Willkommen an unserem ruhigen und unterhaltsamen Strand! Entspannen Sie sich am Ocean Isle Beach und lassen Sie die reine Salzluft wirken. Dieses gemütliche Haus befindet sich an einem Betonkanal mit tiefem Wasser. Unser Haus verfügt über einen Schwimmsteg mit einfachem Zugang zum Intracostal Waterway und zum Atlantik. Dieses Haus ist ideal zum Bootfahren, Angeln, Krabben, Kajakfahren oder Jetski fahren. Strandliebhaber finden den Zugang zum Strand nur einen kurzen Spaziergang am Ende der Straße.
Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern verfügt über ein großes Familienzimmer mit Schlafzimmern auf beiden Seiten. Die gesamte hintere Hälfte des Hauses hat Blick auf den Kanal. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das Kinderzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Das Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen den Schlafzimmern und der Meister hat ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Die Küche ist komplett für alle Bedürfnisse Ihres Küchenchefs ausgestattet.
Es gibt genügend Parkplätze unter dem Haus - genug Platz für einen Bootsanhänger und ein Auto. Außendusche und Fischwaschbecken am Dock. Sie können den beruhigenden Anblick und die Geräusche des Atlantiks von den Rockern auf der hinteren Veranda genießen, während Sie sich entspannen und den Stress vergessen, den Sie zu Hause hinterlassen haben.

The house is as advertised with convenient beach access and ample parking. The beds are comfortable and the living room seating is great for TV watching in the evening after the beach and dinner. It was our second stay here and we will stay at this property again.

Our family made beautiful memories this year at this perfect beach cottage. We loved being on the canal. The kids loved riding bikes down to the basketball court or for ice cream. The house was perfect for us and so functional and clean. This was our second stay, and hopefully will be able to continue to rent this same place every year. Owner is always very attentive. Thanks!

We enjoyed our second year at the Beach Bungalow! Cannot beat the location - close to the beach, shops, and park. We loved fishing off the dock and rented kayaks to explore the canals.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family. It was clean. Great location. We enjoyed fishing/swimming in the canal. Loved the outside shower and enjoyed grilling outside. Had everything we needed. Didn’t want to leave and will be back!

We had a great stay at this sweet beach home! Everything was nice and clean and up to date! Loved that everything was on one level! Also we had an issue and the owner was easily accessible and was prompt at his arrival and taking care of the problem! It’s a fantastic view and also not far from the beach access! Loved the chairs and table on the back deck as well as a picnic table and spacious carport area! Certainly would stay here again!

We have 3 teenagers and this was the perfect amount of room for all of us. We spent every morning on the backporch overlooking the canal and ended our evenings there as well. Beach access is SUPER CLOSE. This is a traditional beach rental where you do have to bring towels/sheets/paper goods. The house was super clean and was nicely decorated.

I’ve been renting beach houses in the Carolinas almost every summer since around 1998 .The things we liked about the house we just rented are: The location was great, the beach entrance was just a block or so away, we loved the canal the dock, the deck and the décor; What we did not like is: We arrived in the middle of one of the worst area rainstorms ever, and it was freezing cold inside. It took way to long to finally figure out how to contact the owner, didn’t see any way to contact VRBO I thought you guys were supposed to take care of things. Anyhow the owner responded pretty quickly and he unlocked the “Nest” device and turned the heat on for us. Both queen beds had the worst mattress’s we’ve ever tried to sleep on, sagged really bad in the middle, formed a bowl and you would roll to the middle when laying on it, and oddly the two twin beds had the best mattresses of all, so we ended up sleeping on them instead. Ridiculous, when you spend $385 a night for a room you expect a really comfortable bed, right? The online photo showed a large porch swing hanging under the house, we though that was a nice touch and looked forward to using it, but there was none, instead there sat the owners large boat trailer taking up a large space, and no swing. All three overhead fan blades were caked with thick dust, probably haven’t been dusted this year, very disgusting. Large dust bunnies under furniture. Don’t use the oven there are no hot pads.

We've been coming to OIB for the last 8 years and we were very impressed with this property. Recently renovated and very clean. Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids.
AC kept us nice and cool. All appliances worked well (including the ice maker). Little things can make a huge difference.
The only things we ran into that were slight inconviences were that there was no outlet downstairs to charge a golf cart. Bring a 25-50' ext cord. (Steve mentioned that he plans on adding one at some point).
It also would have been nice to have a ladder on the dock. We usually swim/float in the canal at high tide. Dock is perfect if you have a boat (we don't).
Steve was very responsive to a few questions that we had.
Will stay here again.

Great cozy beach cottage.
We stayed for a week with our two adult children and her husband and his fiancé. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The guys fished off the pier in the canal. We rented a golf cart and had a short drive to the beach and ice cream shoppe. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House
Loved that the house is on the canal and we were able to fish everyday. Interior recently updated and everything was nice. Great kitchen amenities. Not a bad walk to the beach. We enjoyed our vacation on Anson St.

This house will meet the Beach goers need.
The house is fine. Nothing noteworthy good or bad. Just some thoughts of mine here.
1. No sheets or pillows here. Bring your own. That seems tk be shown in the listing now but wasn't clear when we rented.
2. Furniture isn't very comfortable. Beds were not comfortable at all. Couch and shairs were very deep which made it hard for anyone under 6'2" to sit comfortably.
3. Interior is recently renovated and feels nice. The back deck and dock could use S OK me updates as l well. Lots of opportunities for splinters on these surfaces. Back deck looks to be recently reinforced and there were some nails and screws on the ground underneath.
4. This is about Ocean Isle so no fault to the owner. They have a new ordinance that you can either use a single pole imbrella(or ironically 10 single pole umbrellas) or a Shibumi shade. If you're used to using a tailgate tent or large shade structure, leave it at home.

The best week
This place was perfect for my husband and our kids (3 and 5). Perfect location, close beach access and the screen porch was delightful for breakfast and other meals. Owner was excellent communicator. We could have stayed another week and would definitely rent this property again.

Convenient and comfortable!
Our family (us plus our son & daughter in law with our 2 young grandsons) were very comfortable- kitchen allowed us to do lots of cooking, AC kept us cool, all furniture was comfortable, easy walk to beach access, nice dock for fishing (we climbed up the rope on the concrete to get out when we swam) , enjoyed the screened porch, met our needs for a great 2 weeks! Appreciated the laundry room being inside the house.

Great location, dated property
The condition was appropriate for the price, but would really appreciate a few updates. Bathroom fixtures were very rusty and the carpet was very old. Lots of stains on walls and ceiling. All things considered, great location, and we had a great week but will look for a more updated property in the future.

Great place with wonderful access to the canal and Intercoastal Waterway
This home was comfortable, clean and quiet. The kitchen is adequately equipped, everything worked well and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The dock is so nice and the access to the canal and Intercoastal Waterway is a huge plus!

The house was clean and cozy. Nice pots and pans to use. Nice canal to launch your boat. Convenient to stores. Not to far a walk to beach. Loved it.

Another great rental
Second time renting the house and another great experience. Easy access to the beach and located on a very quiet street. Great communication and flexibility from the owner after the hurricane which was less than a week before arrival.

Vacation
Our stay at Ocean Isle Beach was fantastic except for the inability to keep the house cool. The AC resets several times a day including in the middle of the night and we woke up one night sweating. In a sleepy conscience, we set the AC way too low to try and cool the house back down. The owner contacted us yo let us know that we could not set the AC lower than 70 or 72. That is a bit too hot for us. Other than that, the house was comfortable and clean and the private dock and screened in porch is very nice.
