Excellent location, lovely clean spacious house & a roof space with stunning views. The pool was well maintained by the friendly hosts.

Could have provided a free baby cot & beach umbrella and shopping bags.

This is a very spacious 3 bedroom villa very clean and well maintained with great facilities. There was lots of seating on all three levels ground floor balcony and roof. In addition there were 6 loungers at the pool. There was a washing machine too great if you were having a longer stay, and there was a hairdryer which I dont think was mentioned in the description. Towels were provided for the loungers in addition to the bathroom towels. It is a five minute walk from the main square with its many restaurants and about a 200m walk from the boardwalk which runs along the cliff front. Although its in a nice quiet residential area it is still close to the restaurants. The manager Fabio was great to deal with and that aspect was very easy. The photos really dont do it justice. If I was returning to Carvoeiro I would definitely book this villa again.

it was spacious and clean. in some aspects well equipped. clothes line for drying clothes was very useful especially after going to the beach. view from the top most terrace was very nice. very good location walking distance from the boardwalk and. restaurants.

Blinds were sheer so the morning light flooded the room by 6 am. Beds were a bit small and could be more comfortable. in the description, it said toiletries would be provided but when we asked the host we were told they aren’t. it was a bit annoying to buy shower gel and shampoos on the last leg of our trip!

Location. We split the holiday, staying in a hotel and villa. My kids loved the villa... The pool, table tennis and darts were all used. It's just up the hill from the square/ beach plus has room for parking. The meet, greet and departure was smooth and without fuss. Elza (manager) kept in touch in the run up and was a pleasure to deal with.

No AC in the living room. That's all. Everything else was great.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa itself is gorgeous, the photos actually dont do it justice. The location is perfect a really short walk to beautiful views over the cove and down the hill to plenty of restaurants and bars

I found the bed a little uncomfortable and we would have liked more furniture on the roof terrace- table and chairs perhaps

great property, the photos don’t do it justice. It was very spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens), they enjoyed the pool very much, it was warm enough for swimming every day. Great location, close to bars and restaurants but in a very quiet neighbourhood. We were able to walk to a different restaurant every night during our stay. Very close to the boardwalk and about 500m from the beach at Carvoeira.
