Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent.

Very tired room in need of refurb. Also quite small considering this was an expensive room. Also everything smelled of tobacco smoke.

The breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. The female staff specially at breakfast could wear more modest clothing!

Nice hotel friendly staff room clean had a problem with the AC but that was soon sorted out Plenty of choice at breakfast and we had dinner in the restaurant which was nice and reasonable priced

The staff were friendly and smiled. The rooms were perfect and modern style which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was the best from all the hotels I been to in this country so I had a decent time here. Even with the language and wifi problems I would do this again. :)

The english was terrible, so bad, we could not do any sort of basic communication. No information could be obtained from the staff easily. We used the language translators and eventually got around but I expected a a few basic words from the team there. They tried really hard to support us but it was just painful. Also the free internet wifi was really bad.

Whatever you do, do not try the spa. I've never had a worse massage experience, not to mention that the massage room was dirty, cold and has no dim light

Used laundry they lost my clothes however they paid me so at the end I did not lose anything. However, wifi is slow and super hard to connect it
