The house was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, and check in/check out was so easy. Great place with cute restaurants nearby and walkable to a perfect beach. Ray was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The Property is great and the neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The only issue that we need to bring up is the problems we had related to electricity.
There was a power surge on Saturday when we arrived.
It fried the 12 cup coffee maker and the refrigerator.
Not knowing that the refrigerator was dead we stocked it. The owner did reimburse us for the lost food, and gave us $100 for our troubles .
However, we did not have a refrigerator to use for the entire trip.
From Saturday until Tuesday night, the property was struggling with electricity.
It was switching from a generator to city power.
When it would switch, we would need to go down to the street level and throw a switch.
One night we needed to go down to the street at 12:30am.
Again, the property was great and the neighborhood is great.
The property manager did his best and responded when we texted him.
The electrical issues are not limited to this area.
This is something that we feel others need to know that can happen at this property.

The unit is well appointed and the decor is appealing. A cozy unit indeed. The A/C and the laundry machines worked well. The kitchen is adequately equipped.
The beds are comfortable; the rooms are also adequately appointed. The owner provided sufficient towels for bathing and also towels for the beach. Very nice!

A beautiful, unique home in a great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rey is an outstanding host. Any questions were met with immediate responses. A special bonus, Pirata, Rey's little dog. A friendly pet that often greeted us and loves having her belly rubbed!

The apartment was an excellent choice for our three night stay near San Juan. It was well-appointed with comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. It was very convenient to the beach and to several restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very communicative and helpful.

This was a landing spot for our group of siblings and spouses before heading to the British Virgin Islands for a week of sailing. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the location is awesome. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the amazing beach. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about our stay at the villa. The location is perfect…3 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and a 10 minute Uber to Old San Juan. Rey was very responsive to any of our questions/needs. Highly recommend!!

We had a group of 6 that was very comfortably accommodated. The villa was clean and well stocked with supplies. We felt safe and was able to come and go easily without any issues. It was a few minutes walk from the beach and food which was great. The power went out while we were there but there was a backup generator that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!!

I've done a lot of traveling, and this is by far the best vacation home that I have ever stayed in. It was a perfect size for my family of 4. There were some technical difficulties in the booking process through the system, but Rey took care of it immediately. He was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. He also recommended a wonderful company to use for excursions during our stay.
The home was very well furnished and clean. It also contained more utensils, small appliances, and even bathroom items than I have ever seen. I don't like to be cramped on vacation, so this home was perfect size for us to all have our own space.
The neighborhood was very secure, and we felt safe the entire time. Also, beach access was very easy. Outside the neighborhood were nice little restaurants, bars and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home for my family of 5! It was clean, comfortable, safe, and well appointed. We appreciated the open layout of the main living/dining space since the intent was relaxing together. The location was ideal; we enjoyed walking 2 blocks to the beach to watch the sun rise, we tried a few restaurants and stores that were walking distance, and we were a short drive from exploring Old San Juan and other fantastic restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful; and we were delighted by visits from the small dogs that live on the first floor. Rey was easy to communicate with; he provided all of the info we needed in advance, and was available to clarify our questions.

Nice property on a nice street. Easy short walk to the beach as well as to bars & restaurants. The microwave was not operable but I'm sure that will be replaced before the next guests arrive.

It was me and 5 friends that stayed the place was a perfect size for us. It is literally a block away from the beach. When I needed to reach out to the manager he responded quickly to let us know about things. The front door was a little tricky but over we where all very happy to stay there!!!

This house is huge! We had five women spread out comfortably on all floors. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck view is stunning! We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor fireplace after spending our days in Blairsville and Blue Ridge. Curiously, I did not get check in info until I called the owner myself the day before so that was strange but it all worked out. A great house for a getaway.

I stayed in Rey’s apartment with my husband, three-year old, and my parents and it was a lovely home base in a beautiful and fun neighborhood of San Juan. The apartment was well-appointed and we had a lovely stay. I only hope that we will be able to stay again one day. Rey was away while we were there but always very responsive to messages. And his two little dogs, which were being watched by his son, were adorable.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and relied heavily on user community to influence our selection. The LOCATION is amazing. Walkable to great restaurants and some shopping. Also, gated community for added security. This is a very high-end neighborhood with easy, quick and direct access to the beach.

This house is very well provisioned and great design and flow. We spent much of our time enjoying the cross breeze on the lovely outdoor patio. The bedrooms were in a separate area which allowed for completely separate living spaces for sleeping and then everything else.
There was a charming little Chihuahua, rescue dog inside the compound that loved to be the official greeter and eagerly rolled over for belly scratches for anyone that was interested in petting her.
Zero complaints about this property! Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future or recommend to friends and family. We loved it and hope to return again!

There are lots of choices for staying in San Juan when planning your trip. You can stay in a boring hotel where you get a room with a bed and a bathroom, maybe get an ocean view if you are lucky. Yet planning a day trip to the beach can be cumbersome. Plan on eating out every night because hotel rooms don’t come with kitchens.
Perhaps you will find apartments appealing because they offer a little bit more than a hotel room. You still might end up being far away from the action. Many apartments seem decent at first but be sure to look at the details of the photos. They don’t always appear as clean and proper as the description shows.
Alternatively, you can stay at a resort where everything is contained in a walled garden of Eden, including $300 dinners, $40 drinks and not-so-friendly staff.
All of these choices require personal transportation so you can see and experience what Puerto Rico has to offer.
Or…you can calculate the cost of a car rental, the cost of going out to eat (PR dining can be expensive) as well as the cost in time having to plan day trips. Vacation time is precious and should be valued.
When you think about it, it makes sense to consider a place that can save you all of these costs and then some. That’s what I did and let me tell you: The math works!
When we arrived at this magnificent Italian designed villa, I was not disappointed. Everything about it was perfect. Our host Rey made our stay effortless. Access was well explained ahead of time and a quick visit to go over the essentials was appreciated.
Everything about the villa is superb and unique. The home was spotless for our arrival and the furnishings are well kept. The kitchen is also well stocked and easy to use. We ended up making our own meals which was a lot of fun. We could walk to many different markets for easy shopping of essentials which was key.
The location is what makes this property absolutely perfect. This is Ocean Park! It’s less than two blocks to the beach! No need to plan beach trips! Just go when you want and in 5 minutes, you are there! Forgot something? No problem!
We walked almost everywhere! Lots of amazing shops, bakeries and stores are within minutes of walking. At night, you can feel safe walking the area as there are lots of patrols and access controls that limit the general public. The neighborhoods are fascinating and the homes within are captivating to look at.

We stayed in San Juan for a week at this property. There were six of us and the space was just big enough. It was a very nice place and was in an excellent location -- very close to the beach and several restaurants. It is a short Uber ride to Old San Juan, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful when things came up and he had good advice for eating out, etc. I would recommend this VRBO.

The house is wonderful! Pretty, clean, organized, functional layout, etc.. The location is fantastic. Very safe and convenient neighborhood. We walked to the beach just a few blocks away near the Numero Uno Beach Club. You can either enjoy the beach club or bring your own chairs (which Rey provided) and food/beverages. There is also a Walgreens, coffee shop, bakery and restaurants in convenient walking distance from the house and just a short Uber ride into Old San Juan. We stayed in the top level unit and were not bothered at all by the tenants that lived in the below units. Everything was clean and all quiet and courteous. Rey was a great host. Highly recommend!

We were 5 adults in total and will for sure rent this property again. Rey answered al of my emails and Txt messages and while we were there helped us with any questions.
We went 7 days after the hurricane but since the unit has it's own generator we have no problem.
Ocean Park is a very secured, gated community.
We walked to the end of the block, turned right and were at the beach.
Unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Owner was very responsive and made check in and check out as easily as possible . Very comfortable stay . Washer /dryer came in handy . Great area , great stay . Had no complaints even allowed us to stay later due to late flight departure .

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Park Villa! It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Best of all it was a three minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Old San Juan. I would highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Gated community, security on point, walked majority of the places, Uber always available for our longer distances. The Hosts was phenomenal!! The beach was a block away and they provided towels, beach chairs, and an outside shower to clean chairs. We will stay again

The apartment was spotless when we arrived. If anything, it’s more pleasing in person than the photos. Two block walk to beautiful Ocean Park Beach and a short walk to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and more. Beach chairs and an outdoor shower too. Easy street parking right in front, and short Uber or drive to Old San Juan. Rey is a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place
Rey the property manager was phenomenal! He answered my calls with any questions we had. Very clean and well decorated. The beach was about a 2 minute walk away. We loved the bakery and Lela's also within walking distance. There was also a Walgreens close by which came in handy when we needed to replenish the sunscreen. The neighbors had a dog that would come visit us which we loved because we missed our two very much. The Uber's were always near by. I loved walking the beach in the mornings and evenings. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend.
