The apartment was well stocked. More so than most VRBO places. Kitchen had everything you need. Over supply of towels. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. On a quiet, safe street. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Great location. Christian was extremely helpful in explaining everything and giving a list of restaurants with brief descriptions. Helped us with our bags, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about were the small and disconnected bathrooms. However I was more than aware of this prior to booking. So it wasn’t a surprise. But I prefer larger bathrooms. We pretty much only used the one with the tub. It was just my husband and kids. I would recommend this place to other families traveling to Paris.

Christian was the perfect host who sincerely cared about our comfort and helping us make lasting memories. We felt like Parisians! The location was great-just a short walk to the center of the Champs Elysee with easy access to the metro. The beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning was quite welcome because it was hot, and we had everything we wanted or needed! Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay in Paris was great. This property and Christian were above and beyond. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and Christian not only gave us paperwork with suggested restaurants and nearby activities, he even gave us a tour of the surrounding area. The home is well stocked and has so many amenities. Air conditioning was appreciated for this family from Texas! Beds were comfortable, tv’s in all bed rooms, and two “dog speakers” the teenagers loved. Located just a few steps from Metro so travel around Paris was easy. Loved our stay. Thank you Christian!

We had a wonderful stay at Christian's property. It is comfortable and Christian is an attentive host from beginning to end. Most impressive that Christian spent time with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we know how to operate everything in the apartment and know our way around the neighborhood. Truly a notch above the rest! My parents (aged 75), kids (16 and 13) and my husband and I were very comfortable and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

If we could give it 6 stars, we would. Everything about the apartment was great including the location. We never had to worry about safety in the neighborhood. Christian met us at the apartment for a very early check in and gave us an extensive tour of the apartment and the neighborhood. When we had a medical issue that we texted him about, he answered us immediately, suggesting alternate plans of action based upon severity, He is a terrific host. We would definitely go back on our next trip to Paris.

Echoing virtually all of the past reviews, Christian is the best host we have had. We arrived very early morning, jet-lagged and Christian met us at the apartment, let us in, and gave us a tour of the flat and the surrounding area. We contacted him several times during our 4 night stay with general questions about Paris and he was always helpful. The apartment is large, easily accommodating three adult couples. You could tuck a few children in there as well, if needed. The beds were American king bed size. The layout is a bit irregular and the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but this is probably not unusual considering the age of the beautiful, old dwellings in the neighborhood, likely built in the early 1800s (?). The apartment is well-stocked, clean, light, and in a very safe location. We walked everywhere from there, occasionally taking the convenient Metro for long distance hops. Breakfast was fresh croissants and pastries from nearby boulangeries. The bistro around the corner, La Traboule is very good and reasonable! I would not hesitate to return to this apartment, especially with a group of six.

Spacious Apartment close to Les Champs Elysees. Lots of room and very comfortable. Christian and Taylor were spectacular hosts and took hours of their time to show us around the neighborhood and point out the best places to shop and eat. The apartment was well appointed with towels, soap, laundry, paper products and all of the things you’d need but not want to purchase. I’d highly recommend this property and specifically Christian and Taylor as understanding the needs of the traveler renting their apartment. Great Stay!

Christian and Taylor received us early in the morning, helped us with our luggage, invited us to breakfast at Julien and showed us the neighborhood. We only have thankful words for them and 5 star rating for the apartment. The location was amazing, we had a wonderful time!!

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful apartment. It's elegant yet incredibly comfortable. Great location, very convenient. We felt very safe - it's in the middle of things but quiet. 3 bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, large dining room, nice kitchen -- very spacious. Lovely breeze from the windows but also air conditioned. Every amenity - clean and beautiful. The only thing better than the place itself is the care that was given by the host. It was all truly wonderful.

We had a fabulous stay in Paris at this wonderful apartment, with Christian and Taylor as the best hosts we have ever had. We are a family of four (with two teens) who stayed here for five nights in August 2022. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, with several very clever (and entertaining!) design features, and a strong Parisian vibe. We found the kitchen to be very functional and the air conditioning useful on some of the warm summer evenings. The location is exceptional. We walked everywhere — The Louvre, Orsay, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, etc. When we arrived Christian and Taylor met us at the apartment, provided a very thorough overview of the place, and then took us on a guided walking tour of the neighborhood, pointing out several markets and cafes that they recommended. Try nearby Boulangerie Julien for a true Parisian morning cafe experience. Overall, this apartment is exceptional and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week in Paris at Christian’s apartment. It’s conveniently located steps from the Metro and several bus lines, and it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. Our group of two families (each with two adults and two kids) fit very well— the ensuite bedrooms felt like their own separate wings, with the kids’ bedroom adjacent to the common areas. Lots of privacy for the adults, space to play for the kids, and a great Parisian vibe throughout. Thanks to Christian and Taylor for being excellent and attentive hosts!

Location. Location. Location. Christian was wonderful. He met us at the apartment even thought it was late in the evening and walked us through everything we needed to know. He even took us for a stroll around the neighborhood and it was midnight already. He was kind enough to stock the refrigerator with milk, water, fruit and yogurt for the kids and refused to charge us for it. He was always available and made us feel very welcome. We will be back.

The hosts were great to deal with and the apartment was well located and very clean. This is the best VRBO that we ever stayed in. Very impressive.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had in Paris! The VRBO was exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean and inviting! Christian met us when we checked in, went over everything and was extremely helpful. There are many good restaurants within walking distance, a store and a fabulous bakery. If you are looking for a true Paris apartment with a super host, this is it! We will be back!

We are a family of 5 and the apartment was perfect for us, Charming, fun, functional and a great location!! Christian and Taylor are the best! They met us on the street helping us with our luggage then spent a long time with us touring the apartment, learning how everything works giving us an app to navigate the city and many wonderful ideas on what to see and do. They even walked us around the neighborhood showing us markets and restaurants. Christian also texted throughout the stay making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to stay in our “Paris Home” again on our next trip!!

Great location. Host welcomed us and oriented us to neighborhood. 3 couples fit into apartment easily.

Travelled with my mom (a senior), cousin, and friend to see the French Open. Christian and Taylor were wonderful hosts, met us upon arrival at the flat, and devoted a significant amount of time to making sure we were comfortably situated and oriented to the area. We even had a lovely lunch with them the day we arrived! The flat was spacious and charming, rooms interconnected by quirky sets of doors. It was remarkably quiet within the flat - sound really did not carry from one bedroom to the next as all were separated by doors and hallways. Our group of four was quite comfortable and each had a bathroom to herself. Some baths would be preferable to others if one had limited mobility as one or two required a step up, but Christian was very forthright about this and any mobility challenges upon booking. The location of the flat was wonderful - sightseeing, shopping, and Metro all easily accessible by foot. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would be happy to return!

Christian and Taylor were the most helpful hosts we have ever had. We have rented through VBRO and others many times, but these host did and offered things no others ever have in the past to make our trip as enjoyable and informative as possible. The a/c, which is important to us Texans, kept us very happy and cold at night! We all had our own bathrooms, which was nice. Everything you could ever ask for is within walking distance. I went for a four mile run every morning, and seeing the Eiffel Tower just steps outside the door on my run really made this place feel extra special. These hots were the best!

Christian was very helpful and kind in getting us checked in. He took us on a tour of the surrounding area which was very helpful. The apartment and facilities were great. This was a very convenient place to stay in a good neighborhood and close to the subway. We absolutely loved our stay here and would go back. Five stars.

The host was just AMAZING... He even set up a Xmass Tree as a surprise for my kids when we arrived in the Apt. He goes above and beyond what I would expect of a HOST....

The owner spent about an hour with us explaining how everything in the apartment worked, and giving us a tour of the best stores (bakeries, Restaurants, etc.) in the area. He also showed up at 7:15 in the morning to help us carry our luggage out to the taxis when checking out

What a great VRBO find. The apartment is close to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We were here on a five day visit with another family. We had plenty of space for all of us. Christian took the time to go over all the details of the apartment. He also took us on a 20 minute tour of the local area and assisted us with a checking into a local restaurant before departing. This was by far a favorite place for us to stay and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you Christian!

This apartment was great. It has its own personality and was perfect for my family and in-laws for our 4 day visit to Paris. The location can’t be beat and the space in the apartment is awesome. We had 8 people here and we were never crowded. Plenty of room! Christian went out of the way to accommodate us and really made our stay easy and well informed. I would definitely book this place again.

This was truly an amazing VRBO just a couple blocks off the Champs Elysees. Metro stop 1 minute away, able to walk within 30 minutes to Notre Dame, Louve, Arc and more. Large open floor plan for plenty of place to spread out after a long day of sight seeing. Each room has air conditioning units (key during summer), easy to use washer and dryer, and plenty of space in a kitchen for meals. The best part was working with Christian the owner/manager. He greats you at the VRBO, shows you everything, and takes you on a tour of the area for groceries, food, supplies, etc. His knowledge and advice are amazing. Even accessible during the stay for food and other recommendations. Great place for family and kids. Has everything you need for a few days or a week or more. Would come back to this VRBO in a heartbeat on a return family visit.

The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our 2 families with 4 adults and 4 boys. Christian was great to show us around the apartment and take us on a short tour around the area. A lot of good restaurants, grocery stores, boulangerie/patisserie, and MANY shops all within walking distance. And metro stop close by to go to places farther away.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Christian's place on Avenue Matignon. There were six of us, including grandmother, so having direct elevator access to the unit was wonderful. We have stayed in apartments in Europe before and know that many apartments in Europe that are on upper floors are only accessible by stairs. Not so in this instance. We were greeted by Christian upon arrival and he was very gracious helping us with our very heavy suitcases and getting us into the apartment. He then spent 30+ minutes with us showing us all the things about the apartment that we needed to know (running the appliances, where the heating switches were, etc). The children were very happy because they connected immediately to the wifi in the apartment. Once settled, Christian then took us on a tour of the area around the apartment, where we learned where the Metro Station was, the grocery, some of his preferred restaurants, etc. Christian was a fantastic host and upon departure, he came to say good-bye and help us get our luggage downstairs as well. The apartment is in an excellent location, almost next door to the 5-star Hotel Bristol on Avenue Matignon. It is in an 'art district' 4 blocks from the Champs-Elysees, one block from a Metro Station, near an excellent grocery and one block from Rue Saint Honore, where all the designer stores are located in Paris. There is a bus stop literally right outside the apartment building. The apartment has plenty of space and is classic Parisian. Three bedrooms, one of which had 3 single beds which worked perfectly for our 3 children. It has 2 full bathrooms plus a separate shower facility which allowed everyone to get ready quickly so we could enjoy all that Paris has to offer. Be prepared that the mattress on the bed in the main bedroom is very close to the floor, so a little harder to get out of in the morning. The main living area and dining room are very nice with plenty of space. The apartment has plenty of internal doors which initially make it quite confusing to remember where rooms are. But this was fun and we got used to the layout of the apartment quickly. We would return to Christian's apartment on Avenue Matignon without hesitation. If your desire is to stay near the Champs-Elysees and you love shopping, convenience and space when you are hanging out in the apartment, this is the place for you. We thank Christian for his gratiousness and helpfulness during our wonderful stay in Paris.

My family rented this apartment for 4 nights when we visited Paris as a group (7 adults). There are so many positive things to say, it's hard to know where to begin... The apartment itself is beautiful. The layout is a bit of a maze for the first minute, but it adds to the charm of the apartment. The crown moldings are incredible - you have to remind yourself to look ahead and down when walking, and take your eyes off the ceiling! We had the 4 bedroom configuration and there was plenty of room and washroom space for everyone to be comfortable. The location is PERFECT! We could not have asked for a better spot. We walked virtually everywhere: Eiffel tower - 30 minutes Louvre - 30 minutes Sacre Coeur - would have been about 1 - 1.5 hours had we walked straight on, but we kept stopping for shops and drinks! Very nice walk though. We also used the Metro which was located right nearby and was very easy to use. The owner - Christian was a perfect host, above and beyond what we had experienced anywhere else (we rented houses across France and Belgium over a few weeks). Prior to booking and arrival, we had a Skype tour of the house. We were greeted with charm and laughter when we arrived at the apartment. After spending time showing us all the details of the apartment and how to work everything (including the great stereo system), he took us on a walking tour of the neighborhood to point out the best restaurants, shops, grocers, bakeries, etc. It was so nice getting some tips from a local and feeling like we had a bit of knowledge of the area. Since returning home we haven't stopped talking about this apartment and recommending it to others. We would all certainly love to return some day.

We rented this flat for a family vacation with my wife, our 4 children (ages 7-16 years) and my parents. The owner was very personable and easy to work with from the initial contact via Skype several months ago. He helped us configure the flat to best meet our needs and spent a considerable amount of time upon arrival helping us get acclimated with the flat. He also took the time to give us a walking tour of the area. The location is wonderful, very safe and walking distance to a metro station and the Champs Elysses. We rented directly from the owner and had no difficulties whatsoever. He met us early on the morning of checkout (Sunday) so that we could make the train to London, and returned our cash deposit on the spot. Look forward to renting again on our next trip to Paris!
