We were absolutely blown away by how clean & accomidating the house was. It had everything you could think of & more. The only drawback is that it is not walking distance to a sandy beach but that is clearly stated in the description. What a stunningly beautiful property. Quiet location, easy to get to, and friendly neighbors. Views from the top floor are magical

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. Everything was clean, the kids loved walking to the near by water, at then end of the block. We enjoyed our stay, and will certainly be a place to revisit.

This property worked out very well for our family stay. Everything needed in the house was available. A little over a mile to the private beach. Note there is zero parking near beach and the shuttle I read about was not running. Would definitely consider staying here again.

After booking we found out we would be unable to visit any local beaches due to COVID-19 so it was great to have access to a private beach. The private beach is located 1 mile away and there is no parking so someone in our party had to do the 20+ minute walk back and forth everyday to get cars. Bicycles can be parked near the beach entrance so that would be a good alternative for getting back and forth. The house was clean and has a nice setup. The bedrooms on the first floor are small but there are two full beds and a full bath. The main floor is the living area and the 3rd level has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Throughout the house there were light bulbs out and some faucets kept running. There is a nice outdoor deck and a small grill for cooking. Overall it was a good experience and a nice getaway.

Great house, close to the beach

Beautiful property, spacious and convenient location.

This house was perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room was ideal. The beach (which was beautiful) is only about a mile away and the shuttle bus was very convenient. Joy was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of families with young kids. The shuttle to private beach over the weekend made everything so easy! Open Living space all in one level with bedrooms above and below was great too. Lovely deck and yard. Plenty of space to park.

The house is beautiful, clean, and so spacious. It's perfect for a family gathering with kids. The deck and backyard provided extra space to spread out, and we loved having access to Kelly Beach. Joy was a pleasure to speak to and super responsive when we had any questions.

We stayed for a girls weekend and the house had everything we needed. The check out process was a bit confusing and there weren’t any house rules or instructions but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

The house was very clean. The pictures represented the house very well. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed staying at the house.

Both the owner and the place were fantastic. Joy went out of her way to accommodate us and to make sure we enjoyed our stay and the house is as nice in person as it looks in the pictures.

Joy was very responsive. The toaster broke while we were there and within a few hours a new one was at the doorstep to the house. Inside the house was clean which is very important to my family. There is plenty of room to spread out. A surprise was that every bedroom had a TV. In our family we don't all like watching the same thing and this was a plus. I would definitely recommend this house to friends. Joy was a great property owner.

We were 5 couples and 7 kids - ages between 10 months to 5 years old. With 5 bedrooms (extra mattresses) and 3 full baths, everyone was very comfortable. The house was clean and fully furnished. The kitchen is good sized and the deck was big enough for everyone to hangout (there's a good sized backyard too to play lawn games). It was a pleasure to work with Joy. She answered all of my many many questions, was super flexible with payment options and was gracious with early check-in and late check-out as well. We never met or heard from Joy when we were there, she did stop by when we were out to drop off a few things (on request). As for location - down the road from the house is a small opening to the water. It was lovely to go on morning walks there. The beaches, restaurants and grocery store (Shaws and Stop and Shop) are close by too. Overall, we highly recommend Joy's house!

We had a great stay at Joy's place. The beds were comfortable, house was clean, neighborhood was beautiful and the water at the end of the street was a great way to start the day. Joy made sure we had plenty of keys for everyone (which we might have lost 1 or 2) and only checked in to make sure everything was suitable, didn't nag at all even knowing we were a group of 8 men here for a wedding weekend. We were turned down by many other houses nearby but Joy was very easy to work with and understanding of our needs. Beautiful home, great owner. I would definitely stay here again.
