The listing was a little confusing because i didnt realize it was 4 units in one house wgen i booked but overall happy with my stay. House was clean and well kept. Pool was so nice especially with kids. Not a hard walk to beach. Would book again

The location was close to our other family rental, so very convenient. It was clean and nicely furnished. Close to beach access, too.

Me and my boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation!

Absolutely Adorable !! Furnishings are leather which makes it wonderful !! very clean looking !! No hesitancy to “ sit on them” the decor is so beachy just as it should be! Pots pans everything clean !! never hesitated to use. I highly recommend this beach cottage. Would love to have one more bath, but totally understand why there isn’t. It would take adding onto the back there was not one complaint not one negative thing to say about using anything there are Dogs allowed upstairs and ours you could tell was a 70 pound plus but sure did not affect our stay … thought laundry outside would be a problem but emasculate and never not available ! I used around 7 in the am … this beautiful place I highly recommend! Especially for a couple

Enjoyed our stay.

We've spent 2 weeks in the adorable beach house. It is very well appointed inside. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional. A walk across the street brings you to the gulf coast shore. We spent time in the pool in the backyard. A 20 minute walk brings you to the city center and it's just a short bike ride to the State Park. We appreciated how clean, quiet and outdoor friendly this cottage is.

so relaxing! You can hear the waves and see the ocean from the front door. The beach was great. The town is super chill, everyone is nice.

Very comfortable. Nicely updated. Short easy walk to beach. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and cool the week we were there. So, we didn’t get in the pool or the gulf. Only minor complaint was the shared laundry shed needs updated and a clothes rod.

This home was absolutely gorgeous and well set up. Spent a week here and would definitely recommend. Great communication with the owner as well. We were able to enjoy the pool, the beach and of course the gorgeous weather. The kitchen bedrooms and bath as well as living area was perfect. Cannot wait to come back. We loved it all. The area is so relaxed and people are super friendly.

We came for my daughter's wedding which was held at the Lighthouse at St. George. This unit was just a few minutes away, and just a tiny walk to the beach. We loved everything about it. Comfy beds, lovely decor, excellent location. I highly recommend!

Property was close to the beach and town. If you are hot sleepers like us though, bring your own fans. You aren’t allowed to turn air down past 72 and the bedroom ceiling fans wobble and are so noisy at night. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay. We liked being on the bottom unit and close to the laundry room/pool/our car.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. It is clean, decorated nicely, comfortable and easy access to the beach.

Great little spot very close to the beach and also close to town. Definitely worth the price. Very nice interior, especially the kitchen. The owners were great to deal with and even called to let me know the condo was ready early. My only complaint was being on the first floor with people above us, which was to be expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Right across the street from the ocean! Newly updated kitchen and bath. This house has three units, but there was no problems and plenty of parking. St. Geoege is lovely, friendly, and tranquil.

The rental was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was great! The owner, Nazih, was easy to reach with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful, first time in SGI. It was lovely, clean, quiet, and quaint. I hope to return again.

We enjoyed staying here, our unit was as described in listing, bed was very comfortable, walk out the door and the beach is right across the street, and pool in the backyard.

We had a great week at SGI. No problems even the weather cooperated. Would definitely stay here again when traveling with just my husband.

The owners communicated quickly when needed and to let us know the home was ready for us to move in. The home has been renovated and was decorated very nicely. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and we will come back next year.

This is a well equipped, newly updated property. Easy beach access with no stairs made this property perfect for one of our travelers who recently had knee replacement surgery. Love the pool and the location. East side of island is quieter than west side.

We enjoyed our stay, however when we returned home I received a email saying that we were going to be charged for damages (a scratch on a kitchen cupboard) that happened during our stay. We did not damage the property in any way and I assured the owner that we treat every house like our own and left the house in pristine condition. He said he trusted me and refunded the damage charge. I appreciate that he issued me a refund.

Nice get away!

This was our annual fishing trip to the island. The location, size, and excellent condition of the property perfectly met our needs. Very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. We will plan to stay again on our next trip.

We stayed last weekend and it was so nice and clean. We did have to call Naz about sewer issues backing up since they have had so much rain, but it was resolved in less than an hour. We will definitely be back.

The space was clearly recently renovated and it was very nice. Perfectly clean. The beach is just steps away down a little path. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

I was very impressed with "A Place in the Sun''. It was very comfortable, cool, clean & roomy. I was very satisfied with everything about it! I will recommend this Adorable Cottage to others!
