Der Hurrikan Florenz hatte im September 2018 einen großen Einfluss auf die Insel, und im nächsten Jahr werden Grundstücke repariert. Da The Island immer noch ausgebaut wird, fängt der Neubau ständig an. Andere Eigentümer als diejenigen, die den Bau durchführen, übernehmen keine Verantwortung für diese Unannehmlichkeiten, da wir andere Immobilien in keiner Weise beeinflussen können.
Unser Haus ist bereit und willens, Paare, die Paare und haben eine komplett eingerichtete private Ferienhaus auf Bald Head Island hosten. Wir verfügen über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer mit WC, abgeschirmt Veranda und Wohnbereich auf der unteren Ebene; Balkon im Obergeschoss aus dem Master mit Blick auf den Bald Head Creek. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine neue Pottery Barn Kingsize-Bett für unsere Gäste. Dieses Schmuckstück Insel wurde komplett im Jahr 2013 renoviert und mit Pottery Barn Möbel, Accessoires und Bettwäsche. Wir haben ein neues 4 Sitz Golfwagen für Ihren Transport.
Unser Haus liegt in Hafendorf Bezirk BHI entfernt. Viele Einrichtungen sind durch einen kurzen Spaziergang zur Verfügung. Das Dorf ist das Zentrum der Freizeitaktivitäten, wie zB Stand-up-Paddle-Boarding, Kajak und Kanu fahren. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, Old Baldy unserem Resident Leuchtturm, The Bald Head Island Chapel und Strandzugänge 1,2, und 3. Blick auf das Treiben auf im Hafen finden Sie auf bequem platziert Bänke rund um den Hafen befinden genommen werden.
Eine kurze Fahrt ermöglicht es Ihnen, mehrere schöne Geschäfte und unserer fabelhaften Maritime Markt zu besuchen. We enjoyed our stay at BH Diamond thoroughly. The owners have made great use of every square inch of the house, equipping it with most everything one could think of. It *is* 500 sq.', so be aware that it's small (but doable) for a week stay but is much larger than many of the options on Bald Head for a nightly stay. There are several things I look for when I travel: the bed was VERY comfortable, the home was clean and in good order, AC worked great, shower pressure was great, and a bonus, I was shocked to see that the knives were sharp. That never happens. The kitchen had a choice of coffee pots and was well-equipped at the time of our visit with spices and cooking implements. Be aware that the refrigerator is not full size and the cooking area is small, if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but the space was sufficient for our needs. Paper products and coffee supplies were provided--thank you. Location is excellent--views of the marsh from upstairs and close to shops and dining in the harbor. The screened porch is close to the neighbors, but they are quiet and unobtrusive. Their lovely landscaping is a beautiful buffer, so the space still feels private. Photos are accurate. Absolutely loved the house. Built in the 80s with attention to small details, it feels like a home that's been loved by a family through many generations.

We stayed “in town” for the first time in the 30+ years we have been coming. We loved it! Kids and grandkids were on the island as well but it was a great getaway for us. We look forward to returning next year!

The lockbox on the front porch was difficult to locate, requiring a phone call to the owner. The property's windows were dirty and some of the ceiling fans were badly rusted. The treads on the front steps were not secure. The property listing showed a "private pool" as an amenity. In reality, the pool was at the far end of the island, was not "private" but part of a resort, and there was an admission cost. The listing was deceptive at best, dishonest at worst.

The space was perfect for me and my spouse. Yes the stairs are a bit different, but they are exactly as described in the pics and description. The AC did an admirable job of keeping up in the crazy heat. Great place and would stay again.

My husband and I were on BHI with our entire family. We chose this location to be able to visit with family, but then have our own quiet retreat. This property was an excellent choice for us. The owner laid out clear instructions for our arrival. The property was clean and we found the property description to be accurate. We found the witches' stairs easy to navigate, but if someone is having mobility issues they may want to reconsider. There was plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other and we enjoyed having 2 separate bathrooms...one upstairs and one downstairs. We completely enjoyed this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The cottage was everything and more than what you read in the listing. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and the property manager was easy to work with. The location is a perfect location from which to explore the island and it’s worth it to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase a guest past to the Shoals Club, which is first class. We can’t wait to visit again.

This was the best place for our long weekend in Bald Head! The space was perfect and had everything you could need. The owner provided a few bottles of water, coffee with cream and sugar packets, and even basic cooking spices. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a coffee shop if you and close to the ferry landing so we were the first drop off the tram! We will definitely be back. :)

Bald Head Diamond is a great cottage for a couple. Cozy, quiet, and quaint. Within easy walking distance of Jules, bike rentals, and boat gazing in the harbor. Hugh was a very friendly and responsive host.

Cute little house for two people. Accessing the loft bedroom is a bit treacherous, as the ascent and descent is very steep. My wife has some mobility issues so that was a bit tough for her. The kitchen is tiny but has tools for cooking. The bathrooms are small and had no bath soap, we expected to have some there but we bought some at the market. The golf cart was a nice to have, it’s a bit slower than others but on BHI, one need not be in a hurry. The cottage is close to Jules’ restaurant and tram which is nice. Well appointed place with comfortable bedding.

This cottage was fantastic for my wife and I to get away for a long weekend. Perfect size, perfect location, perfect host. We enjoyed the water views from the upstairs balcony/porch, the convenience to the marina restaurants and the cozy feel of this cottage. And Hugh was great to work with. We will be back!

We found this unit to be in a perfect location, walkable from the marina where the ferry arrives. Dining and shopping choices are within a short walk, and the golf cart is convenient for the rest of the island. The unit is relatively small but more than comfortable for two people. The owner is quick to respond to inquiries and provided clear and thorough instructions before our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

All the privacy you could imagine in a island paradise just minutes from the mainland. Wonderful shopping and restaurants with beautiful beaches. Baldhead Diamond had everything we needed for a week of relaxation with all of the comforts of a special hide away. Will definitely go again.

Lovely little house that was perfect for the two of us. Blissfully quiet but close to all of the Marina shops and restaurants. Beautiful view. Exploring the island on the golf cart was great fun. Already daydreaming about our next trip and we would definitely return to this same house.

This is a special place. Quite, great location, and completely comfortable. The water and coffee pods waiting for us were a nice touch. There were plenty of towels, paper towels and toilet paper. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. Even on some very warm days, the AC kept it nice and cool. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A deer walked down the street one morning and we were up before sunrise with coffee under the stars watching a storm in the distance on another. The stairs make the place unique and we were navigating them easily with a day. It has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Absolutely lovely place.

We went to BHI for the first time, to celebrate our anniversary. The Diamond was perfect—morning coffee on the balcony, evening wine and snacks on the screen porch. (kitchen was stocked with coffee and cream ready to go. thank you thank you!!!) The king bed was divine and loved having a bathroom both up- and downstairs. Golf cart was great for getting around and we really appreciated the beach chairs and towels for our trips to swim :) Can’t say enough good things about this little gem.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this cute cottage! It was just as we remembered! The check in is easy and the host is great! We love the location, close to the marina and restaurants and it has a beautiful view from the upstairs deck. I’m sure we will stay here again!

We really enjoyed the "tiny house" concept in such a convenient spot at the harbor. The hosts definitely made great use of every inch of space, and the home was not only charming, but clean and comfortable as well. We look forward to coming back! I would mention to anyone with mobility issues that they might find the stairs to the bedroom a challenge.
