Das Haus ist eine separate Einheit, ein Hinterhof "Einliegerwohnung", die etwa 750sq ist. Füße . Sie haben zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eine Küchenzeile / Wohnbereich sowie ein Badezimmer. Frisch renoviert, blickt dieser Strandcharmeur auf einen abgelegenen Garten und Rasen und jede Menge Blumen. Eklektisch ist das Gefühl. Bei der Renovierung wurde auf Komfort und Einfachheit geachtet [italienische und mexikanische Fliesenakzente, Hartholzböden ...]. Ein angrenzendes zweites Schlafzimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Die Küchenzeile und der Wohnbereich bieten Blick auf den Rasen- und Gartenbereich. NICHTRAUCHER im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück.
Wir sehen die Situation als die attraktivste für Paare oder Paare mit Kindern an, die nach einer ruhigen Umgebung suchen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von unserem kleinen Strandort und unseren großartigen Stränden Cardiff, Solana Beach, Encinitas und Leucadia, einem Beispiel für den Strand von Südkalifornien, entfernt Leben.
Wir befinden uns in einem der ältesten Viertel im Norden von San Diego, den Highlands of Encinitas. A 10 bis 15 min. zu Fuß und Sie werden sich in der malerischen Küstenstadt befinden. Carol and Tony's place was clean, comfortable, authentic, and low-key. It was a perfect basecamp for adventures. The location is close enough to town to be convenient, while far enough away to offer a peaceful respite from the hustle. It was a quiet place to recharge after a day of adventure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would stay here again. The cottage was very warm, clean and pretty. The outdoor area is beautiful and serene. I was within walking distance to everything. Property owners very accommodating, friendly and just overall great people! I can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you!

It’s perfect for two people. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio enjoying Carol and Tony’s wonderful backyard. Very comfortable stay, all within walking distance of the town and local beaches. Food in town was great, everything you’d expect in a SoCal beach community. Our hosts were pleasant and attentive.

Carol's property was perfect for us! It was a great location, within walking distance to the 101 in Encinitas, and Leucadia Blvd, where we had family. The backyard was quaint and had a water feature which made spending time there very enjoyable. Carol & Tony were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

We had a really great time staying for a week at Tony and Carol’s. The casita was very comfortable, the backyard was peaceful and quiet, and in a great location walkable to the main strip of restaurants and stores and most importantly the beach! It’s also easily drivable to kids activities in and around San Diego (and Encinitas has some great playgrounds). Tony and Carol were easy to communicate with and we appreciated being able to utilize beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs during our stay. We would absolutely return!

Listing is accurate; perfect holiday getaway. Weather was stormy but cottage was warm and comfortable. 15 minute walk down to Swami’s beach and restaurants on the strip.

Nice, clean, easy-to-access location with very friendly and helpful property owners. I stayed with my wife, our 5-month-old, and my mom and it worked out well for us. Carol provided a porta-crib which worked great, really nice outdoor space.

This was a perfect casita for two for our short cycling holiday in Encinitas. Carol and Tony were lovely hosts. It's exactly as advertised, and even though it's close to the highway it is super quiet. We slept like logs after long days of cycling! It's about a 12 minute walk to Swami Beach. Only downside for us road bikers was the evil hill at the end of each day to get back to the property. :-) But probably good for the cycling muscles! The delicious pound of french roast coffee that was left for us was an added bonus.

Tony and Caroline were great hosts. We had full use of the back patio and yard while we were there. Easy 15 minute walk down to swamis beach and into town. Lots of great restaurants and surfer watching. The little Kaseeta in their backyard was comfortable, just a touch on the small side but it was great for my son and I.

Tony and Carol are the best. The property itself is comfortable, clean, well cared for. The backyard is an oasis. Make this your home base for any San Diego area trips. I hope we can return soon.
Encinitas is a great surfer town with great shopping, food and drink. Gorgeous views and access to the ocean.

We had such a lovely time at Tony and Carol's property. It had everything we needed, and Tony and Carol were such wonderful hosts. We walked to Swami's Beach for the sunset and enjoyed restaurants nearby. The garden area was a peaceful place to start and end the day. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Delightful and comfortable
We enjoyed relaxing in the small garden and the proximity to Encinitas and the beach. The Casita had every comfort. The water pressure in the shower was low not a game changer. The hosts were friendly and helpful but also respectful of our privacy.

Wonderful Beach Cottage
We had a great week on the California coast. The location is great for beaches and has many dining options well.
The cottage was clean and comfortable and has everything you need if you want to prepare small meals, enjoy the patio, or go to the beach to enjoy a sunset.
Tony and Carol were wonderful hosts, responsive and helpful with good suggestions for things to do in the area.

My friend and I stayed for 6 days. Tony and Carol could not have been more pleasant. The casita was spotless and super roomy for the 2 of us. 2 comfortable beds, lush backyard with table and chairs, a kitchen that worked perfectly for us (no full size oven if you need that, but who cares? You’re on vacation!) We drive to the beach and downtown, although could have walked the 15 minutes or so it would take to get there. I won’t stay anywhere else the next time we go to Encinitas. 5 stars!

My friend and I stayed for 6 days. Tony and Carol could not have been more pleasant. Lovely, Peaceful Getaway!!!
Carol and Tony welcomed us, were friendly, knowledgable, and provided a safe, clean, nicely decorated, cozy beach house steps away from their home, yet has its own patio and beautiful gardens with fountains and birdbaths- so relaxing! We loved it so much that we are planning anither stay here next spring!!!

Great location
Tony and Carol are excellent hosts! They greeted us and were always attentive to us coming and going weather we needed anything, getting directions or suggesting dining. The guest home is accurate to the description, clean quaint and very safe for a family. Dining and beach accessibility is excellent, we brought our bikes and found it easy to get to dinner or the beach with our kids. We would definitely rsvp this Vrbo again.

Everything was excellent, close to the beach, quiet, easy access to freeways, kid friendly, and Carol and Tony were excellent hosts! Anything you could possibly want for the beach was available to borrow! And when our 1 year old ‘borrowed’ the TV remote there wa no issue sending it back.
