The weather was perfect, the sunsets beautiful, the location good and the kayaks were a plus. The road traffic was a bit noisy during the day but very quiet and private at night

Neat little studio. Great views. It was clean and had all basic necessities. There needs to be more than 2 bath towels if staying more than 1 night in my opinion. Pete was attentive but a little “off”-a week later we found out via a neighbor who sent us the mug shot and local news report he was arrested for attempted murder and on drugs. Very scary and very sad. I included this to make sure owners are aware as they live in California I believe.

Property manager Pete was incredibly helpful, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. Pete was attentive to every detail. Exceptional service! Room newly renovated. Boat dock outside our door. Safe and secure dockage, ice machine, water hose close to boat, parking for truck and trailer, covered BBQ area with grill, view of bay with awesome sunsets. Patio chairs outside room. Fresh herb garden to pick from, and beautiful landscaping. Boat ramp nearby. Will definitely be returning!!

An awesome property! Many porches, bars & decks to hang out on, some perfectly shaded to escape that afternoon sun. There have been tons of upgrades and improvements done here.
Pete is on hand every day and is a great person. Sunsets better than Mallory Square!
We already had reserved a place in Marathon for next year, but we love this place so much, we're trying to cancel that just to come back here.

Loved peace & quiet/ fantastic scenery in Conch Key Villas !
This was our first trip to middle Keys. My husband and I stayed at Conch Key Villas in April 2022. After arriving we were greeted by the owners who are very polite and helpful. We were shown around the villa and ALL the things available to use at any time - kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, dock for boat, fresh herbs that can be used for cooking, bar with games and BBQ . Place was clean and comfortable. A lot of different fish by the boat slips. AMAZING SUNSET views right out the back door. We’ll definitely be back!!

Stuart is the Man!
What can I say that is good enough to describe our stay? Stuart is the man... he went above and beyond the call as a host during our visit. He was there when we needed a friend the most. This hidden gem is a welcome find. Dockside out the back door with spectacular sunsets! A great seating area out front when the sun was too bright. He had all the bases covered from a coffee maker to a frying pan. Quiet villa with only 3 sets of guests at a time. Our dog (that WAS permitted) thought he was a regular sunning himself dockside and watching the pelicans and the gulls everyday. We saw sea turtles and manatees swim right by the dock...What a slice of paradise to behold.

Peaceful, serene get-away
We got there on Thursday afternoon and a manatee was by the dock at the Tiki bar; a beautiful creature. We sat outside our back door each morning with coffee and evening with a drink and the views are relaxing with gorgeous sunsets. The unit was well maintained and equipped with all the basic needs. The owners are very nice and on site. We drove to Key West one day, which is a little over an hour drive along the beautiful Keys Highway. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 15 - 20 minute drive into Marathon or up towards Islamorada. We thoroughly enjoys our short stay and we WILL be back!!

Amazing getaway spot in the heart of the Keys!

Amazing weekend getaway location!
This was our first weekend away without kids or a business trip in over 15 years and it was perfect! Upon arrival we were met with a beautiful and peaceful sunset off our balcony! The studio was perfect. Stewart gave us a tour and explained everything! The studio had everything we needed and if we had wanted to cook for ourselves there was a kitchen that had it all! The morning sunrise can be seen out the front window peeking thru all the beautiful swaying palms! The property itself has beautiful vegetation all around it and they even provide a propane grill to use. Great location to go into Marathon and grab a bite or head to Key West for the day! If we are fortunate enough to get another weekend away we will be back!

Fantastic Property
My fiancee and I have stayed all over the Keys the last few years. In fact, our first stay ever was on Walker Island very close to the Conch Key Villas, but it was destroyed in the hurricane. We were excited to stay in the Conch Key area again and this little villa did not disappoint. Our hosts, Stewart and his wife, were easy to communicate with and met us upon arrival showing us around the property and providing access to bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc. We were the only ones staying in the villas this weekend and found it to be amazingly quiet other than the noise of Rte 1 which can't really be helped. Our view from our balcony was one of the best we've had with a direct sunset view. If you're looking for a location just outside of the main areas of the Keys, you can't go wrong booking with Stewart!

Bring your own boat, or not!
This is a beautiful, clean property. We brought our boat and there was plenty of room to park our trailer. Neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful, and Stewart and Katie are probably some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
The wind was blowing pretty hard so we didn’t use the boat much, but there was still PLENTY to do! Great fishing right from the dock. You’ll see manatees, massive sea turtles, tarpon and nurse sharks, all right from the dock! Highly recommend this place.

Stay could not have been better! Perfect place in the middle keys and the hosts Stewart and Katie could not have been more hospitable and gracious! For the fisherman the location is terrific and the sunsets spectacular. Stewart and Katie go way beyond any hosts compared to my previous rentals on VRBO which have been many. They are seriously good and generous people, rent this place - you will not regret it.

Loved Conch Key Villas!
From the moment we arrived we were treated like family; Stewart and Katie are wonderful hosts! We were encouraged to join other guests for Happy Hour and watch the sunsets. It became a special part of our day. CKV is a little bit of heaven.....such a beautiful setting! Our room was spotless and the kitchen well-stocked. We enjoy staying in for some of our meals, especially when fresh fish are so plentiful! Our CKV location was convenient for visiting several State Parks and Key West while enjoying a laid-back atmosphere. We're returning next year!

Fantastic location, very nice people, warm welcome and support in everything, very clean apartment with everything you need and a boat dock right at the apartment.

Perfect little place in the middle keys!
The room was clean-clean and had everything we needed, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning. Stepping out our back door to the back deck we faced due west over the Gulf. Our boat was also right out the back door in our own boat slip. Even though we faced the Gulf, the place actually sits in a small protected cove so the boat and slip don’t get beat up when the wind and waves turn up.
We trailered our 25’ ft bay boat from South Carolina, and there was parking available in the front of the unit for the truck and trailer. We opted to skip the landing at the nearby marina and put our boat in at Grassy Key a couple miles down the road. The cost was the same ($20), but the conditions of the landing at Grassy Key was a little better than the marina on Conch Key.
The location was perfect, about a 30 minute boat run to the 7 mile bridge where we caught snapper and grouper, and half that distance to Vaca Cut to head to the reefs on the Atlantic side. We cooked steaks on the gas grill in the common area our first night, and once we were able to get out on the water and fish, it was awesome having the fish cleaning station right there and enjoyed eating snapper for dinner that had been swimming only a few hours earlier!
We also got a big kick out of watching the dock tarpon at night and marveling at a couple of manatee who drifted in once or twice to say hello!
Stewart and Katie were excellent hosts, and we can’t wait to go. back!!!

Perfect location, clean, plenty of room and beautiful scenery. Stewart and Katie are great host!
My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed for four days in November of 2018. As soon as we walked through the gate of Conch Key Villas we were welcomed by Stewart and Katie. We were given the "five cent tour" from Stewart he walked us around the property, showing us the outdoor bar area with fridge and gas grill and outdoor seating area. He also told us to feel free to use the two man or single kayaks, stand up paddle board or bikes they have available. Steward then showed us room #2 that we would be staying in. The room was spacious with plenty of room for our clothing and other belongings. We stepped out the back door to the breathtaking view of the Florida Bay. We were told if we need anything during our stay from seasonings for cooking or a different pan not to hesitate to ask and to feel free to use any of the herbs from there garden. The location of this rental is perfect 1 1/2 hours from the main land and 1 1/2 hours to Key West. I cant say enough about how Steward and Katie made us feel welcome and at home while we were there guests. I would tell anyone that was thinking of visiting the Keys to stay there and I cant wait till we can go back.

Wonderful getaway
Place was great, clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. Location was unbeatable. Located 13 miles south of Islamorada and less than 10 miles from Marathon. Sunset views from property were amazing, right out the back door. Stewart and Katie we super! We hope to get back soon.

Perfect Getaway spot!
We had a wonderful week stay at the Conch Key Villas. I would highly recommend Conch Key Villas to anyone and everyone. The owners Stewart and Katie are absolutely fantastic! They are very friendly, personable and go out of their way to make you feel at home. At the Conch Key Villas, you feel more like you’re staying with family instead of just renting a room. The rooms are clean and tidy. They were just updated recently and look great. Conch Key is about 10 minutes north of marathon and a little over an hour north of Key West. One of the Best things about the Conch Key Villas is the peace and quiet. The Key is laid back (The perfect Keys experience) there is no hustle and bustle. It’s not touristy at all. But your close enough if you want to do the touristy thing you can. If you want to take a day to just unplug this is the best spot. The amenities are great. You have a full kitchen stocked, pots and pans, dishes, spices. There is also some fresh spices in the garden. (Trust me the aloe plant in the garden came in very handy) If there is anything that you may need just ask Stewart or Katie. There is cable HDTV and a DVD/VCR (Didn’t get a chance to use that too much) there are bikes and kayaks free to use and fishing poles. Each unit come with a boat slip. One of my favorite spots was the bar/grill. That is where everyone would get together at the end of the night and swap stories of what happened during the day and tips for tomorrow. There is a ton of wildlife just steps right outside of you back door. A lot of fish call the boat slips home and there is the occasional manatee, dolphin or sea turtle stopping by. That absolute best thing is the Sunset right in your backyard and that is one view you can not beat. We cannot wait to go back!
