This worked out well for us as it has enough space, was clean, and relatively close to Denver.

We were in Littleton for my daughter’s wedding. Great place for 5 adults. Easy check in and check out process. Walked to historic Littleton via the trail very close to the house.

Such a perfect location to enjoy downtown Littleton. Just a quick 15 minute walk along a beautiful trail to Main Street. The house is so pretty and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. Plenty of parking with the garage, driveway and street if needed. The owner had everything ready to go for us. Towels, toiletries, blankets, coffee etc. The tv was set up for streaming services too, so that was a wonderful bonus. We had a great time for a whirlwind weekend with good friends.

Perfect property we were in town for a family, baby, shower. The property was essentially located for us between downtown Denver, Littleton and Parker relatives. Very clean easy check in close to Main St., Littleton thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will certainly come back if it’s available when we’re next in town.

We booked this house with short notice and so glad we did. It’s been beautifully remodeled, had plenty of space for 6 adults, and we had a lot of fun playing foosball and getting reacquainted with our PacMan skills. The little extras left for our arrival were very welcoming. We’d definitely rent this one again.

We had to find a place in a time crunch and we’re glad to find this well-appointed home in a very convenient location. Michael was very accommodating!

The home had more than enough room for our family of four. The kids loved the arcade games, Harry Potter room and foosball table. Michael was incredibly helpful and was easy to contact. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was very nice. The outside of the house was not the best but the inside was very pleasant. Was very clean. The property manager was very nice and answered our questions very promptly. Enjoyed our stay.

Myself and 5 other ladies stayed 2 nights, and it was fabulous. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. Amenities were great, location to downtown Littleton was wonderful, and communication with the host was easy. The addition of the arcade downstairs would be so great for a family with kiddos, but also fun for the adults! Would definitely recommend!

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the house with a few friends. House was as advertised very clean and easily accommodated my group. The house is laid out in a way that it would be great for families with kids as well. I really enjoyed the location as we spent a lot of time on the Main St. drag in Littleton eating and drinking and it was an easy uber ride to our wedding venue.

House was great space for us. Property manager’s communication was excellent. Neighborhood and walking distance to downtown Littleton was a little disappointing.

Very clean and comfortable. Low street traffic. Location close to (short walk) hiking trail to Historic area of Littleton. The big hit was the game room in basement. The youngest grandson spent lots of time in the Harry Potter hideaway under the stairs. We were in Littleton for a wedding and this was the perfect place for a short stay. The entire interior of the home looked like it was freshly updated and very comfortable. Wish the property had a backyard but other than that it is great. Would stay in this home again.

Great location
A perfect house for a small family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, paper goods and even a sweet little cake stand for Mom’s birthday cake!!!
The owner was easy to get in touch with. It was convenient to highways, shopping and friends.

Nicely upgraded amenities and , fun space with considerate notes. Great location to walk the path to downtown Littleton.

Clean property had everything we need
Michael provided a thorough set of instructions prior to our stay, and we had no issues with check in. The property was clean. We appreciated having two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of paper products. A fun mini golf course and dining options are within a few blocks’ walk, and a grocery store and pharmacy are a short drive away. This was a good home base option for our visit to Denver and to enjoy a show at Red Rocks.

Beautiful home with great amenities
Our family met extended family here and everyone loved the house. It was stocked with everything we needed, we all had our own space, and the game room kept kids of all ages entertained.

Wonderful family stay
Great location with lots to do around the area for families. The Harry Potter room, foos ball, and vintage video games were a giant hit!! Lots of fun and plenty of room for kids to play.

This place has it all.
We stayed at Mikes place for a weekend and we had a lot of fun. Mike was very responsive and helpful from the beginning through our entire stay. The rooms were great and comfortable. The game room was a great addition.

We were in Littleton for my sons wedding and we rented the home for a weekend it’s was perfect!! Everyone loved the home.. plenty of space for all to have their own space . Convenient to everything you could ask for. Owner was fantastic and easy to communicate to. When we go back to Littleton we will definitely book this home again!!! Thank you Michael!!

Great location walking distance to downtown Littleton with great restaurants. Easy drive to airport, parks, red rocks, and downtown Denver. Very clean and well stocked. Bonus room with games was a plus.

This is a cute house and was close to everything. It fit my family of 7 very well and my boys loved the Harry Potter corner under the steps.
