay here again and again!

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at Butch and Kathleen’s lovely condo. It is truly perfection in every way: cleanliness and attention to detail, everything a guest could need is provided. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and those fabulous swings at Waterfront Park! Of course, the view from the condo deck is breathtaking! We had a lovely stay at Butch and Kathleen's and could not ask for a better experience. The accommodations were excellent - comfortable and we had everything we needed. The balcony is relaxing with a million-dollar view. Butch's communications were excellent. The trip exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we will be back soon!

View from the living room and deck are wonderful! And the location in town near all the activities is great! But we wished it had been cleaner and updated a little more. The furniture is downtrodden and the stove wasn't clean. But otherwise, we were happy there.

This is one of those times when I almost want to hold back on how wonderful this place is because we would kind of like to keep it our secret. We enjoyed everything about the condo! It’s exceptionally clean, which is of the utmost importance to our family, comfortable, very well stocked, spacious, and, of course, that amazing view! We could have sat on the deck for hours. Location is excellent. It’s about a ten minute walk along charming West St or the water to shops and restaurants. We hope to return soon. Thanks so much, Butch & Kathleen!

This condo is just perfect. It is so spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The time spent on the deck was just what we needed. The view is incredible! The host was wonderful to work with, making great suggestions for dining! We have found a new happy place in Southport.

Everything was great from the responsiveness of the owner to the condo to the localation to downtown to the view of the marina. We really couldn't have asked for a better VRBO choice for the week. Building also had an elevator & parking for our car and so many amenities in the condo. I would highly recommend this place. It was super clean and really had everything we needed for our stay.

As always, it was a wonderful trip. The condo is clean, spacious, well decorated and lots of little extras to make the guest more comfortable. I have stayed here several times and hope to stay here many more times! I called this “my Southport Condo“😃

The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the water and downtown Southport. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and along the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with about check-in and check-out. Always a great trip.

This was our fourth time in Southport and this place has become our favorite. The unit had everything we needed and felt like home. The deck was wonderful place to relax and watch the boats. And it is so close to downtown. Will definitely be back

The property was great. The owner communication was awesome. Before I even realized there was a hurricane threatening to ruin our plans the owner had reached out to let us know and that he would keep us informed. Which he then followed up on. Luckily it didn't overly effect the Southport area and we were able to proceed with our trip.

The condo was immaculate and the views were gorgeous. We loved staying here and this property allowed us to do everything we wanted in Southport and it was a great jumping off point to other parts of the NC coast. We couldn’t ask for more and the host was amazing to deal with.

Guest house was perfect for us. Spotless and everything we could possibly need while we visited the charming town of Edenton. The refrigerator and freezer were even stocked with beverages, snacks and ice cream bars!!

Southport is a charming, low key place. This spacious, well appointed condo overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy the pleasant scenery and have walks along the water and over to the quaint places, and tasty eateries along Howe and Moore Streets in Southport.

My wife and I love Southport and we wanted to take a spring trip to relax and recharge. The accommodations were excellent. Great views, great location and a great host. Butch responded to any questions very quickly and made sure that our stay was pleasant. We will be back for sure.
