House was nice! View was lovely, owner was friendly. Boomer neighbors loved to get drunk and blast a variety of music well into the night on weekends. 😬 Not the renter’s fault, but hard with kids! Cool shower in the master bathroom and beautiful floors. House was stocked well enough for a weekend, but we had to bring a lot of stuff since we were there for a few months! If you want a nice rental on the water and don’t mind a bit of noise at night, this is the place for you.

This is a nice property, kinda far from fast water but nice quite neighborhood. I’m in a wheelchair and felt like the owner had issues with someone disabled staying in their house. Kinda felt discriminated against by owner do to being disabled.

The property was perfect for our group size of 5 adults. We sat out on the deck each evening and enjoyed the view. The kitchen and BBQ worked out great. Although the spa was working, we didn't find time to enjoy it after spending most of the day out on the boat. I would highly recommend this property for family and friend gatherings.

Single-level floor plan is great, no stairs to climb! The house is bright and airy and open, lots of space to spread out in the main living/dining room. The sun gets very bright during the day so if you are working at the dining table, might need to pull down the shades a bit; my kids were doing virtual classes during our stay, talk about vacation view =) There's a desk/chair set up in the master BR that's convenient for remote work to separate us from the kids. The bunkbeds BR is perfect for kids, we don't have bunkbeds at home so it's a fun change. The cove has nice calm waters, we were there during the week so it was relaxingly quiet. Pedal boat was great to have for our kids to use for fishing in the cove, though no luck catching fish this time. If your kids are into fishing, might want to check when the fishing season is at peak for better luck. They also had a blast on the SUPs! Amy is great with communication and easy to reach. Check-in/out instructions were clear and on a printout in the kitchen. And I love the flooring =) Thank you for a fun stay!

Communication was amazing, as was the location. Easy to catch fish off the back dock, would be kid friendly (but our group was all adults). Large beautiful house, great deck and dock. Plan to make this an annual trip, thank you Amy!!!

Pictures don't do it justice in our book. The main room was huge and perfect for kids to play in and same goes with the deck (completely enclosed and safe). Getting our boat there was easy and we loved taking the big Paddle boards out on the water. Nothing like a warm evening hanging out down by the water. All the bedrooms are a good size as well, the master in particular is huge.

Great home! Loved being on the water! We enjoyed watching the seals and the Christmas boat parade from the deck. Owners were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We definitely recommend staying here.

My family of 9 adults escaped for a long weekend to this great location/home. The house was very comfortable to a large group. We enjoyed all the home's amenities (hot tub, paddle boat, etc). I would recommend this house to other friends and family. We are planned to rebook again soon.

Beautiful water front home in Discovery Bay Ca. This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. This home has everything you need as you just walk down a few steps from the house to your boat, they have a jacuzzi on the deck where we watched the sunset every night. They offer paddle boards and a paddle boat. The home is just a 60 minute drive to Napa so we spent one day wine tasting. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. The owners are amazing and very easy to work with. Thank you Amy we will be back next year.

Another successful family trip in Discovery Bay. The house was very clean and had plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults, 3 children a wakeboard boat and two jetski's. We will definitely check this place out when planning next year's trip.

It was the general consensus of our family that this was one of the best vacations that we have enjoyed in several years. Amy made it perfect and was so delightful to work with. The home is well equipped and has all the amenities one would want. The deck with dinning table under canopy and a mister was enjoyed by all with a commanding view of the water. A short walk takes you to the dock that had space for our families 2 boats as well as Amy's paddle boat and our Relaxation Station 12x12 float that the kids played on. Fishing was good and the water warm. A short boat ride to fast water and a day of perfect wake boarding/skiing/tubing with little traffic during the week. High point was lunch at Union Point. Kitchen was very adequate to host a large dinner party, which we did. We definitely will return. Thank you Amy.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The living room is huge and able to accommodate all of us when we weren't on the water or hanging out on the deck. The only downside is that the house is a tad far from the fast water..but honestly, after the first day, it didn't even bother us. All in all, there were plenty of things for everyone to do whether it was fishing, standup paddle boarding, Jacuzzi, wakeboarding, tubing, you name it.

Every year my wife and I rent a spot for the family to gather. (10 Adults). Since we live all over the state we try to find a place easy to get to. We've rented all over as a result. This Thanksgiving we went to Amy's place on the Delta (our first visit there) and had a blast. The house was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and casual. Even though it was the end of November the weather was nice & it meant the whole area was a lot quieter than I imagine it would be in summer. The house has all the elements you need, especially if you are self-sufficient and are pack-in/pack-out travelers. As other reviewers have mentioned Amy was so easy to work with and very responsive. What we look for a "great" room, outside space, plenty of parking, access to recreational water, cleanliness and friendly owners. What we want the most is the house to be what they say it is in their ad. That doesn't always happen. This had all of that! We never left the house. I highly recommend it & would love to come back! Our large group thoroughly enjoyed coffee and sunrises on the spacious deck. In the evening we had shade and a nice breeze. No one lacked for a place to lounge, eat or sleep. I wish we'd had more time here.

We have been going to the Delta for many years and usually we stay at a hotel and dock our boat at the marina. This year, we stayed at the property during Labor Day weekend and was able to dock our boat right outside the house! It was so beautiful, easy and convenient. We didn't have to leave the property except for groceries. Amy was awesome and helped/responded to any questions I had. The checkin/check out process was smooth and her directions for amenities use were easy to follow. The neighbors were friendly. The house was clean and towels were provided. I would definitely recommend staying here next time you want to enjoy discovery bay.

My family and by boyfriend's family stayed at this beautiful home in Discovery Bay one of the last weeks of August this year. It was a vacation we will never forget! We spent our mornings waking up to a beautiful view of the water enjoying coffee on the large deck, our afternoons on the boat wakeboarding on glass water, then returning for some floating by the dock with cocktails in the afternoon. At night time we took advantage of the BBQ.. The sun set behind us so we never were too hot staring into the sun. It was the perfect place to relax and escape for a week, but still have all the modern amenities such as a full kitchen and wifi! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a memorable vacation! I can't wait to come back and visit next year.

We just spent 5 days in this amazing and beautiful home. This was our first trip to Discovery Bay and we had no idea what to expect. We had 10 people including a 5 1/2 month old, 2 year old, and a 7 year old. It was perfect for any age. The home was clean and spacious with a beautiful view and was well stocked with everything you would need. It was great having our boat right on the dock and would just jump in and head to the fast water or just swim and hang out right there by the house. Amy is so friendly and is available to answer any questions you may have. We are talking about another trip next year!

Beautiful waterfront home on Discovery Bay. The minute you walk in and take in the beautiful view you are in paradise. My family spent 7 amazing nights here. The house has every amenity you could ask for and more. We are already talking about going next August. My son in law told me this was the best vacation he has ever been on. First time to the Delta for us. Great location. Perfect house, has everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. House and dock setup are very family friendly. The kids loved swimming in the warm water. Very happy with the whole experience and Amy was great to work with. We plan on coming back!
