My bf and I stayed here two nights while visiting Yosemite NP. It was a little over an hour drive to the park but we didn’t mind because we were closer to a grocery store and restaurants! It was clean and the host was a quick responder to my messages. 10/10 would stay again.

Shell was great and so was the dog that greeted us. Room was perfect in cleanliness, usefulness, and location. Only thing I regret is not bringing treats for the Doggie!

I stayed here more than a year back but forgot to leave a review that time - but this property and owners were so good that I came back today to write a review. The drive to Yosemite national park was easy. The owners were nice and nearby - I also got to meet their most adorable dog. It was my choice to go and say hello to them. This accommodation is totally independent of their house which is nearby. I was able to cook and watch a movie on Netflix after a long day at the Yosemite national park.

Very comfortable, clean and nicely located.

Upon entering the property, I was very disappointed at how rundown it looked. Paint was chipping off the building, items were stored outside as though it was a personal junk yard, and it looked as though the property was not well kept. As well, there was a step while going up the stairs where both my husband and I almost lost our balance and went backwards. While inside, it looked nice and clean at first glance, however, I quickly found used toiletries that were laid out in the bathroom (I mean, though it may have been intended as a nice sentiment, this should’ve been removed. I did not want to use anyone’s used items, nor think about others using the same product that was forwarded to me), thr “family-friendly” items were horribly dirty and stained, the first aid kit needed hand washing after touching it, and the toilet brush was disgusting. Considering this is during COVID, it should’ve been spotless and it was far from it. The AC was loud and abnoxious but necessary during the summer heat. I wish I could say nice things about this place but for us, it was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend if this is considered your “getaway.”

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the loft. The area felt safe and I felt I had all the information I needed before I arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basic needs. Coffee was great. I loved having the right amount of towels needed. We are a family of four. Everything in the loft worked. Loved our time there.

Loved the beds. Coffee supplied for each day and it was great coffee. Lights come on when you arrive. Door entry very easy to use. Took 1.5 hrs to get to Yomesite due to construction.

Property was quite isolated, and a distance from downtown Mariposa. But that had it's plusses. After a long commute (45-65 minutes) each way to & from Yosemute, it was nice to come back to a clean, quiet, and secluded "home base". The owner, Shell, was quite hospitable, and very respectful of our privacy; but still ready to address any queries or concerns we might have. The property was clean, comfortable, and well supplied for food preparation. A pool may have been nice, with all the heat we experienced. But after a long day at YNP, a nice shower and some solitude may be just what the doctor ordered.

We had such a good experience staying here! The place had everything we needed. Shell, the property manager, was very accomodating, and the drive to the location was nice.

This was a perfect space for two people. The beds were comfortable and the unit was decorated very nicely. The inside of the property was very clean and the hosts were very personable. Would recommend!

This was our first time visiting the area. The drive to reach Yosemeti Valley took a little over an hour. The place was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. Communication with the owner was good.

Really cute and cozy loft, had everything we needed. Close enough to hiking spots and Yosemite. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family and I stayed two nights during our trip to Yosemite. The property was wonderful and cozy and it was stocked with everything we needed! We highly recommend a stay here! My four-year-old kept asking on the 5-hour drive home when we were going to stay at "the little house again" because she missed it already.

Great place to stay! Tranquil, cozy and plenty of space in this quaint loft! Great hospitality!
