Our experience was fantastic! Giovanna made the check in process flawless and made herself available if we needed anything at all! The dock was lighted as well which was nice since we would take sunset cruises on our boat. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great for myself and my family. We had a boat so the dock and canal access was important. The only thing I would say is stock up before you get there. Not taking away anything from this owner but VRBO expectations are all over the place and this particular place did not have some of the basics, coffee, condiments, etc...Again, not part of the expectations just a good thing to know.

This property was spectacular! Very clean and well equipped for my family to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We rented a boat and kept it on the dock for a couple days. We appreciated all the amenities the owner had available at the house (coolers, beach chairs, pool toys, etc.). Our family likes to cook in and the kitchen was well equipped and we especially appreciated the gas grill!! Host was an excellent communicator. We hope to be back!!

This was our 3rd spring break AMI trip for our family of six (including 3 teenagers), each of which we stayed in a rental home. Flexibility and space for everyone are of value to us. We chose this home based upon its location and the reviews. It did not disappoint, and of everything we loved the oudoor space best! The furniture was comfortable and set up to be a wonderful extension of the home. Most of us took advantage of the weather and the outdoor shower after a day of poolside or water activities. We grilled and ate a meal outside nearly everyday. Kids swam all times of the day in the heated pool. We rented SUPs, kayaks, and bikes and used them daily to explore. We also rented a golf cart for fun, but it was not necessary with the bikes. The layout inside is very thoughtful. My husband worked some on this trip so he was able to spread out on the dining room table, and we still had the kitchen table for eating. The laundry room also stores the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys (thank you!) as well as a wagon. One thing we'd suggest to improve the property: open up the garage for ping pong or a pool table and allow for a secondary hang out for rainy days or teenagers. We loved our stay and appreciated Giovanna's communication and helpfulness!

This property is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is also a wonderful location close to restaurants and shopping. The outdoor area has several seating areas and a pool that we enjoyed very much.

This home was wonderful and had everything our family needed to enjoy a week in paradise. The grill, the pool, the cooking gear, and the food storage all helped simplify our experience. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. The showers were great. My teens loved the pool. Anywho. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Beautiful home well located on the island.

Super host Giovanna did everything to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. Each member of our family would like to return again and again. Plenty of room for two families to spread out and not be on top of each other. The home was stocked with everything for adults and children to make the most of their stay. Kitchen was also very well equipped so you never need to leave. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Gorgeous beaches nearby.

Our family of adults and children 7 and 9 yo spent week after Christmas and it was wonderful. The pool, the dock, everything you could need was provided. We have been coming to AMI at Christmas for past 8 years and this is our favorite house!

We enjoyed this property, it was myself, my spouse, my brother and his spouse. We each had a bedroom with our own bathrooms. We loved the open-concept floor plan with super tall ceilings, very spacious. The property had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, games, books, beach items, towels, etc. Plus the pool was heated. I would come back again!

Beautiful property, great location, and fantastic owner. Only concern, minor as it was, was the family room TV. None of the apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc) worked, OnDemand was spotty, and sound wasn’t clear. Everything else including all the amenities was very nice. We’ll definitely be back. Wonderful stay!!! This is our 2nd time staying at your home! Your home is beautiful, and fully equipped with all the amenities! Your kitchen is fully stocked and amazing! The house was in a perfect location. The size of the home was also ideal for a small family. The pool was clean and refreshing.

This home is better than advertised and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacay. The pool/dock area is serene and makes it tough to want to leave to go explore the area. There are numerous, excellent dining choices that are within walking distance and a nearby trolley stop if you want to venture further. The beach cart with all the supplies you’d want for a day near the water makes the ten minute walk to the gulf a breeze. Now here is what sets this place apart-the host has gone to the nth degree to make sure her guests have all the information they need to make use of what is provided. You won’t have to figure out how to turn on a tv-there is directions with visual aids. You won’t have to dig around drawers to find stuff-they are all labeled. Your transition from traveler to relaxer is seamless because of her attention to detail. This is the most well appointed Vrbo I’ve had the pleasure to experience. I hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at this lovely home the weekend after Hurricane Idalia hit the area. We were there for our niece’s destination beach wedding. In the days leading up to our stay, Giovanna kept us updated as to the status of the house and conditions on the island. Thankfully, the island and her house were spared significant damage. By the time we checked in on Friday everything was in good order. The house and yard were very clean and comfortable. The patio area and pool are lovely. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable. The beach decor of the house is very relaxing. Giovanna was quick to respond when I had questions. I hope we have an opportunity to stay at Villa Tarpon again.

We had a lovely week at our home on Tarpon Lane! Giovanna was in communication with me several times to make sure that all went well. When we arrived, the air conditioning was out of order, but Giovanna arranged for a repair right away. The home is in good condition and was well-supplied. We enjoyed spending most of our time in the saltwater pool. It was a great size for our group of 6. I appreciated having the home and outdoor area all on one level. The location is great. We walked a couple of blocks to the beach, the shops on Pine Avenue, and The Porch Restaurant. We had great meals at Tide Tables and Swordfish Grill. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

We travel often and this was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Giovanna is amazing to work with. Very responsive and helpful. My wife and I brought our five kids ages 10 to 17 and it was perfect for us. The dock was great for fishing. The pool and back yard are amazing. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. We spent 10 days just swimming in the pool and going to the beach. Very relaxing!

Property was just as the pictures portrayed it, other than it honestly having a larger living space than we thought, which was a bonus! Place was clean upon arrival, had plenty of things to cook with while we were there. Outdoor space was great and overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to any small to medium sized family!

We stayed with our 6 sons, ages 1-16, and the house was absolutely perfect for our big family. The layout is open so we never felt crammed, yet very homey. The house had all the necessities needed. Our boys LOVED the canal front and spent hours everyday fishing. We also brought paddle boards and kayaks and with all that and the pool, we spent most of our vacay in the home with so much to do. Everything was very clean and organized. It was such an enjoyably vacation for all. The only thing I would note if it’s your first time on Anna Maria island like it was for us, the local restaurants get BUSY. Either plan to eat out early, eat off the island which we found some great places on the water later in our week, or plan to cook. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. With 6 growing boys that eat around the clock, we made a lot of homemade meals. This house was absolutely more than we expected. Location was perfect; close to beaches, shops, ice cream, etc. We also did some private charters. The boys had the BEST time on a fishing charter with Captain Blake with AMI charters. We also did a snorkeling charter with Captain Andrew with AMI Dolphin Charters. We found a cute mini golf a little south. An indoor trampoline and obstacle park off the island. And so much more. This house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location to get to the beach and the cute shops on Pine. Giovanna was easy to get in touch with when we had any questions and she was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Giovanna for making our family vacation an amazing time!

My family and I do yearly trips to AMI, this year we decided to take our boat too. The location of the property was perfect we could just get on the boat and go. Plus we were super close to a Main Street with great food options. The house itself was our favorite one on the island. Giovanna goes above and beyond. Communication was Giovanna was easy and she replied fast to any of our questions. We were pleased to find the home equipped with essentials not many rentals provide (ex. Soap, trash bags, detergent). Anything we needed we had. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We hope to be back next year!
