We LOVED the property and location!!!!!!

If you want to visit New York with family, this apartment is a beautiful alternative to NYC hotels, because you have more space, a Bus stop to Manhattan in a walking distance and a stunning view over the Skyline from the bedroom.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos if not better. It is clean, bight and well stocked with everything you could need. We travelled with our children being two 15 year olds and a 12 year old. It was wonderful having extra room and a bit of privacy that you wouldnot have in a hotel. We loved the neighbourhood and found it easy to take the PATH train or ferry into Manhattan each day. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would definitely return again.

What a gem! So clean and cozy! Stayed here for a girls trip to celebrate a 50th birthday and it was amazing. Perfect, spacious, so clean and comfortable. Easy access to NYC and the view was fantastic. We will definitely be back here.

The location is hard to beat. Quiet street yet close enough to the main commercial streets. View of Manhattan. Ferry quite close. we needed a car but parking is quite a challenge if you drive in and out. owner very helpful in obtaining parking pass for the week.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay here in Hoboken. The apartment was perfect; so comfortable and had everything we needed. So lovely to see the Manhatten skyline from the bedroom! Hoboken itself is fabulous, we enjoyed some sunrises across Manhattan from the waterfront, just 5 mins walk, and the town is lovely to wander round. Some nice restaurants and cafes too. Thank you Diane - your apartment was just perfect!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property was a home from home with everything we needed and more. Location and local restaurants/shops all fabulous. Would definitely return as loved this town. It was an ideal base to explore New York City and return to relax each day too.

We really loved to stay at this beautiful, perfectly equipped apartment. Very conventiently situated in Hoboken with the bus to Manhattan right around the corner. Diane and Jay were lovely hosts as well, we'd return any time.

We were really lucky finding this gem, while planning our trip to NYC. It’s just a short ride from Manhattan (we found taking a bus to Port Authority was the easiest and the fastest way, just about 15 min, although we enjoyed a ferry ride and took path train couple of times) and at the same time it’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. We found apartment very comfortable and spacious for us (a family of 5). It has everything one may need and even more. The kitchen is very well equipped (we cooked breakfasts every morning and dinner couple of times, and there was enough dishes, cutlery and amenities). The cardboards were stocked with condiments, spices, oil, sugar, coffee etc. There were also all the necessities in the bathroom, including shampoo and soap. Enough towels for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, one of the party had to sleep on the futon in the living room and had no complaints. Everything was clean and well maintained and also beautifully decorated. The living room has a very lively ambiance - books, games, little things - one feels really at home there, it was sad that we had very little time to fully enjoy it. We also liked the neighborhood - green and lively. Big park and beautiful walking path along Hudson, little shops and cafes on Washington street. Groceries and drug store options in walking distance. All in all we were happy that we chose Hoboken and Diane and Jay‘s house as a gateway to our NYC adventure.

Had a lovely New York City break staying in Hoboken. Property was perfect, clean, bright, spacious, well-equipped and was in a lovely neighbourhood with great variety of pretty quick links into New York. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a nice time at Diane and Jay’s place! It’s just like the pictures. So much more spacious than I thought, we only used a portion of it because our kids didn’t join us for the trip after all. It was more beautiful in person! And the location is so fun! And Diane and Jay were amazing hosts, persona, nearby, helpful and friendly. We plan to stay again and bring more people, just need to plan around the one bathroom.

Nice location close to train station to get to New York. Close to a nice park and waterfront scenery. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Had most things we needed except she doesn't supply tissues which I feel is a common necessity!

Located in an attractive and quiet neighbourhood, the property was perfect for the 3 of us. Very comfortable, spacious and light. It has everything you need and the kitchen is especially well equipped for home catering which suited us after long days out and eating out is expensive. Great local grocery store and deli. You get a different perspective of Manhattan from this property and its location with breathtaking views across the Hudson and the property was a welcome respite from the intensity of Manhattan. You do need to factor in time and cost to get to where you want to be on Manhattan but the subway and ferry are close by and we loved the contrast. Diane is a helpful and very responsive host. Overall, great stay!

The owner was so helpful with our stay. She was kind enough to give us advice on how to get around NJ/NY and even left maps in the apartment to help you out! Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Impressive view of NYC from your bedroom window. Really nice that coffee and tea were provided as well as visitor info, games, puzzles and books.

My family and I had a great time. Great relaxing place with everything we needed. Closer to transportation, great restaurants, and shopping. And fantastic host.

Charming house from 1901 in a great location as close to Manhattan as desirable. Very attentive landlord always available. Everything you need is there but your own food items. Bus, train and ferry to Manhattan are all easily available.

We rented this property for 4 nights - 4 adults. The description of the property was accurate, the location was perfect - easy to Washington Street but also to NYC, the place had everything you needed, and it had the perfect amount of charm. My only complaint is that the bedroom with the amazing view of NY only had light filtering shades. I am someone how needs dark to sleep and it felt a bit like we were sleeping with the lights on. That said, the bed and bedding were very comfortable so that helped. We even took advantage of the futon couch which they provided bedding for along with a privacy screen. I would highly recommend this place for your stay and I hope we get to visit it again!

The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood and roomy. The park just a few yards down the street has an awesome view of the Manhattan skyline. We enjoyed evening drinks and morning coffee on the second floor deck. The walk to the PATH train takes a while but the neighborhood is super safe. A perfect home base for our family of 4.

Beautiful 2bd 1ba 2nd level apartment in Hoboken. Clean, well equipped and ample space for NYC trip with my daughter for her 16th birthday. Quiet and safe neighborhood with view of the NYC skyline. Easy access to the city and the host was kind enough to check in with us via messaging to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to others and stay here again.

Wonderful property that is situated in a quite, fun little section of Hoboken. The host is always very prompt in communicating & most importantly keeps a clean, well maintained home away from home. Corner bedroom has a view of Lower Manhattan that is breathtaking at night. Great time!

This property was exceptional. We had 5 adults and we had more than enough room for all. The home is well stocked. We had not one issue. The city of Hoboken was clean and had many many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops. The host, Diane, shows great attention to detail, responsive and an overall great host! We will be back!

The location and neighbourhood provided us with a safe, comfortable and convenient stay in New York with the most exceptional view of the city. The apartment was well equipped with everything that a family needs and was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax at the end of a long trip. Our beds were super comfortable. We utilised the ferry to travel across the Hudson to the city each day, it was just a short enjoyable walk, with a coffee stop on the way, and the ferries departed with regularity, the connecting bus service meant that we could access all locations in Manhattan easily at no extra cost. Hoboken, was a relaxed and safe neighbourhood with great restaurants and all the necessary amenities only a short walk away. It was perfect for us. 😀

My husband, teenage granddaughter and I recently spent a 4-day weekend here while we visited family and "saw NYC." The place is super. Roomy, with comfortable beds and lots of homey touches, it's located conveniently to everything. This apartment could easily handle another 2 guests. We'll try to book again for our next visit.

Third time in Hoboken, first time staying at Diane’s and it was PERFECT! Location is perfect, we parked the car and didn’t drive anywhere because everything is walking distance!
