Das Hotel liegt östlich der Innenstadt von Neapel, nur 5 km von der fabelhaften 5th Avenue entfernt. Sehr privater abgeschirmter Poolbereich in einer ruhigen Straße. Kürzlich renoviert mit luxuriösen Memory Foam-Matratzen, neueren Möbeln und vielem mehr! Der mit Salzwasser beheizte Pool ist perfekt für diejenigen Tage, an denen Sie sich nicht die Mühe machen möchten, an den Strand zu gelangen. Update Januar 2018 - Brandneue Küche (Geräte, Fußböden, Schränke, Theken usw.)
Dieses haustierfreie, rauchfreie, geräumige Haus ist außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über zahlreiche Parkplätze. Sie werden den großen 14 'x 28' beheizten Pool mit gewölbter Poolüberdachung genießen.
Dort sind drei Schlafzimmer; eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem angrenzenden Badezimmer; und zwei Gästezimmer, eines mit Queensize-Bett und das andere mit passenden Einzelbetten, die sich das zweite Badezimmer teilen.
Unser Haus ist nur 5 km von der berühmten 5th Avenue in Neapel und den schönen Stränden entfernt! Dank der Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und all den großartigen Angeboten von Neapel ist dieses Haus ein Ferien- oder Saisonmietparadies.

We had a nice couple months away from the snow relaxing by the warm screened in pool! Quiet older neighborhood near stores, restaurants & attractions. Communication was always prompt & efficient with Adam. Beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We would have preferred a gas bbq, but I brought my air fryer, so we were fine. All in all; a very nice place.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was a perfect size, in a quiet area and it feels like the owners thought of just about everything any guest would need! We loved that we were minutes from Tin City, downtown Naples and the Naples Pier Beach. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here, it’ll forever be our go-to spot to stay. It’s close to our favorite beaches, shopping, and good eats. Very clean facilities, nice staff and pool bar… Sad to leave but hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Enjoyed our time. Wonderful house & pool. My mom uses a walker & had no issues getting around. The only issue she had was that there was no hand rails to get in & out of the pool. We would stay again.

The property was both beautiful and clean. only 3 minutes from Publix, Starbucks and only 11 minutes from all major shopping and restaurants.
We loved the heated pool and large palms lining the backyard. A wonderful property with great communication and convenience.

My husband and I spent six nights at Adam's property. The house was exactly as described. It was well-stocked with supplies and we really enjoyed the enclosed pool. The location was a close drive to many stores and restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes to Naples Beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet, which is what we wanted. We also had easy communication with Adam when we had a few questions. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay!
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which was perfect for relaxing away from the hustle of Naples. It's close enough to the Everglades and many other parks for 1/2 day trips out. Being able to come back to the pool in the afternoon was great. We loved it!

Very quiet neighborhood, private yard, house is clean, beds are soft, pool is clean and warm. Adam was easy to reach and responsive to all emails and texts. I highly recommend this home for your vacation! This is our 3rd straight year visiting Naples, it's a clean beautiful and fun little city.

Comfy Cozy Convenient!
This house is tastefully decorated and has everything we needed for a relaxing week in Florida. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located close to beaches and shopping. The private backyard has a lovely pool we enjoyed daily! Our host Adam was easy to reach and responded quickly to us when we reached out to him. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Naples!

Perfect!
This house was perfect for a getaway from winter in Michigan. The location is great. Quiet little neighborhood but so close to everything you want to do in Naples. The house was very clean and pretty much had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. Even had everything we needed to have a great day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the beach chairs and umbrella, which made our daily beach visits even more enjoyable. We were very impressed with the internet- it handled two of us working and one doing school, along with all our devices, with no issues. Great appliances, soft mattresses, and very clean. The owner was also very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental!

Family vacation
We really enjoy our stay in Adam's house, when we arrived it was really clean, smelling good and we found a lot of commodities (cooler, beach towel, WiFi that works really well and kitchen furniture's) that makes our stay very pleasant. The location was great, very close to Naples Pier beach. The pool was clean and hot, our 2 daughters really enjoy it, as well as the parents !
We really enjoy the property and all she can offer. We highly recommend it.

Great property.
Enjoyed are stay immensely. The house was homey and comfortable. Has all the amenities, all a person needs is his clothes. The pool is nice size and heated. Beach chairs and umbrellas is a plus also. Not far from beaches and downtown. Being on a dead end street makes it nice and quiet. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Very nice, very clean home
My friends and I stayed in this home from 3/18/18 until 3/23/18. It was very clean, new appliances and very comfortable. The pool was large and clean. We had a small issue with the water but pool maintenance cleared that up right away and we never missed a moment of pool enjoyment. I would definitely recommend renting this place. It is close to everything you need. You will need a car. The owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of if needed.

Clean and quiet
Nice, clean home with a great pool (floats and tubes included). Our kids loved it! Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for the beach which was about a 10 minute drive away. Newly renovated kitchen was a bonus! Thanks, Adam!

Wonderful and everything that was promised
I needed to bring my older father to Naples for a month this past March so he could get some exercise and get out of the cold northern winter. We found Adam's place and stayed there for the entire month. From the floor layout- to the pool to the location; the entire experience was terrific. The pictures we had seen in advance barley show the large spacial size and user friendly layout. The house is well equipped and just five mins from anything and everything; including the ocean. We loved our stay and will remember it for many years to come. Bottom line; very hard to beat this wonderful house for the money and would highly recomend it to all. Thank you Adam for a wonderful and very special time for my family. Tom

Very comfortable, well equipped home
We enjoyed our month's stay on Flaming Dr. The house is perfect for a family or couple, such as ourselves. The furnishings are comfortable, plenty of closets, washer and dryer off the kitchen very convenient. The owner has provided a great selection of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Enjoyed the lounge chairs and dining outdoors near the pool. The saltwater pool is heated and delightful, as well as extremely private. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Naples proper for restaurants and shopping, numerous food markets, the beautiful Botanical Garden, and the gorgeous beaches. The owner was very responsive at all times. We look forward to returning again.

We enjoyed are stay very much! The grocery store was very convenient as well as downtown "Old Naples Dining" The home was very clean and smelled fresh. Outdoor pool was fun but could use more welcoming outdoor furniture. Overall we would recommend your rental.

Beautiful Private Pool Area
Pool: Very private screened pool area.
3 Bedroom Residence; Comfortable King bed in master with walk in closet and en suite with shower. Queen bed in second bedroom was comfortable. Third bedroom with 2 single beds great for children.
Kitchen had most items needed to prepare meals. Kitchen and appliances are dated and in need of an upgrade but very functional.
Washer/Dryer was a plus.
The large screen TV in the comfortable living room was wonderful.
Location; The residence is located in a very quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes to downtown, beaches and major grocery stores(Costco,Target, Walmart).
Beach chairs and umbrella provided by owner was greatly appreciated. Wi fi worked great.
