My family's first vist to the north Georgia mountains was greatly enhanced by the incredible accommodation that we enjoyed.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home! First it is the perfect location to visit many of the surrounding little towns, Blue Ridge, Helen and Clayton, all within an hours drive to wineries and waterfalls. The house is very large with plenty of room for all to spread out. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked with paper goods. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, including basic spices, starter coffee, dish detergent and paper towels.
Favorite part of the house was the back deck for eating, drinking wine and watching the sunrise and sunset. Jack was the perfect host, would definitely book this again next time we are in the area.

We spent five days and four nights at this mountain house and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was a great house with absolutely amazing views on the two huge balconies. The sunsets were amazing every night and his property checked all our boxes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a great place to stay in the North Georgia mountains.

even put up some Xmas decorations!! Fantastic views, excellent location and VERY comfortable. Good size kitchen & outside grill allows for great cooking. Location close to good restaurants and even grocery stores. This property is set up for maximum relaxation...indoors and out!!! Quick trip to Atlanta for the day and Sporting Clay's in Blue Ridge nearby!! Easy 2 car parking with paved roads. Definitely a winner. Premier Host with a Premier Property

This is our 2nd stay at this home. Great location, wonderful view and very comfortable. Has everything you will need available! All paved roads suitable for 2 cars to pass and ample parking . I had trailered my motorcycle and could park the trailer, bike and truck in front of the garage (garage not available for use).

This was such a terrific weekend getaway for our Fall Break. Beautiful mountain views, with the lake in the distance (and gorgeous fog in the valley in the morning). Quaint, "lodgy" feel to this home. We enjoyed relaxing with our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night by the fire. Lots to do in the area nearby (Lake Chatuge, hiking, and do NOT miss Bell Mountain! Wow!). Jack is an awesome host. Very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend this home, and we will certainly come back at some point!

This is a large home with ample room for your entire family. The view is simply stunning. We left food out for the deer, and seven came each evening. Very quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. Hiawassee is a great little town with a beautiful lake. We will visit again.

We have been staying in Hiawassee for the past 4-5 years. This house is by far the best experience we have had. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The views from 2700 ft are breath taking. Sunsets are something out of this world. Jack is great! If you need anything he is minutes away. And his tomatoes are delicious! LoL

The house was big and comfortable for my family. We traveled with two kids. Multiple bathrooms upstairs and downstairs.
Main master tub with jets double shower just perfect for relaxation.
Our family spent lots of time in the living room playing, laughing and looking out the windows. Top floor views are to die for. Sunset was amazing. Clear skies on the last night allowed us to see a beautiful sky of stars. Quiet neighborhood. Boats rentals, and restaurants near by. Close to vineyards and hiking spots. Beautiful home and host was very response.

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend. We experienced a lot of weather and this was just the right place to spend time. There is no room without an impressive touch or view. It is also centrally located to outdoor activities in the area. Coming and going is easy. Jack was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

Beautiful home with AMAZING views
Jack is the perfect host, for this awesome mountain home. He is very attentive, making certain that any concerns are dealt with (of which we had none.) The house is very comfortable, including the mattresses on the bed. The expansive mountain view was astonishing, sunsets were amazing! Thanks Jack, for sharing your home!

The communication prior to our trip was excellent; very accommodating. The property is in great shape. Plenty of room and a fully functioning kitchen. A perfect launching pad for any mountain experience. Close to grocery stores, convenient stores, Lake Chatuge and Brasstown Valley. Zero complaints from our group. Our host was awesome.

The View
We named this home “The View” which speaks for itself once you see the view for yourself from the back porch! We had a Million Dollar View! It was myself, my husband and my mother for the weekend and Jack, the Host, could not have made our stay anymore comfortable! The Home has everything you need and more!! The beds were so comfortable and I so enjoyed the nightly baths in the Grand Master Bathroom! We would absolutely stay here again and would refer our friends and family!!! Hated to leave but look forward to our return!!! Thank you Jack for being an amazing Host and the Million Dollar View!!

Wonderful getaway with unbelievable view!
Jack was very hospitable & nearby, telling us to text with any little problem we had -- which was none. We spent time in the cute area, but really regret that we didn't just sit longer on the porches. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, he chopped wood for us to have a fire pit. Just a lovely experience. We recently watched the Netflix series, "Worst Roommate Ever" the episode about squatters... We joked about doing that to Jack! Haha (kidding)... Did not want to leave. Thank you for sharing your incredible property -- perfect romantic getaway!

Beautiful get away spot for a family reconnection
Get place to several families to come together under one roof. Spacious with a spectacular view. Attended the Christmas festival in Helen GA with all the shops and vendors. Big kitchen for group cooking and then stayed up most of the sitting around the fire pit catching up with each other. Plan on going back in the summer to trying all the lake activities! The host was very amenable and checked in with updates and our need.

Family vacation of 3 generations for Thanksgiving. The place was beautiful and gorgeous views. Kitchen had everything needed for making a Thanksgiving meal! TVs had all the channels plus movie channels. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Would definitely recommend!
