The rental was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was easy to get to and the surrounding area had everything needed to stock up for our stay. This unit in Vista Cay was very close to the pool area. The pool area was very nice with an abundance of seating options and a DJ was there on Saturday to provide entertainment. The pool bar was well staffed and had a fully compliment of beverages available for purchase. Overall a great stay!

We were staying with a family of 4, and with three full bedrooms in different areas of the property we had plenty of room. We were close to everything we wanted; the parks, airport, even Gatorland. We were able to cook, play games, and watch what we each wanted in different spaces when the weather was rough.
Only downsides were the broken hot tub (with conflicting reports on what was wrong and when it would be fixed), and a kitchen with some standard appointments missing like a broiler pan, baking dishes, and only 2 wine glasses. None of this would keep us from staying there again.

This property is a fantastic place to stay for an Orlando trip and is accurately advertised. My family and three children (13, 10, and 7), visited Orlando in October. We were visiting both Universal, Lego Land and Sea World so we elected not to stay on any specific theme park property. It's only about an 8 minute drive to either Universal or Sea World. We also made it to Disney Springs, which was only about 15 minutes.
The condo itself is very clean and the pictures are accurate. It's less than a minute walk to the pool, which is fantastic.
Overall, a great place to stay for an Orlando vacation.

A really nice location near Universal. The community pool was nice and it had a nice view of the lake. The rooms are updated and it was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Our travel plans changed so I requested an earlier check in and was able to get in. Condo was very clean and welcoming when arrived. We had everything we needed to start our stay and only had to run and get a few things. Location near the lake and pool was perfect! We even saw the Falcon Rocket launch from our patio one evening. Also saw ducks, beautiful cranes and an alligator while enjoying the patio.
UBERS were plentiful and location was not far from the locations we visited, including Universal, convention center, ICON park and airport.

The place was nice. Great location for access to our event. Accommodations were comfortable. There was a significant amount of noice from the unit above for a couple of the nights and some construction noise a few days. But overall the place met our family’s needs.
One negative for the resort: The pool attendants were overly strict about everything. Might want to warn guests that if they want food or beverages at the pool they should plan on buying them from the resort.

It’s perfect. We stayed for a conference meeting at the Center literally across the street. Great area with all we needed within blocks. A huge time saver! Beautiful apartment. The photos on VRBO changed a few days before we arrived and are exactly as pictured. Everything looked brand new and was tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfy, apartment was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was wonderful, overlooking the lake and pool. The resort was very quiet and close to restraunts, universal, seaworld and aquatica. Great communication with Lin the host. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was a great unit. Check-in and out was so easy and convenient. Unit was way more than I expected. The furniture has been updated since the pics posted online. We loved the balcony, which overlooks the lake and pool. The unit is so open and very spacious. I also loved that this unit was literally close to everything. Publix grocery store is within walking distance and probably a 2 min drive. There are also other food options in the same plaza as the grocery store as well as a Dunkin Donuts. The theme parks are so easy to get to as well and all within a 20 min drive . Would definitely stay here again for next visits to Orlando.

This condo was perfectly located a short drive to Universal Studios. Disney and other attractions were not far away either. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk away. A quiet community, clean and modern condo. We will definitely stay here again.

Probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented from VRBO. The unit was big and very well decorated. Our family of five fit perfectly. The streaming capable TV’s made teh kids happy as they could log into Disney+ in the short time we were watching TV. We visited Universal Studios and the drive was about 4 1/2 mile and maybe 10 minutes to the gate and basically on the same street. There were plenty of options nearby for food as well. Overall, this rental unit goes on our list of place to stay again. We even bought season passes to universal because this unit is so perfect for us to visit a few more time this year:-)

We had 8 other families stay in other units. We stayed in this unit and it had the best views, cleanliness and was bright and beautiful. The pictures really do not do it justice. Do not hesitate to book. We paid a little more for this unit but it was well worth it after 5 days at Disney. We each had our own beds and tvs in each room. Great morning sunshine on the lanai. Owners are on property and very responsive.

The ladies whose birthdays are individuals with disabilities.. They visit Orlando every year but usually in Westgate. They were really impressed about the living quarters. Thanku sooo much for your nice condo especially the balcony over the water late night they loved it.

Location and View!
Perfect location next to the Convention Center and convenient to Universal and Icon Park. We attended the Arnold Palmer Invitational and it was easy for that also, as well as access to Disney Springs area.
The unit is as described- beautifully furnished and everything you need. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't use much of the kitchen but there appeared to be plenty of dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. Easy check in and secure with key codes at gate and unit door. Communication with the property owner was easy and response was prompt- thank you, Lin!!
We were a family of 6, all adults, so each couple had a bedroom and their own privacy, with 4 people sharing the second bath, which seemed to work fine. Due to the short stay, we did not use any of the amenities onsite, but there are plenty of them and the pool looked fabulous! The condo is a 3rd floor, corner unit overlooking the water and I was able to make enough time to sit and enjoy the view. Very nice!
Overall, I highly recommend this unit, and this property owner. We were very satisfied with our experience!
