This was a great house with space for several couples. There was room enough for several work from home people and those who were not working. The indoor dining table was great and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware, dinnerware and glassware. The table outside only seats four. The bathrooms were all updated and very nice.

Great location for our family vacation. Quick walk to the bakery. Short drive to the beaches and grocery store.Plenty of space to spread out.Difficulty with the TV setup. We couldn't figure out the DVD player.Attentive property management team who came the next day to address the broken grill.

We were five adults and 2 kids and had such a wonderful time!! We will be booking for next year. Bathrooms/bedrooms recently remodeled and so nice. Kitchen only part in house not remodeled but it was fully functional, stocked well with good storage, kitchen linens and equipment. There was a minor leak in the sink and we called Hauserman and someone was out to fix it within 10 minutes. I appreciated the text reminders and text check in instructions. Beach/pool toys in the garage. Washer/dryer worked great. Thank you Hauserman & Dollar Point Coates.

Had a great stay on a family vacation! Highlights were the lounge space (ample room for everyone to be comfortable), views and proximity to the lake, and nicely renovated bathrooms. It was extremely easy to work with the property management company, and they/ the owner were fortunately flexible when we had to change our reservation dates due to major snowstorms. The only item of note that could be improved is offering body wash and/or shampoo/ conditioner for the showers (though they did inform us ahead of time). We'd absolutely come back in the future!

We had a great stay at this house! The three full bathrooms were all fairly updated and the house was cozy. It is in a great location - right next to the lake with a beautiful view right out of the dining room window. The kitchen is a bit dated, but everything worked just fine. We would definitely come back here!

We loved our three night stay at this beautiful home. The house is even nicer than the photographs and on-line description. It was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and perfect for our party of 8. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated the kitchen. It was well-stocked with good quality kitchen ware. The dining room has a wonderful table that easily seats 8+ people and has a lovely view of the lake. It is a special place that we hope to be able to visit again when we return to Tahoe.

We arrived during one of the biggest snow storms of the season. Overall the house is fantastic. Just be aware that during the snow season, streets leading to the home and the driveway need to be plowed.

The location of this rental was great...very close to the beach with filtered views of lake from the deck and kitchen table. Only issue for my family was that we would have preferred the beds to be a little bit softer, they were very firm. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Dollar Point Coates. The check-in process was super easy and it was in a great location for our ski weekend at Palisades. There was a bedroom for everyone and a great living room space for socializing and a great big table for eating. We will most definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Great location for all seasons!
This is such a perfect place - easy access to the beach, quick drive to Squaw/Alpine and just down the street from downtown Tahoe City. The rental agency was just so kind and informative. The house is perfect for adult couples to enjoy some time together - especially the long table in the kitchen overlooking the lake. We had the best time at that table! The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, tasteful decorations that make you feel like you're at home but not overwhelmed with personal items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! We hope to get friends together again and use this rental!
