Bolton Cove ist eine Wohnanlage mit nur wenigen Häusern und vielen wundervollen Annehmlichkeiten. Sie können den Gemeinschaftspool genießen, Sand zwischen den Zehen am Sandstrand sammeln, ein Boot am großen, erstklassigen Bootsanleger parken, einen Spaziergang auf der 3 m breiten Promenade entlang der gesamten Uferpromenade machen, durch die Gemeinschaft schlendern, füttern von Zeit zu Zeit Enten, mit den Kindern auf den Spielplatz oder mit dem Kajak.
Genießen Sie den See mit unserem optionalen 22-Fuß-Pontonboot. Mit einem 115-PS-Motor können Sie die Kinder mit der U-Bahn fahren oder einfach mit Freunden und der Familie mit dem See fahren.
Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein zusätzliches 4. großes Spielzimmer / Schlafzimmer und 3 1/2 Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, große Fenster mit Blick auf den See, ein eigenes Bad, eine Designer-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche, einen Flachbild-TV und eine private überdachte Veranda. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und einen Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Einzel- über ein Doppelstockbett, ein weiteres Einzelbett und einen Flachbildfernseher. Das Spielzimmer / Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett über Doppelkoje, 2 ausklappbare Futon-Couch / Betten und einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche hat viel Granit, High-End-Kühlschrank und Herd und einen Weinkühler. Es ist eine offene Küche, die in den großen Raum führt, der sich dann zu einer überdachten Veranda mit entspannten Sitzgelegenheiten und einem schönen Propangrill öffnet. Es gibt einen großen 75-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im großen Raum.
Der Martinsee war zu der Zeit, als er 1926 durch Stauung des Tallapoosa-Flusses angelegt wurde, mit über 750 Meilen Küstenlinie der größte künstlich angelegte See der Welt.

Courtland was amazing to communicate with. He was prompt with his responses, provided all information needed. We rented all four homes on the property. The outdoor layout was perfect and had great flow. the proximity of the houses to each other and the outdoor amenities provided wonderful gathering spaces and memories to be made. Courtland was prompt in addressing maintenance issues included a broken a/c in the house, broken fridge in the pool house, and a few other things in the other houses. He reimbursed Us for the broken air conditioner, the boat that we rented that killed while driving, and the inaccurate bedroom count posted in the description. These things were frustrating, but due to his responsiveness, we felt these things did not result in a terrible stay. Unfortunately, two very significant issues in houses 10 and 12 were not able to be addressed while we were there. In house 12, mold was visible on multiple surfaces (around light fixtures, air vents, mirrors, ceiling), there was a very obvious smell of must/mold, and bats could be both heard in the walls around the chimney in houses 10 and 12. Near the end of the week, a bat flew out of the unsealed 1-1.5 inch gap between the wall and fireplace and into the den while we were gathered. Cortland was apologetic and verbally indicated that he would address bags and mold. If these issues can be completely and appropriately resolved, then the rentals have potential.

The rentals were the perfect place for our daughter’s engagement party. The location was beautiful and the host were very accommodating! We look forward to staying at Bolton Cove again!

I stayed here with a few friends for the weekend. We were there for our annual fantasy football draft next door and the location was perfect. Five of us stayed there and everyone had the own bed. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! I have 5 siblings and our extended family consists of about 50 all together. We rented all 4 houses within this gated community and had total access to the pool and all of the amenities. This is the 4th year we have gone there for our family vacation and will go back next year, most likely. Easy access to the lake with 4 boat boat slips and places to tie off several jet skis.

My siblings and I rented the 4 houses at Bolton Cove for our annual trip together. My house was wonderful -just as pictures described. Enough space that my family of 6 adults could have our own space but still be together in living room/kitchen/deck and pool area. Loved that the outdoor gas grill was on our deck and we did not have to leave to go to grill. We all hated to leave. If anyone has a large family the 4 houses to rent at Bolton Cove is the perfect place to be. Almost forgot - pool area is wonderful. Great location to go and explore the lake. Highly recommend.

We needed a place for family and friends to stay for Auburn’s graduation. This area exceeded our expectations and we met and got to be friends with the other renters as well. This is a gorgeous property and had everything we needed for our stay. There is so much to do at the property with the beach, pool, the boat and kayaks. Alexander City is close enough to get groceries quickly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with lots of space. We were staying for a wedding that was held in another location along the lake, so we had different family segments in the house and everyone had plenty of space. The view of the lake is inviting and the beach was great for the 3-year-old. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of the well-kept pool and playground. The kitchen was well-stocked. Loved the wine fridges! :)
The only issue we had was very slow wi-fi. Fortunately, our short visit was reliant on it except for streaming a movie, which didn't work due to constant buffering.

The home was clean and decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We had 12 family members and there was plenty of sleeping space for all, as well as linens and towels for showers.
The view of the cove is very relaxing and the beach and pool are inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We all enjoyed our time at Bolton Cove. The was fantastic, plenty of room for all of us. The beach area was great for even the smallest kiddos. We all loved kayaking, fishing, catching turtles by the shore and teaching the kids about them. The pool and playground were great too. We loved that it was so close to home. My oldest granddaughter (8) said we have to make this a family tradition. We certainly will. Will definitely be coming back here!!! Thanks for such a great time!!!!

Peaceful getaway
I would say the property was "as pictured", but the pictures don't do it justice. The space was absolutely perfect for our family needs, clean and well stocked. I had to contact the owner with a few questions and he replied in a timely manner and came to a resolution very quickly!!! I would absolutely book again! I have stayed at other Lake Martin locations and this was my favorite! 10/10 recommend!

Great property and amenities
We had a great time enjoying the property, lake and pool. We did have some flash flooding that impacted the pool and beach area, but they communicated and resolved the issues in a timely manner. Thanks for the hospitality!

Daughter's wedding family and friends
My daughter got married in Eclectic. I rented the VRBO for family and friends from Illinois and Georgia. Everything was perfect! Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect. Grilled sausage for the whole crew for lunch. The ladies enjoyed the beach. The children loved that and the playground.
Best of all, the owner was very responsive. Every time I had a question, I had an answer within an hour!!!
Definitely a wonderplace to stay!!

Wonderful Family Experience
The amenities on the property are excellent. The house was very spacious and each room wonderfully decorated. Everything we needed was there for our use and convenience. We cooked meals and grilled on the deck which made our stay more fun and memorable. The weather didn’t permit us to enjoy the kayaks which gives us an opportunity to return. However, the kids enjoyed the playground. We definitely will be returning!

Great Place for Family
We had the best time at Bolton Cove. It was a great location for our family vacation. The kids (and adults) could choose from swimming in the pool, swimming in the lake, kayaking, playing in the sand, or going for a boat ride. It was such a relaxing vacation for all of us. The house was great and bigger than what it appears in the online pictures. Although, the couches needed to be replaced, it didn't keep us from having a great time. After our stay, I reported this to the owners and was told they replaced them the next day. So, if you are looking for a great place to have fun and relax with your family, this is the place to be!

Great for Families!
We had a great time! The check in process was super easy, and everything in great shape when we arrived. The pool and beach area are a great bonus for young kids, and we always had a lot to do! Some of the furniture had seen better days, but it is great, sturdy furniture for a family vacation. Will definitely stay again.

Last Trip before School starts
this was our last family trip before the kids went back to school so we were looking forward to a moment of relaxation. We enjoyed the trip even though we got lost. The kids enjoyed the pool and kayaking. The house was big and spacious. Very accommodating for me and my family. I would come again. The property manager was very nice and provided all the instructions needed for the rental. Overall we had a good time. Thank you

We had a nice weekend. I would recommend it to others. Only two things should be addressed. The back door to the porch needs to be fixed, and the handle on the toilet on the main floor is broken.

Bolton Cove stay
Overall the property was in good shape. The furniture was a little dated and worn, but comfortable. The house was clean throughout and the pool was excellent. The location was very good, a short ride to Alex City by car and a short boat ride to marinas. We would stay here again. Communication with the owner was good and that is important for a rental.

We had a wonderful time at this location visiting with siblings and their children from ages 3-22 years old. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy in a safe and fun environment. Accommodations were nice and very roomy. We would book this again!

Bolton Cove the Best
Once again we had a great experience. Sofas are a pain. Cushions will not stay on position. Because of stairs will probably need a home with at least one bedroom on main floor Very clean. Enjoyed pool.

Family Time
This was a great property for our family and extended family. Plenty of room to spread out but also to be together. Perfect for kids,teens and adults. Plenty of amenities and the boat dock was great for docking the boat. Nice place to relax,unwind and enjoy family time.

Spacious and great location
The house was very nice and roomy with up-to-date decor and features. It’s located in a great location. We loved the beach area, pool and kayaks. The decks could use some cleaning. TVs/stereo/speaker system could use some better instructions. I would recommend bringing plenty of food and drinks, including coffee and condiments. The closest store is at about 25 minutes away.

The BEST time
We rented this property for my son’s high school graduation and they had a great time. The home (12 cricket lane) was amazing. The bottom floor master was separated from where the kids stayed on the 3rd floor. Every amenity from a large resort in a home setting. We will stay there again for sure.
