nice well maintain place with lots of room for a family of 4. unit is well equiped. I would maybe add boogy board (body surf board) on the beach gear. those were hard to find on store on the island.. overall , great place and nice outside kitchen by the pool

After 30 years of visiting Maui, this was the best rental property I have ever had. It's beautifully furnished, every detail is provided down to the pack of napkins The coffee is ready to be brewed,the linens are fresh, the decor is beautifully tropical but also very upscale. The terraces are fully furnished with use of the golf course and mountains flanking the ocean water. It's very quiet and elegant.

Staying at the Kahului Golf Villas was so much better than a hotel. The condo was perfect and a beautiful view. My only recommendation would be to advise guest to rent a car to get around.

Beautiful unit, exactly as described. Loved having the cooler for the beach and the chairs. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. Very comfortable beds, tons of space for everything. Wonderful communication, felt safe, felt taken care of and had a wonderful vacation. Will be return guests and will refer often! Thank you for the 5 star service!

KBM Hawaii was a class act! Quick, friendly, and easy to reach. There if you needed them but did not interfere with personal time or space. They texted us what to do day of checking in before we could even call! Simple, polite, efficient and I felt like they trusted us and we them. Headed back in 6 months and KBM will be our contact in Hawaii always. There were so many special touches including detergent pods, extra trash bags, deluxe soaps, Fabreeze, folded Kleenex ect! Definitely 5 Star treatment. Thank you KBM!

Such a beautiful property located in the heart of a golfing community. Very quiet location with the most beautiful landscape and ocean views. Solid service flooring throughout the entire home, tastefully decorated and upgraded appliances. Lots of extras provided like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and lots of oversized beach towels. Definitely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay here on Maui.

Love the Kapalua resort property and all of the things to do. Only complaint with the unit was the old carpet in the two bedrooms. It was worn and in need of replacement. Other than that the unit was very spacious and well appointed. Will be back but will look to stay closer to the water.

Great condo. Excellent for a family or two couples to share. Kapalua is an exceptional location with outstanding amenities. Snorkeling and beaches were an easy walk from the condo. The communication was outstanding throughout the process from booking to leaving. We will recommend to family and friends.

Cozy and perfect in every way.
Place was perfect. Well kept and owners have taken the steps to make this place classy and comfortable. Great beds! Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Bahama chairs and umbrella - ice chest, etc. were all available for beach. Amazing sunsets over the captain cook's and Bay Course. I would like to stay here again. Cozy and perfect in every way. The property was Awesome! Great place to stay.
The overall experience was fantastic, the condo was beautiful, everything worked fantastic. The only negative KBM did a nice job however when we called them it took quite awhile for them to get back to us. We were suppose to have a car with the condo we never got the car. This condo complex is fantastic, the pools are great, the views are great, it's close to restaurant and shopping, we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped with anything you could need for a comfortable stay! Ice chests, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a surf board... kitchen was equally as equipped! Bed was comfortable and we couldn’t have had a better place to call home while we were in Maui!
We did receive a notice the day before our last that they would be exterminating and we needed to be out by 9 AM the next day, which we had not been previously aware of. The exterminator didn’t even knock before entering the condo before 9 AM.
All in all LOVED the condo and hope to go back to this particular rental!

Lots of space for a family of four
Condo was great, lots of amenities. We did quite a bit of cooking in the condo. Kitchen was well stocked. We were four adults and the layout was great for together times or do you own thing. Not much of an ocean view so if that was critical look at lower suites. Walk to the beach was short. Pineapple Grill not a good as it was, I'd give it a pass. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at the golf villa. It was a perfect fit for 2 couples, plenty of room. Shared space was accommodating to cook, lounge and eat in. Furnishings were very nice and well maintained. Loved having 3 pools very close by to choose from. They too were very clean and well maintained. My only negative comment was that there was a problem with the Tv. We had weather while we were there and wanted to watch evening news for updates and the Tv had a mind of its own. We did call for assistance but that didn't get too far. Overall, I would recommend this location to friends and stay again.

Comfortable Condo in Kapalua
We highly recommend this property - great location, wonderful amenities and excellent management by KBM Hawaii.
We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. The Napili Market was our "go to" for grocery needs. In addition this unit has beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and other toys for fun at the beach. Kapalua Beach is an easy walk down the hill.
No problems, no worried!! Maui was wonderful even if the weather did not fully cooperate!

Paradise in Kapalua
My wife and I rented this villa for 2 months ( Jan - Feb ) 2015 and felt like we had landed in paradise. This villa is beautiful throughout and every appliance is new and modern. The kitchen is lovely and provided with every possible appliance, dish, utensil you would ever need. The bath rooms and bed rooms are spacious as are the walk-in closets. We spent mornings and evenings on the lanai overlooking the 10th hole on the Bay course. And a 3 mile hike up Pineapple Hill and down to the beach was a daily activity … I even fed the birds out of my hand. In addition, we took in golf ( 8 different courses ) , theater @the MACC, magic show, beach, ferry to the Island, and numerous upscale restaurants … to make our stay the most memorable and enjoyable of all … not to mention the nice suntans … Aloha.

Beautiful comfortable Kapalua Rental
My husband and I rented this unit for 2 weeks this year. The home is really beautifully appointed. Had a large well equipped kitchen and lovely veranda overlooking the Bay Course at Kapalua. It was very quiet area and had all the amenities that you need including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels. Bathrooms have L'Occitane bath amenities. The management team was responsive to all our needs. I would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks for a great vacation.
