Dieses Angebot verfügt über eine 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Eigentumswohnung, die das ganze Jahr über vermietet werden kann. Unsere Tarife variieren je nach Saison und Länge des Aufenthalts. Unsere Familie LLC ist unabhängig und privat diese Villa seit 2014. Unsere Villa befindet sich an der King and Prince Golf and Beach Resort in der Downing Street in St. entfernt Simons Island, Georgia. Unsere 1257 m² große Villa ist ein Penthouse-Modell im Dachgeschoss mit 14 Fuß hohen Decken mit Oberlicht in Wohn-, Haupt- und Gästezimmern. Unsere Villa ist mit Marmorboden und Plantage Fensterläden in ganz renoviert und verfügt über Marmorduschen. Das Master-Bad wurde neu konfiguriert und erweitert, um einen ehemaligen Umkleidebereich gehören. Es bietet nun eine Aussicht aufs Meer und ist völlig behindertengerecht mit einem Marmor, begehbarer Dusche (3inch-Clearance). Die Dusche ist mit Haltegriffen und Duschköpfe auf 2 Seiten ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine dritte abnehmbare Duschkopf mit Schlauch und in einen eingebauten Sitz. Die Küche und Bäder verfügen über kundenspezifische Gehäuse mit Granitoberflächen. Master-Bad Schränke sind so konzipiert für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich ist. Die Villa verfügt über einen Marmor, Fischgrat gemusterte Gaskamin unter einem hölzernen Mantel. Es umfasst auch das renovierte 163 Stundenmeilen stumpfe Gewalt, Ton, Orkan resistent Auswirkungen Glas Blick auf den Ozean. Dieser Widerstand Glas Features Sound beständig, Schiebetüren vom Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon. Glas-Schiebe-mit-Bildschirme ersetzt, um Meeresbrise in der Villa genießen werden. Der Balkon bietet einen Teakholz-Möbel zum Entspannen und Aussicht auf das Meer. 24 Stunden Sicherheit wird durch die HOA vorgesehen. Ein komplettes Menü mit Zimmerservice ist von der König und Prinz Hotel vorhanden. Überdachte Parkplätze. Wir akzeptieren Überlauf Reservierungen von Gruppen und Konferenzen an der König und Prinz Hotel. Wir benötigen Sommerkurse für UGA vs. FLA Wochenende. This villa at the King and Prince resort had all the amenities anyone would need right at our fingertips. It is strategically located to the bridge which crosses the inlet pond and straight to the umbrellas on the beach. There is also a pool and hot tub. Conversations with the hosts were friendly and easy. Our weather, praise the Lord was a constant 85 with a slight breeze. I highly recommend this villa. Thank for a great week.

I can’t say enough about the views, location, beach access and the proximity to and from the downtown area. The rooms were clean and the condo had everything we needed. A cup of coffee and a danish were at our fingertips each morning when we’d stop by The Cottage just around the corner. There’s upscale dining as well as come as you are drinks and casual burgers and barbecue about a block away. We will definitely come back.

I loved this condo. I did not think I would like being on the fourth floor, but I actually loved it, especially the high ceilings.The views were great. Very spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had a very enjoyable time at St. Simons Island. The King & Prince resort is a wonderful property on the ocean.
The condo has a great location on the ocean with beautiful views and it was very clean.
However, the furniture needs updating, the couch & chairs were very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture was also uncomfortable & lacking. Could use a nice size table. The kitchen could use new pots, pans, glassware & water pitcher. They are all old & scratched.
The beds were very comfortable except that the pillows were old & very flat.
The master bath was nicely redone, but, the toilet was located right up against the shower door, which was cramped & uncomfortable. On a positive side, plenty of towels were provided, which is appreciated.
Nice to have assigned covered parking.
All in all, we had a great vacation. The views are amazing. We saw dolphins while walking the beach!
This condo has such great potential. Just needs the updates we mentioned. After all, it is a beach resort, maybe the furniture could reflect that.
We ate dinner one night at Echo Restaurant at the resort, outside overlooking the ocean. Priceless.

The view is great and location excellent, we had stayed in this location before, easy walk to everywhere. The condo is a little dated, the fireplace did not work and there was a gas smell to the point we had to leave windows open, even when it was cold outside. There were no
Instructions for Wi-fi or how to work TV, which we never figured out. We were also never told they were working on the condos around us, everyday starting at 9:00 am to 5:00 they were jack hammering that about drove us crazy. For those reasons we felt the condo was over priced.

Clean condo, amazing view, spacious, lovely beach! Wish they had warned us about construction/ remodeling that had been going on since December!!!! Owner offered to pay for an activity and some lunches to make up for noise, which he did reimburse. But truly if they knew this incredibly loud project was going on, why didn’t they off one of their other condos instead - when we booked!!! Really disappointed in how the rental timing was handled!

We've stayed at the King and Prince for about 5 years now but never on the 4th floor. The 4th floor really opens up condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely check out the listing again before our next stay.

The view from the condo was amazing! For the most part the condo was comfortable, a little bit dated. A few fixes in the kitchen would have been nice, drawers mainly and some in the main bedroom were off a little too.

We have stayed at this condo previously and requested to stay here again. The condo is perfect for what we enjoy doing at Saint Simon’s Island-walking the beach, enjoying the pool, watching the ocean from the balcony, etc. it is a perfect location. There are 2 big bedrooms and w bathrooms along with a spacious living room. It has all the amenities we need.

Beautiful views, great location, clean and comfortable. We loved our stay! Great restaurants and bike rentals within walking distance, covered parking. Beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking on the beach and to nearby attractions, hunting for tree spirits, learning about the local history, climbing the lighthouse, and swimming in the ocean and the pool. Our son enjoyed skim-boarding!
Communication was quick and responsive when we needed anything, such as the wifi password and clarification about checking in.
We especially liked the big, wide beaches, and seeing lots of dolphins!!

We came to the island to enjoy the ocean and island. We have always loved St. Simons but this was the absolute best time we have ever had!!

Although the condo is privately owned it is part of the Kings and Prince resort, which offers many amenities. This condo complex also has it’s own pool, hot tub and grilling area for those who want a less crowed experience. The owners are very nice and always available to help. Already looking forward to next year.

While the St Simon area is great the condo was not. The pictures do not reflect an accurate indication of the condo. The living room furniture was wore out and uncomfortable. The unit needed painting and the kitchen appliances were outdated. We would return to St Simon but not to this condo. Compared to other condos we have rented all the East coast and Gulf coast this unit is over priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this updated villa with tall ceilings. The villa has a new & fresh feel to it. The bench in the lovely master shower eases everything and makes it so comfortable. Things were clean and organized upon arrival. It was clean with packaged soaps & detergents available for our use. We will return soon! thanks!

This was our second stay in this villa. The posted photos dont do it justice. We love this updated, white marble villa. We've stayed in others at KP of far less quality. The renovated , marble/granite master bath is fantastic. The beds are ultra comfortable. Our son enjoyed watching a tubi movie on the guest room smart TV. We enjoy the private wifi and full cable TV package offered as well. Everything was again totally clean and kitchen well stocked. We love the hot tub and beach directly below the villa! Thanks Erin for the hospitality!

The property has a great location. The condo itself needs updating. We would stay in same location, but not this condo. Everything is very old. No smart TV. No cleaning supplies or equipment such as vacuum or mop. Toaster barely works. Water smells like rotten eggs. Bathroom and bedroom smell extremely unpleasant after showering. Fireplace screen all rusty. No automatic switch control. Rugs (runners) are dirty, as well as throw pillows. Dining room table lopsided and poorly finished. Not worth the cost.

The property was very well located with a great view. The unit itself needs a little tlc. The dining table was not in the best shape and the guest bathroom towel rack kept falling down but overall a good place to stay. Within walking distance to great restaurants.

Our visit to St Simmons and to this condo was awesome! The condo is very well set up and decorated - had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Looks just like the pictures posted. Beautiful view ! Easy walk to the large pool with nice chairs and umbrellas and a “tiki bar” for liquid refreshments and lunch. Easy beach access. We had a “birthday dinner” at the hotel restaurant (Echo) and were SO disappointed — menu is very limited and has a Asian flair, limited choices … and is very expensive. Food was mediocre. We also went to Mullet Bay on Ocean Blvd and it was fantastic with a huge menu to choose from (including seafood ) and reasonable prices - highly recommend. If you rent this condo you will not be disappointed. We are already starting to plan our next visit here!

Very nice, clean, easy to stay at. Our favorite is being right on the ocean, hearing the waves all night long is something we look forward to. Easy walk to the ocean just down a flight of stairs. We love this unit and will definitely come back.

We loved the condo! Perfect views of the ocean for catching the sunrise and sunsets or use quick easy access the the ocean to do the same.. plenty of room to relax in the well appointed condo, my family and I loved our time spent in this ocean front condo!

We have stayed at this resort several times, but this condo is by far the best! Very clean and well-stocked. Location is unbeatable. We arrived late that evening and the owner was accessible and helpful. We will definitely book again— and I’m not an easy one to please! Thank you for a perfect long weekend with our teenagers.
