Das Gästehaus ist komplett mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Haushaltsgeräten, zentraler Klimaanlage und vielem mehr ausgestattet. Unser privater Park am Fluss liegt direkt gegenüber der River Road. Gäste genießen erstklassigen Zugang zum Guadalupe River "Chute". Der perfekte Ort, um mit der Familie zu spielen oder zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie Knollen den Fluss hinunter schwimmen. Der Park verfügt über eine Feuerstelle und eine private Terrasse.

Wifi und Mobilfunkempfang sind auf der River Road begrenzt - aufgrund der Gegend! Service kann rein und raus gehen!

Wir lagern das Anwesen mit allen grundlegenden Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen). Unsere Reinigungsfirma stellt ein Starterpaket mit Toilettenpapier (2 Rollen pro Toilette), Papiertüchern (2 Rollen in der Küche), Schwamm (1), Müllsäcken (3), Spülmitteltabletten (3) und Seifenstückchen (1 pro Toilette) zur Verfügung ), Make-up-Tücher (2 pro Toilette), Handseife in den Toiletten und Spülmittel in der Küche. Wir liefern genügend Badetücher für die maximale Belegung des Gerätes und die Hälfte der Gäste für Handtücher und Waschlappen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, alle Lebensmittel, Toilettenartikel und Strandtücher mitzubringen, die Sie möglicherweise während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen!

Die Reinigungsgebühr deckt die Kosten für die Reinigung ab, die bei der nächsten Ankunft anfallen, insbesondere im Sommer, wenn wir eine vierstündige Umschlagszeit haben. Während die Kosten für manche als hoch erscheinen mögen, beinhaltet dies das Starterpaket mit Verbrauchsmaterialien im Gerät, das Waschen aller Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die vollständige Reinigung und Desinfektion des Geräts für die Ankunft des nächsten Gastes. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir Sie, den gesamten Müll zu entfernen, den Geschirrspüler zu betreiben und nur die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf einen Stapel zu legen. Wenn diese Gegenstände nicht erledigt sind, muss das Reinigungspersonal zusätzliche Zeit für diese Aufgaben aufwenden, die wir dem Gast in Rechnung stellen müssen. Wenn die Gäste diese Aufgaben erledigen und das Gerät nicht übermäßig verschmutzt hinterlassen, können wir während des vierstündigen Umschlags eine Reinigung durchführen. Auf diese Weise können wir auch einen frühen Check-in durchführen! Dies ist möglicherweise nicht immer der Fall (manchmal haben wir 20-40 Umsätze an einem Tag), aber wir bemühen uns, die Gäste und ihre Zeitpläne im Rahmen des Zumutbaren unterzubringen, damit Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben!

Bei starker Verschmutzung (übermäßiges Tierhaar, Erbrochenes, befleckte Laken, befleckte Handtücher, Konfetti / Glitzer usw.) müssen wir dem Gast die zusätzliche Reinigung in Rechnung stellen. Das kommt sehr selten vor, wir bitten Sie nur, das Eigentum zu respektieren, als wäre es Ihr eigenes Zuhause :).

Overall the house was nice. The mattresses could be a bit thicker and we ended up the with best upstairs guests. They fit in right with our family.

Everything looked great, clean, spacious, other than that guest house is under the main house so you can hear al the stomping and chair and couches moving and dragging all above you so is not the relaxing house you're looking forth.

I knew when booking that this was just the lower level, but I assumed that it would be fine, it wasn't. Although the management was very polite and accommodating, even let us check in a little early since the unit was already cleaned, we could not get over all the "little" things that eventually added up to a lot. The walls really are ridiculously thin, and the upstairs neighbors were SO loud. We heard everything, the walking, the running, the music, everything! They were not bad neighbors mind you, it was a large group, with lots of kids, it's just that the walls are SO thin, it really could not be helped. In my opinion, this set-up is not ideal for multi families, but more for a college group of single adults or maybe a reunion where everyone knows each other and is one big happy family. We wanted to call a manager a few times but were unable to... due to the fact that there is no cell reception. We will not be returning, but I do have a few recommendations for the owners/managers: 1. throw away stained dishes, even though they are clean, they look dirty to renters. 2. consider adding a baking sheet in the kitchen, and maybe replace the broken wine opener. 3. consider adding a curtain or some blinds over both the front door and back door as they are wide open and visible to upstairs guests. One of them even waived at me as I laid in my bed because they were coming down the stairs. We ended up using a sheet to cover the front door. 4. Cleaning the walls, there are a few spots where it appears that a bug was killed/squashed but it wasn't cleaned up. It just makes the place look run down and unkept. 5. Replace the old torn up/ripped blanket in the armoire, it just makes the place feel "cheap" 6. Wash or replace the futon covers, they are badly stained. 7. The master shower has lots of mold and mildew, it needs some cleaning up. 8. consider adding a landline since cell reception is non-existent in the house. We were able to wander aimlessly outside and "catch" a signal a few times, but in case of an emergency, we would've had to jump in the car and drive somewhere to get a reception, which is not ideal when you are not familiar with the area and don't know where the ER is located. 9. I would recommend cancelling your wifi, it absolutely never worked and it doesn't much make sense to pay for it if no one can utilize it, but it's your money... 10. please consider replacing those mattresses, they are very old and extremely uncomfortable.

Great location in a more quiet part of River Road, and a great part of the river was just across the street. The house was clean and comfy. Parking a little tight, but we were able to make it work. We did have some issues with the AC, but it was quickly addressed with little to no interruption to our trip. We would definitely love to go back!

Did not realize that we were renting the bottom floor of a 2 story home—that was not clear in the description. The location was great. The beds, though plenty, were horrible. The futons were more comfortable than the beds. Two of the beds caused us to roll to the middle—I slept on top of the pillows to prevent this. The mattresses are wrapped in a noisy plastic waking you and everyone else whenever turning in bed. There must be no insulation between the upstairs and downstairs because it sounded like our neighbors above us were jumping on our heads at 6:30 every morning. They woke us 4:30am one morning—maybe they fell out of bed. The home was clean with adequate utensils, linen, and storage. It needs to be clearly stated in the description that this is a shared home with other people.
