Our Place At St. Simons Island
Willkommen zu unserem Platz. Ein Urlaubsparadies von Eichen umgeben, die Sie rechts in die Ruhemodus versetzt.
Unser Platz ist ein Haus weg von zu Hause 2 Schlafzimmer, 1-1 / 2 Bad Wohnung. Es bietet Platz für 6 mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master und zwei Doppelbetten im Gästezimmer. Beide haben große Schränke, Make-up Spiegel und TV. Strand Themendekorationen zusammen mit Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer und eine neue Heizung / Klimaanlage werden Sie sich wohl das ganze Jahr lang halten.
Die offene Küche ist gnädig mit Kochgeschirr, Besteck, einen großen Kühlschrank und Backofen mit Mikrowelle bestückt, zusammen mit einem Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen.
Ein 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit DVD ist in Familienzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, Liebe Sitz und Sessel mit Ottomane.
Zurück Terrasse hat einen Gasgrill mit Esstisch, der ein Spielfeld und einen Pool mit Blick auf. Die Veranda ist auch für vier Sitzplätze zu entspannen.
Der Poolbereich (Ende Mai bis September) hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten zusammen mit Tischtennis und ein Münz-Wäsche.
Unser Platz ist mit einem reservierten Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür und ist weniger als eine Meile vom Strand mit zwei großen Bereichen kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze direkt am Ocean Blvd. (East Beach Station der Küstenwache und Massengale Park), beide mit saubere Badezimmer und Duschen.
Die Housekeeping Fee umfasst einen Starter von Papierhandtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel-Tabletten, Spülmittel, Seife, Bad Seife, und ein Müllsack.

Everything was as described by the host! Great experience.

Carol Ann's condo is lovely--just the right size for our family of three--and it is located conveniently to East Beach and to the village, either a 3-5 minute drive or 15-20-minute walk. Plus, the pool is only steps from the back door. You'll need a roll of quarters ($10's worth) to do two loads of laundry in the washer and dryer in the pool house, but that was the only inconvenience in an otherwise perfect vacation spot. We'll definitely book here again!

We had a great stay at Carols Place. Location is central to everything on island. Kitchen was well equipped. As a note, there was no toilet paper upon arrival which we found odd. Overall we’d stay again

Three adult women shared one full bath. The listing on VRBO stated two baths. The second bath was a half bath downstairs. We were disappointed and cramped with the bathroom situation.

Our family stays on SSI every Fourth of July. We love staying at the town homes when we are there. This one is so neat and clean that we try to book it every time we are there. It fits our family.

My stay was a dream come true- very light, bright comfortable accomodations. I was able to walk the beach every morning that I was there due to the proximity of the beach. Communication from Carol Ann about the facilities was on point and timely and Carol Ann was very responsive!! Loved staying there

Relaxing Winter Get Away
Stayed two weeks in December. The townhouse was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. Outdoor space (outside back door) was very nice, as well, with the lawn, live oaks and Spanish moss. Great location, near beach and restaurants. Owners were very easy to communicate with, for any questions or information. Great vacation!

Great location and a fun trip!
This place is everything you can expect from a rental. However, the cleaning crew should have paid more attention to the grill as it was disgusting, we couldn't even clean it ourselves. Everything else including the location, and overall was good. Strong wifi, plenty of towels, dishes for our party and room in closets for families with kids, something you can't find in every rental!!

We had a perfect time! The home is immaculate and the other residents are so friendly. I enjoyed visiting with several while there. The courtyard is lovely and a beautiful backdrop for coffee. Location was also excellent. Hope to visit again soon!

Nice, Clean, Great price!
We had a great weekend at this property. The kuchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the location is close to the Island pier .Not on the beach but the price to stay here was very reasonable, and the beach is maybe 4 or 5 minutes max away. I would recommend this property to family or friends.

We came here for a quiet, refreshing, relaxing long weekend and got EXACTLY what we needed! "Our Place" is extremely clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed with everything we needed and more. She has PLENTY of clean, quality linens - towels, even piles of beach towels, extra sheets, blankets. From the cleanliness of every square inch and her attention to detail, I felt assured that covid-19 was not a concern here. The grounds are beautiful, such a nice green space behind the back patio, very well landscaped. My favorite are the big trees with moss, so beautiful and relaxing. There is plenty of green space for children to run around and the pool is big with a nice area around it.Carol was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants with outdoor seating. We would definitely love to return and stay longer!!

"Our Place" was an "Awesome Place" for 2 months!
When we walked in the door we knew we had made a good decision. The townhouse condo is pretty and has an updated kithen, is clean, roomy, and very well equipped plus it has comfortable beds. It was everything they advertised and more. The location was perfect with only a ten minute walk through the beautiful marshlands to get to the beach; and the village was about a mile walk through the neighborhood that had sidewalks all the way. We really enjoyed the people in the neighboring units. We thought that not having a washer and dryer in our unit might be a problem but it wasn't because the laundry area was nearby and very well maintained, plus the time there was a great way to meet others. Carol was extremely nice to work with and responded quickly with emails if there was a problem. Saint Simons is a fantastic place to spend the winter and our time went by quickly and it was oh, so nice to be in "Our Place" where we felt at peace and at home. It was a great place to be and we will for sure return again.

Perfect Location
Great location, close to the beach, parks and pier area. Comfortable and very clean accommodations for a family of 6. We were in town for a family Thanksgiving gathering and Saint Simons Island provided the perfect location to meet all are family needs. Carol the owner was very accommodating, we will be back.

A perfect place for a perfect little getaway
MY husband and 3 boys stayed here for a few days . It was such a pleasant stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. A few blocks from the beach and pier. We really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong tables out by the pool. We met Butch the maintenance man and he was very pleasant and was very helpful. We will defiantly being staying here again!
