Wir sind gerade mit der vollständigen Renovierung dieser wunderschönen Wohnung fertig geworden, die sich innerhalb der Stadtmauern der Altstadt von Dubrovnik befindet. Die Saison 2019 ist unser erstes Mal auf dem Markt. Es verfügt über ein modernes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster, ein Schlafzimmer (großes Fenster), ein Bad und eine Küche, die für die Zubereitung köstlicher Mahlzeiten ausgestattet sind. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Altstadt ist nicht groß, es dauert nur 10 Minuten, um von einem Teil zum anderen zu gelangen. Die Hauptstraße Stradun erreichen Sie in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort finden Sie Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars, Apotheken und den Eingang zur Stadtmauer. Die berühmte Buza-Bar ist weniger als 100 m vom Apartment entfernt. Dort kann man baden, Klippenspringen, Cocktails .. Der alte Hafen ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von wo aus Sie mit dem Boot zur Insel Lokrum (10 Minuten mit dem Boot) fahren können. Jacob Strand (5 Minuten Bootsfahrt), Transfer in die nahe gelegene Stadt Cavtat oder Sie können ein Boot mieten und Wassersport betreiben ... Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, um zu erkunden!

This sweet little, well appointed apartment is at the top of the stairs in old town. Everything was as advertised. Clean and comfy. Nice to have a washer in the middle of our three week trip.
Be sure to hire a porter to care your luggage, unless you want to carry it the whole way as using roller bag wheels is not allowed, and there are a lot of steps!
We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of Dubrovnik, as arranged by Mirija.
Probably true of anyplace one would stay in old town, easy to hear folks walking by outside and easy to hear residents overhead, but nothing that kept us up at night.

We loved the host who was very informative from the outset, we loved the property, it was small but packed full of everything we needed. The only negative is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. But overall it was clean, with coffee and toiletries included.
Have we mentioned how great our host was? She is a template of how it should be done.

The property is close to the centre of the old city, at the top of a series of steps and close to the city walls.
The host, Mirija, couldn't have been more helpful, and is a great source of information about the history of the city. Her attentiveness is fabulous, and she is a fantastic ambassador for the city.
Everything that you could need for a short stay is provided in this cosy apartment - it is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed and the host was very attentive and kept us informed of happenings inside old town. If you want to be inside the old town, this apartment is for you. It is just around the corner from the Buza Bar.

Apartment was near everything. Place was nice and clean. Mirija was very kind and gave us a lot of attention. She recommended places to eat, things to do, where to park our car, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Mirija (property manager) communicated well. She was able to let me in a little early the day I checked in. One thing that wasn't clear was that this apartment is at almost the top of the northwest side of Old Town and is up a large number of steps. This didn't bother me, I needed the exercise, but if you do not want to climb up and down stairs you may want to stay closer to the bottom of the stairs. It turns out that I could have gotten a porter to take my suitcase up, but I had no idea the distance (apartment is up next to the city wall). I did ok, but was going to have a porter bring my bag down, which turned out to cost 3 x what I was quoted (for that I would have dragged it down myself). Apartment is small, but reasonably comfortable. A little noisy early in the evening but pretty quiet later. Check out which on the website was 11 am, turned out to be 10 am. Dubrovnik is a wonderful town, and I had a great time walking around.

The apartment was very well outfitted, updated and comfortable. It was located near the Buza bar, but was on a very quiet path. Lots of stairs, but that is a given in Dubrovnik. You are very near the Walk of Shame if you have any need for atonement. Mirija was very helpful with directions, questions, parking advice, a porter as a result of sprained ankle; watch your step. Wonderful stay in an amazing but very crowded old town.

Travelling for many years many places some good spots some bad a few great didn’t think we could be surprised after so many years but Mirija just topped anything we ever experienced or could have expected. Well done !!!!!

Our stay in Mirija’s apartment was fantastic! The location was great, with everything only a short walk away. We especially enjoyed Buža bar (just round the corner) where we watched the sunset every evening and cliff jumped. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and our host Mirija was amazing, even helping us arrange airport transfer. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

In historic part of Dubrovnik
This small apartment is a well kept, well managed property in the historic town of Dubrovnik. To access the apartment, you must climb a significant number of steep stone stairs. Luggage carrying service is highly recommended.
The main center of town, with wonderful bars and restaurants, is well below the apartment location.
The apartment is very near a great bar, with spectacular view, which we frequently visited for sunsets. Don't miss it!
The apartment manager is world class, and very attentive. As for the apartment, be aware that there is no TV reception (we didn't care) and no electrical outlets in the bath. The shower was excellent however.
If you can handle the stair climb, you will enjoy a short 2 to 4 day stay in this small apartment.

This was the perfect location in old town, was the perfect amount of space for me and my sister, and Mirija was incredible! She was extremely responsive, checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well, recommended things to do, and even helped with airport transportation. She was also very informative and gave us some history of the old town, which we found very interesting! I would highly recommend booking here!

AMAZING place to stay!
I cannot say enough great things about this place and the property manager, Mirija! This was the perfect location in old town, was the perfect amount of space for me and my sister, and Mirija was incredible! This property is situated high up in the original town. It was very close to the wonderful Hole in the Wall bar and about 100m from the superb Konoba Jesuite. In Dubrovnik everything is close as long as you climb steps all day so this locstion was perfect.

Excellent small, quiet flat in southern Old Town
First, Mirija is the most thoughtful, and considerate host. During one of her busiest days she made sure we could get into the flat by sending us video instructions. By the time we arrived she managed to be there waiting for us.
It’s important to her for you to enjoy your stay, and she goes out of her way to help make that happen. Whether that’s arranging a car to pick us up at the airport, or helping to book the correct ferry tickets.
It’s a small, but fully appointed apartment. If you’re like the three of us, you mainly use it to sleep while out enjoying Dubrovnik. It’s a reasonably long walk from both main gates and a number of steps. So make sure you have the stamina, or have Mirija arrange to have someone to port your bags.

I can’t imagine a better way to experience the fairy tale that is Dubrovnik’s Old Town than Mirija’s apartment. The location could not be better and lets you fully immerse in the world of the Old Town from day one. The apartment is squeaky clean and fully equipped for light cooking and relaxation. Mirija can introduce a host of optional services from airport pickup to convenient parking, day tours, and more. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Excellence was just the beginning
Mirija has a wonderful apartment, and is incredibly thoughtful to her guests. Mirija welcomed us at the old city gate and showed us the market and restaurant suggestions (all great). The tour of the town was wonderful and helped us get our bearings. The apartment is adorable and well stocked. There was even a first aid kit (never seen that before) and some emergency ponchos (Thanks, we did use). We spent a week there exploring the city. Loved every day staying here

Our stay in Dubrovnik was lovely. Mirija was friendly, informative and an overall great host. The apartment was as listed and was optimally located as it was near swimming and all the attractions in the center of the old city.

Fresh, new updated apartment in Old Town
The apartment is very comfortable (including bed and pillows) and had everything we needed plus more. Property Manager was great; very nice and helpful. She provided us with a lot of good information and helped us set up transportation from the airport, a private tour of the city (including Game of Thrones sites) and had good suggestions for places to eat. She went over and above to make our stay terrific.

Nice apartment in Old Town
This is a nice apartment in Old Town, close to everything you want to see and do. Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. The AC worked great. The bed was very comfortable. Mirija was very helpful giving us directions to the bakery, grocery store and arranging airport transfer. If you have heavy luggage, ask Mirija for help from a porter. As with everything in Old Town, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

Perfect wedding anniversary stay in Dubrovnik.
Our stay in this old town property was perfect ,it was close to every thing , the apartment had everything for our stay with the best aircon we have ever felt which we loved every time we returned after our nights out. Miriam was the best host when we met her on our arrival she told us lots of things to do and see, and told us to call her any time if we needed to and the lovely bottle of wine and chocolate she left us as it was our wedding anniversary was so kind of her, if we ever return to Dubrovnik we will stay here again as it was the perfect location for the best holiday my wife and I have ever had.

A beautiful apartment in the Old City, close to all the major sites. As stated the property was recently renovated. Everything is new and very clean, and attractively decorated with a modern look. The host was helpful in arranging transportation and a guide. The bedroom has a door separating it from the kitchen / living room area. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean, well maintained, and easy to find. The owner Mirija was flexible with our arrival time, she met us at the apartment and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Dubrovnik. We would definitely stay here again.
