The apartment is spacious, bright, cool and clean - and at a perfect location close to a few eateries/bars, and right across the street from the beach. The very pro-active and responsive owner provides basic necessities, including coffee/tea, soaps etc.

The location is perfect. The staff was awesome!
I didn’t realize the early check in and late checkout were two separate 50 charges. It could have been my fault for not reading it but it was 100 dollars which wasn’t overpriced but also not cheap.
Also the cleaning products were a little strong but could have been worse since we did early check in and there wasn’t time to air the cottage out before we arrived.

It was right next to the beach and easy access.
The shower felt like it was going to fall through and the middle a/c unit didn’t work.

Refreshed property inside. Good maintenance person.
Tiny bathroom. Lost power when wife tried to use hair dryer. Parking is very inconvenient and very dangerous when exiting the property. T. V. system very difficult to operate.

Driveway was flooded when we arrived due to heavy downpour and alarm was going off for awhile

the cottage was clean, cute and comfortable! The location was amazing and the staff were great. we will stay again.

close to beach
wasn’t ready with passcode for door locks & no internet for my grandson to get online studies started. didn’t have daily cleaning nor fresh towels. had to take trash out after paying good money for this unit and they requested tips for their “hard” workers??? kitchen no lg bowls nor toaster. frying pans no good. older bldgs.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ease of access to the beach.
The price for what you got was a bit much. (839.28) especially for only 2 nights. The tv's in the rooms was only a 12 inch flat screens and hard to see considering they was mounted in the corner at almost ceiling level. The set up of the rooms are wierd considering you have to walk through the guest bedroom to get to the master bedroom leaving privacy a issue

Old quaint property, unique layout. Some trouble figuring out how to get in unit. One bed needs to be replaced.

This was a wonderful place to stay me and my fiance enjoyed ourselves it was very peaceful and clean. The TV in one of the bedrooms loss signal and in 5 min of reporting someone showed up at the front door...They had everything to start for us only recommendation get an iron and ironing board. Other than that I will revisit again. Thanks and sorry I might have forgot to remove the trash!

Very clean, good location The staff responsive
The pictures on line are of a much newer facility. It is old but was very clean and well equipped. Being on the ground floor had the advantage of convenience but the tenant upstairs was very noisy making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.
The screen door above us was banging in the wind at 5am so I had to go up and secure it. It would be a great place for families based on the layout. Nice pool area and close proximity to beach.
