Explore the island and come back to watch the best sunset in George Town surrounded by stunning blue water and live your Caribbean dreams as the lights from the boats in the harbor twinkle amongst the starlit sky.

This cozy apartment is close to town and has great views. We really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at Regatta Point. The location is so close to town, but still feels very remote and private. The views of the water were amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace watching the boats and the stars at night. Nancy was so helpful and provided anything that we needed. Would love to return next year for another stay!

Where to begin, the flight into Exuma is breath taking, the colorful blue tones of the sea were breath taking. We rented a Jeep on this island, which I highly recommend. This gave us the flexibility to visit multiple beaches and multiple restaurants. We arrived at the charming one bedroom rental surrounded by the beautiful blue waters. Nancy was extremely helpful entertaining and welcoming as we arrived on Christmas and every thing was closed on the island she prepared a welcome cocktail party. We received several recommendations from Nancy and her son on places to visit. I highly recommend Stocking Island Pig Roast on Sunday and the All Day Excursion to the Swimming Pigs, Sharks, and Snorkeling. The rental unit was well cared for, the view was amazing, extremely casual and just the place to relax in the sun. This rental offered pure tranquility. The locals were so extremely nice, friendly, helpful. I just can't say enough about the Rental, Location and Peaceful Stay. Thank you Nancy we hope to be back soon!!!!

We love Regatta Point! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The whole property was so comfortable and we felt so at home. Small beach areas for the kids to play and wonderful view of the harbor. Saw sea turtles, starfish, lots of conch! We drank coffee watching the boats and it was so beautiful and peaceful around all of the beautiful trees. Nancy, the owner, was the icing on the cake. She was amazing. So kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We will definitely be back to Regatta Point!

I would highly recommend this place. The views straight from this rental are great, and walking distance to everything you might need. The kitchen isn't very well stocked (no condiments, oils, cheese grater, etc.) but we made do.The host was very friendly. She didn't respond to our Vrbo messages so I was concerned about how to check-in since the details weren't provided ahead of time, but it didn't end up being a problem as I called her the day of and she was there.No wifi, but that was almost more of a blessing because I was there to disconnect anyway. Maybe she would have provided it had we asked.

Nancy is great! The place had a gorgeous view, was very clean and it was a great location - we could walk to the market and restaurants. The only drawback was no air and no WiFi but honestly the water (turquoise) view made up for it!

Location, location, location! Highly recommended if you are staying in Georgetown. Nancy is a wonderful host.

This property is surrounded with water and has magnificent views. It is very comfortable, well furnished, and has three balconies to enjoy the water views. Nancy was very helpful with many good places to visit and places to eat. I was delighted to have the housekeeping and clean towels delivered each morning. I would recommend Regatta Point to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

We Stayed at Regatta point for 4 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Jenice she showed us around the villa and gave us a first class briefing of the island. You will soon realize you have the best view of the harbour and surrounding area. If you stay here there is really no need to rent a car you can walk to so much. We did rent a car because we were actually looking for real estate and needed to get around. Nancy is such a sweet lady and pleasant host. I would not be too concerned with which villa you get as they all have awesome views of the water. Actually the whole place is surrounded by water. We will stay here again.

Regatta Point surpassed our expectations. It is a beautiful place in a perfect location. Nancy was fantastic. We cannot recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely beautiful views and sea breeze! Loved that the water taxi to Stocking Island and Chat n Chill was so close and had some great food in Georgetown at Peace N Plenty! WIFI can be bought on the Bahamas Wimax but is very challenging unless you walk up near town. Very tranquil and relaxing vacation.

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay at regatta point. It was clean and well maintained. It's a really nice location.

Took my family (includes 8 & 2 yr. old kids) and had a great time. With amenities within walking distance, including the food store, deli, liqour store, gift shop and ferry to Stocking Island, Regatta Point is perfectly located. Book a rental boat long in advance, they get booked up quickly. With a vehicle, local beaches and numerous restaurants are a short ways away. Our room had a walk out back deck and the evening tropical breeze coming off the sea was refreshing and a welcome after a day in the sun. Best family bonding time while rustling up dinner on the bbq grill. We found everyone to be very accommodating and eager to assist with making our vacation stress free..... special mention to our local you-tuber. .. lol. Thank you to ALL for a great get-away.

Soggiornato a Regatta Point da Nency, ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione ottima, casa molto grande e, cosa importante per il luogo, zanzariere ovunque. Casa abbastanza pulita (considerando lo standard del luogo molto pulita), cambio biancheria ogni due giorni, l'unica pecca, al nostro arrivo mi aspettavo più info dell'isola dalla proprietaria con relative cartine. Ha compensato con l'invito a casa sua per la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno, esperienza molto carina. Grazie Nancy!!
