Prospect Miners Cabin ist eine Hütte, die in den 1920er Jahren aus dem Rocky National Park gebracht wurde. Es wurde neu dekoriert, hat aber das Gefühl der Bergleute-Kabine bewahrt. Die Decke in der Dusche ist niedrig. Wenn Sie über sechs Meter groß sind, biegen Sie ein wenig. Dies wurde als unsere "Ski Lodge" ausgezeichnet. Mit altmodischen Schneeschuhen, Langlaufskiern und verschiedenen Utensilien, die überall verstreut sind, ist diese Kabine ein Muss. Prospect verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer rustikalen eingebauten Bank, einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Gasherd, einer Mikrowelle, einem Topftopf, einem Kaffeetopf und allem notwendigen Geschirr. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein Familienzimmer mit elektrischem Kamin. We were very impressed with "our" little home. The setup was very nice. We did have a problem with the essential oils used in the bedroom. The oils penetrated the pillows which made it hard to breathe. Should have asked us if we had any allergies. Otherwise, everything was very good. We would stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Prospect Mine cabin! The space was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We are looking forward to staying here again!

The cabin was cozy and warm. We loved that it was small and cozy to enjoy with each other. Very comfortable and easy instructions for checking in and out. They have a guide for hikes as well as the area for anything you’d like to do. It was an overall beautiful cabin and we loved their bathroom. I met William upon arriving and he was very pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely go back and stay again!

This was our 20 year wedding anniversary, so we thought we’d escape the brutal Texas heat and experience a cooler climate. This was our first time in the Rockies and it surpassed our expectations.
Had a chance to meet the owner, William. Super nice guy and even was kind enough to guide us where we could see the magnificent elk. We saw them at the golf course, like you said. Thanks, William!
The on-site couple, Brandon and Liz, that assist the owner were absolutely awesome. They work their tails off to make sure the place is clean and comfortable. What a vacation!! Thanks to all!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our accommodations were cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed at our fingertips. Rustic Acre is conveniently located, and was a great place for our "working vacation". If we ever come back for the same event, we will definitely stay again.

The weather was not great so we had to hold up in the cabin. The cabin was nice and cozy. I really liked the cozy feel. It was close to RMNP and downtown Estes. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved staying here. it was super clean, the kitchen was so cute, the jacuzzi was amazing. I loved that they had lots of plates and silverware and mugs, and the coffee machine was pretty awesome too. I would just beware if you are really tall -- the bedroom ceiling and the bathroom ceiling are really low. my head was pretty close, and Im only 5'7. However, that's minor compared to the place over all!! loved it!

We had a great time staying at the property. We were able to walk to nearby breweries and had a quick (about 2 minutes) drive to the Stanley Hotel for dinner. The place was clean and just what we were looking for.

Quaint cottage was a lovely place to stay for a couple nights. Nice having separate spaces for living, kitchen, and sleeping. Ceilings were low (I’m 5’11”), especially in the shower, but for a couple nights stay, it was totally doable.

We had a great stay at the Rustic Acre Prospect Miner cabin! It was a very convenient location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. The space was very clean and comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom and half the bedroom was rather low so it may be uncomfortable if you are a taller person. However, we enjoyed ourselves and had a nice experience! We would definitely come back!

If you are over 5' 7 Watch your head. The ceilings are low, And the shower head is low also. Could use more hooks in the bedroom and bathroom area for towels and what not.

Cute, Comfortable, and Close to it all
We enjoyed staying in Estes Park at the Prospect Cabin. It’s perfect for a couple and their dog. Anywhere you want to go in Estes is within a couple miles…drive or walk (we did both). We cooked ourselves breakfast most mornings before heading to Rocky Mountains National Park to hike. Then came back to town for dinner and drinks at various breweries around town. We really enjoyed our stay.

A home away from home… but awesome. We felt very welcomed. The cabin had everything we needed and a full kitchen. Most of the spaces and shower have low ceilings so beware of that. I knew this from the VRBO site but my husband wasn’t so lucky. We had a great time and took advantage of all the amenities. We’ll be back!

Anniversary weekend
My SO and I spent our 4 year anniversary weekend here and it was just lovely. The cabin was cute and cozy, quite spacious, and had everything you could really need for a getaway. We brought our dog and the property had a listing of dog friendly hikes that he just absolutely loved.

The cabin was everything that it says it was. The ceilings were a bit low in some places, but that was stated up front. It was a little cold the first night but the property manager helped us adjust the heat and brought more blankets. Close to downtown and walking distance to a couple breweries.

Amazing Winter Vacation
The place was perfect for our babymoon with our two small dogs. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub and the cozy vibe. It was so nice to be close to Lake Estes, Rocky Mountain National Park, and to town. The place was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Perfect size and location!
Joanne and Jason's place was the perfect space for our last-minute getaway. They helped us get booked within a short amount of time and the communication was quick/easy. The space itself was a wonderful size for my partner and I. The drive to RMNP is easy and great access to everything you need in town.

Just what we needed
Just what we needed for the weekend. Great location, less than a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk from downtown, which gave us peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There were 2 of us with 2 dogs and it felt big enough for us all. Right in Elk territory, as there were around 30 elk that roamed through the property grounds! The only downside is there are parts of the cabin (shower and part of the bedroom) that have very low ceilings (less than 6 feet high), so you have to duck if you are over 6 feet. Overall, a great stay and ideal for popping in and out during the weekend. Would definitely recommend!
