Funkelnd sauberes und helles 2Bd / 2Ba Ferienhaus im Venture Out Resort! Befindet sich an einem 60 'breiten Kanal, ist unser Dock 35 Fuß. Zu unseren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein sauberer Fischtisch, Klampen und ein Betontisch mit zwei Bänken. Venture out Resort erhebt eine Resorteintrittsgebühr. Zwei fabelhafte Veranden für den Genuss im Freien mit Blick auf das Wasser und den Vorgarten. Das Beste ist, dass Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten wie den Pool, den Whirlpool, den Yachthafen, den Laden, die Sporthalle, Tennis und vieles mehr zu Fuß erreichen können! Das Interieur wirkt frisch und sauber mit weißem Interieur und Wänden mit tropischem Blau / Blaugrün-Akzent. Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen L-förmigen ausziehbaren Queen-Size-Bett mit 40 "-Flachbildfernseher und WiFi! Der Speisesaal bietet eine schöne Glasplatte Dolphin Tisch für 6 Personen sowie eine Frühstücksbar für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist zum Hauptwohnzimmer hin offen und bietet ausreichend Platz für die Zubereitung der Küche mit Mittelinsel. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und einen Flachbild-TV mit Blick auf das Wasser und Zugang zur Veranda. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein großes Bett mit Zugang zur Veranda und zum Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Four of us enjoyed a very pleasant first trip to the KEYS at Unit 330! This Cabana is beautiful and has everything on needs to be comfortable! Eliane is an excellent host, fast to respond to our inquiries! The other guests were friendly and that pool and spa - heaven! If you haven't visited the KEYS - start here!

Lovely decor, clean, convenient to Lower Keys. Host was very communicative about an issue with one of the TVs not working. Not a fan of the charge by Venture Out but the owner is not in control of that. We didn’t use any of the amenities on VO other than the hot tub a couple times but riding around it seems to be well maintained.

Perfect size for 2-4 people. Deck on canal was relaxing. The location, Cudjoe Key, is nicely central. One day we drove up to Marathon, the next we went down to Key West. Also highly recommend Bahia Honda state park!

Great location to Baha’i Honda State Park and Key West and we enjoyed the heated pool during our cool and windy visit to the keys. We wished there were beach chairs and beach towels for guests use. Two small items were the master bath sink drained slowly and one electrical outlet in that bath didn’t work. Otherwise a nice experience at this quaint small cottage with a nicely equipped kitchen.

This property was close to the pool and common area. It had two decks and two bathrooms which was great. The kitchen area had enough room. It would have been tight for 6 adults/teenagers. We had four and it was perfect.

Cudjoe Key - Venture Out
This was our 2nd time renting this particular property. It’s super clean and very comfortable. Great location for watching sunrise and sunsets. Comfortable outdoor furniture with a newer well kept grill. We kept our rented boat parked in the canal which had easy access to the open water. Home is a short walk to the marina store and pool. The owner Elaine was always quick to answer if we had questions. We will definitely rent this house again!

Elaine is a pleasure to deal with! She is very responsive and gives easy to understand instruction about rules and what is expected. The property waswell appointed and was fully equipped. The entire resort is perfect includingthe store which youwillfindreasonablypriced. The staff at the resort were ALL friendly and helpful. The location on the water gives easy access to the ocean and the backcountry. We are definitely booking again!!!

Everything as described & more!
Love the location and happy I didnt stay anywhere north of this in the keys! half hour from key west is perfect so im not in the middle of hustle and bustle but i spent a few day trips there. venture out is awesome and this unit was so close to the pool, store, and the part of the ocean you swim in! house had everything and was beautifully decorated! perfect for families or couples and friends! the temperature was good in the house. the listing said keep at 75 but everything was at 72 when i arrived and there was plenty of fans, and plenty of towels. i used the grill everyday and the dock i used as well. i would absolutely stay again

Welcome to Paradise
We were very pleased with the Conch Cabana. The house is well decorated, cozy and has a great location on the canal. I had a hard time getting my husband to stop fishing! The Venture Out community was very friendly. The store was nice to have and we used the swimming pools quite a bit. The hot tub was a great amenity as well. Our hosts were very responsive before our stay and during. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Great Location
We loved staying here so much we plan to buy a property here in the future. Being right on the water was awesome for us. My husband and son just stepped right outside to fish. I enjoyed there being a washer/dryer combo at the residence. The neighbor was nice but respected our space even though they seem very close we felt like we had our privacy. My husband really enjoyed the fish/bait freezer outside. The unit is a little humid but I think that just comes with the area. My son left a few special items and Eliane has been working with us and the cleaner to get them back to us. She has been very kind and helpful. All of the community employees are very nice and helpful as well. The location between Key West and Marathon was perfect.

The property was amazing and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Everything was so clean and cozy and loved the access to the water which was right out or bedroom door. Great Cudjo Key get away
This is a great place to stay in Cudjo Key, especially if you have a boat. It comes with a private boat dock. Grounds have a pool, store, pier and is gated. Great restaurant Square Grouper is very close. Property Manager is easy to work with! House is well equipped and clean! We would stay here again!

Key West Vacation
Eliane’s place was very nice and met our needs for a three-night stay. All was well kept including the public facilities, pool, clubhouse, etc. A gated community, which is nice. Check-in was quick at the guard shack. Although most of our time was spent in Key West, about an hour away, we enjoyed our evenings. We would reserve this place again. One recommendation, try the new restaurant called “Broil” … amazing food and only 5 mins away from Elian’s place.

Great stay in a great location
This trip was awesome. Kids had a ton of fun. Location is great for access to key west as well as all the lower keys. Facility is really nice with most places being on a canal. Pool was nice and kids fished from the shore and each caught their first fish. A couple of grunts but they loved it. Easy day in key west for tourist stuff and day at Bahia Honda state park. House was really nice and the host was super helpful. Security guards were really nice and made our stay easy and safe.
