The place was clean, perfect location , pool was Great! Also the beds were very comfortable. Received quick reply’s from owner when things needed to be addressed. Would definitely return.

The condo is clean and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there even beach chairs and a wagon. Location is perfect and so close to great restaurants.

Me, my husband, my 22 year old daughter met my 26 year old son in Jacksonville & then traveled to this condo for a week. It was set up perfect for us with the 2 bathrooms, 2 patios & 2 bedrooms plus couch to sleep on. Located perfectly for walks, beach, restaurants & grocery store. Everyone just loved it! Thank you!

It was wonderful!! We had awesome views from our balcony and their was alot of amenities that made our visit great! Was really impressed with the beach stuff that was there!

We don’t ask for much as a family but like to have a place where we feel comfortable and safe. Cleanliness and space is important. So, this two story beach property is just that. It is well kept with full amenities. Decor is lovely and beach themed. Balconies were my personal favorite. They look out on pool and ocean and are a great space to kick back and relax. Personally enjoyed my coffee each morning before heading to beach each day. Kitchen is well equipped and rooms were spacious. Owners are wonderful and responded quickly to questions and needs. There’s a nice pool and Gazebo on property. It is a gated community. While I have older children, it allowed for a safe quiet area for younger children and families to enjoy the yard area. You’re close to a grocery store and some great restaurants also quick drive into historic St Augustine and Anastasia. Overall this was a small piece of paradise! Fully recommend.

Excellent location and quality condo. Hottest week at the beach I can remember but the Independence Day celebration was excellent. I’ll be back!

Was very well stocked. Keyless entry which made things very simple. Great location with views of the ocean. Had a wonderful time.

Relaxing and in great proximity of restaurants and downtown St Augustine.

The inside of the property was very clean and very nicely decorated. I needed to contact the owner because we had a little difficulty getting into the apartment and he responded immediately. He was extremely kind and friendly. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. There were a couple of minor things. The air really never cooled one of the upper bedrooms, a little paint was chipping off the handrail going to the bedrooms, and there was no place in the upstairs bathroom to hang our towels. Outside there was no light on the stairwells at night to light up the stairs and the grounds needed to be attended to. Despite these minor things based on the care of the inside of the place I would rent again.

The condo was more than enough room for our family of 3. We have stayed at other condos at Ocean Villas and this one was probably our favorite so far!

Overall great stay. Easy access from ground level to condo. Not many stairs to carry stuff and kids back and forth. Clean, fully stocked with amenities noted on VRBO. Nice views from both balconies. A little warm on the third floor. Wish we had brought a fan at night time. Love the new appliances in the kitchen and that the space had washer and dryer available. Overall great space and would highly recommend to a family with kids or anyone wanting a quick getaway.

We enjoyed an amazing week, just a two-minute walk from the beach, and steps from two different pools. The condo is very cute and confortable, with great amenities. Our teenager loved the privacy of the second bedroom and our younger son slept very well on the air mattress. We like to cook rather than eat out, and the kitchen was very well outfitted for our needs. And having two grocery stores within a few minutes drive was a plus. It is also within 10-15 minutes or so many fun tourist attractions. Check-in and check-out we're very easy. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our visit. We didn't ask enough questions cause we thought there was an elevator. Someone who had stayed there told us there was an elevator. It was hard going up & down all the steps.

Very nice property. Could see the ocean from our balcony. Short walk to beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. Even many books to read! Only issue is thin walls. You can hear tv, talking from next door.

We had 3 adults and a one year old stay in this condo last week and loved it. Had tons of space, very clean, and lots of things provided. Located close to lots of great restaurants and not a far drive from the Historic District! Loved the location and the condo in general. Would defiantly stay here again! Five Stars!!

I am a mom of 4 who loves to travel but bc of work, my husband usually does not come. So I am always lookin for convenience and a good deal so I can travel even more. This condo was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in from Vrbo, and I’ve been doing this for a decade! It was spacious, was stocked with everything you need for cooking at home and the beach, including a wagon! I already looked to book next year but it’s taken. No worries, I will be back !

This property was excellent! It had great access to 2 pools and the beach. Very roomy 2 story condo. In room washer/dryer was very convenient. Plenty of pool and beach toys and nice beach chairs. Would definitely stay in same unit again!

Aside from the weather which is totally unpredictable in February, our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for beach access and sitting by the pool (when the weather allowed). Loved the well coordinated decorations throughout the condo and all the furnishings were great quality and comfortable. You could tell a lot of care went into decorating the space. One thing I wish we had known beforehand was the fact it is a second floor unit with no elevator access. It was tough unloading for us seniors. Michael was a very responsive owner and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

This trip was just what we needed and the condo was warm and inviting. The view from the patio is exactly as described. It is close to restaurants and diners and just a short drive to the city which is where we spent most of our time. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived and Mike was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable there. We had everything we needed except good weather ! HahaWe will definitely want to go back again and stay in the same condo.
