The lady overseeing the property was very nice and helpful. The pool area was nice.

We didn't expect to have to buy our own food and make our own meals. It was more like a hostel than a hotel We didn't have a car and taking taxis to and from the hotel was not easy and expensive. Also for the price we paid we expected a better room, the bunk bed railing was broken and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The property is strangely designed blocking the ocean view and sunset.

this is my second time I stayed in this beautiful place. And I'll keep coming for the following visits to the area. The bedrooms are comfortable, tidy, small bathroom are but it's all you need. It has shared Kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, anything to cook and make coffee. The staff is beyond helpful, made us feel at home. Pool is refreshing, and you can see and hear monkeys around. Also the sunsets are beautiful. love this spot

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gretel was vwry attentive and sweet.

This place is nothing like what’s shown in the photos. There is no AC where the weather is HOT! They have a cat on premises who relieves itself anywhere and when the sun heats up the excrements the smell is foul!! If you’re not in love with bugs stay away from this place. The doors and windows are open-concept and they have been replaced with just screens with huge holes which defeats the purpose of a screen at all. There is a lobster infestation in that place! Those things measure about 10-12 inches and fly around and land on anyone and anything. It is very unpleasant! The kitchen and common eating area is shared, therefore renters have to “agree” on a breakfast time for their party. We agreed on 7-8am but someone walked straight in at 7:30 and took the only coffee pour-over frame for themselves while we were in the process of boiling water to make more coffee. So much for a time agreement! When we checked in we checked all 4 rooms to find dirty sheets. The rooms are tiny with no space on the floor to open your luggage and although most pictures show a California king size bed believe me when I say you will get a bunkbed no matter what. There is a total of about two outlets in the room. The shower and toilet are separate from each other in the space in each one is so small if you have a long legs you will not be able to close the door to use the restroom. There is one medium size stand-up fan and a small one that clips to the top bunk bed. With 85-90° wether it is almost impossible to make that work. Around 9 PM the hotel attendant came up from her house that’s down the hill and told us other tenants were complaining about us speaking in loud voices. booking description says “all children are welcome” but when children are playing in the pool and it’s a problem to other tenants you get told to quiet them down. We paid for 2 nights and ended up staying 1 and finding a different place to stay for the other night.
