Vor kurzem renoviert, sehr schön eingerichtet, im ersten Stock End-Gerät mit guter Sicht auf den Pool und das Meer. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind: Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zum Pool mit Korbmöbeln, abgeschirmte Veranda, voll ausgestattete und neu renovierte Küche im weißen Shaker-Stil, drei Kabel-TV, WiFi, DVD. Großer, offener Grundriss, sehr hell und luftig und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Golfplatz. Zwei Strandkörbe und Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Leinen eingeschlossen. Rauchen verboten. We have stayed at Wild Dunes many times and had another great week. Perfect weather. The condo was nice and well stocked. Very close to the beach and pool, we would definitely reserve again.

We had a good experience overall. The location, ease to get to the pool and beach were a huge perk! I felt the condo could have been cleaner, especially the showers. The washing machine wouldn’t lock so therefore wouldn’t drain. We ended up putting our pack of water bottles on top which made the lid lock in order to complete the wash cycle.

We’ve stayed at the Tidewater twice. We came back since it is on the beach and has wonderful views of the sunset. We also enjoy going to the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which is a big plus. We loved the furniture and decor of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back to this property.

The proximity to the beach was great. The pool and beach are directly out the door which is perfect for little ones. The check in/out process was easy as well. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had some beach supplies to use! Our only complaints are that the master bed frame was very squeaky and every small movement while sleeping woke us up. Also, while very surface clean, we found lots of trash and dirt behind the couch and under the beds. They just need to clean under the furniture.

Best location ever! We were on bottom floor and we were just a few steps to the pool! The beach was also near! Great place for no more than 4 peeps! It’s just what we needed!!

The room with the twin beds was so hot. We weren’t able to get thermostat below 70 to help this matter. Also we could not get the TVs to work - had instructions but would not connect to WiFi to work. Luckily we had beach and pool access but would’ve been nice to wind down at the end of the tv to cool room and TV. Overall still enjoyed the stay, but wouldn’t book here again….

There is nothing in the world that beats sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the rain in the evening. The condo was very clean and decorated so cute. It was in an awesome location with an easy walk to the beach. The only downside was the twin beds were a little hard and the pillow I slept with was downright awful, but overall, everything was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a super relaxing and cute condo to stay at.

Had a very pleasant stay at Tidewater i104. The unit is in very good shape. It’s a first floor unit with an easy walkout to the pool and short walk to the beach. Only issue is one vanity drawer doesn’t stay closed.

Tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom villa with easy access to beach and parking. The space was SO COZY and perfect for two couples or a family with 1 or 2 kids or just a friends-getaway!! Easy walk to pool and beach, and a hop/skip/jump to a variety of eateries. I will definitely rent this space again!!

After hours check-in at realty office was easy. Text communications clear. Description and location as advertised. Unit was clean with no maintenance issues. Only thing I would add to directions was didn't see and understand the vehicle pass/gated entry at first.

This property was amazing! Comfortable vibe, cozy beds, great location. Only challenge was reaching the property managers for frozen pipes. However, this was a very abnormal situation that will likely never occur again. I finally reached them they were great.

we originally were in shipwatch C316 which was very nice with a good ocean view. However, the elevator in the building became unusable. When we reported the problem Island Realty arranged another rental and sent a very nice man to help us move. The new rental, Tidewater I104 was even nicer. We had a very nice stay and appreciated the professionalism of everyone from Island Realty we had contact with.

One of the best stays ever at Wild Dunes - such a beautifully decorated condo with a lot of thought put into every detail. The only issue we encountered was poor internet despite being able to log in via the password provided. It may have been due to the bad weather that had just passed through right before we arrived. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say and have already recommended this unit to friends.

Really enjoyed our stay and the condo. Living room was too crowded, especially because of the coffee table. Loved the ocean front and pool and nearness to everything including Charleston. Booked thru a VRBO which was a total waste. They were worthless to help us so it was money wasted. Won't do that again. But Island Realty did a great job in serving and communicating and taking care of us.

Our Tidewater condo was great (clean and everything we needed). The one complaint we have is that we got an email a day before letting us know that our pool would be closed in the afternoon for a owners meeting. We’ll this should have been communicated much earlier and we feel the owner’s disrespected the guest and inconvenienced us up for an hour meeting.... There were only about five of us at the pool and they had plenty of space to have their meeting. Our group felt like we paid for that pool for the week but then suddenly you tell us we can’t use it for 4 hours in the hottest time of the day because 5 “members wanted to talk about their condo”. Not sure if I would ever rent in Tidewater again because of their arrogance!
