Dieses wunderschöne zweistöckige Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich auf der zweiten und dritten Etage (mit eigenem Haupteingang im Außenbereich über dem Erdgeschoss) und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser zum Sitzen für bis zu 10 Gäste! Zu den Highlights zählen eine Klimaanlage, 3 Balkone im Freien, eine Gourmetküche und 2 Ebenen mit wunderschöner Wasserfront!

Fantastischer offener Grundriss mit Küche, offenem Essbereich für 6 Personen und geräumigem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Granit und eingelassener Beleuchtung.
In der dritten Etage finden Sie luxuriöse Master-Suiten mit begehbaren Kleiderschränken und Zedernholzböden. Beide Master-Suiten verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit eleganten Waschtischen, luxuriösen Designer-Waschbecken, Steinfliesen und Whirlpools. Die Master Suite befindet sich auf der Westseite des Hauses und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon und einen Flachbild-TV. Very nice weekend! I liked the special touches like making extra ice and having beach gear available.

The property is so well-maintained, and the location is beautiful. I love water, so it was a perfect vacation spot for me. The bay view from the bedroom window was wonderful. The ocean and a wonderful beach setting is just across the street. Everything that we needed to prepare meals was in the beautiful kitchen. What I really appreciated was that I could email the property managers and they got back to me very quickly with any issues that we had. I definitely give this a five star rating.

Quick trip to SD for New Years with Family! Great location close walking distance to most everything!
Only negative is the kitchen was ill equipped for cooking. Only one pan and a baking pan - but we made work. Left behind a new pan but may need a couple pots to go with the lids - in the future. Left basic salt and pepper for the next renters as well.

Well, overall the stay with great! The views are amazing just as depicted. We didnt like how compartmentalized the place is...its the opposite of an open floor plan. THe kitchen was weird and was added later to make this into another VRBO so its funky. The biggest issue we had is the place sleeps up to 10 people and there is literally only seating in the living room for 4 people! We had to bring chairs from the dining table that only sits 6...so it was hard because there was 8 of us. Also, the place needs a major refresh. THe kitchen was nice but the bathrooms are older and out of date. It just needs some love but overall good.

What a lovely weekend! This beautiful 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our girls weekend! The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was the perfect hangout spot. And the view…. So peaceful! —- I'll definitely consider this location again when visiting Mission Bsy! You should too!

Property was great we had a good time . Property is run down could use some updates . Plus tv remotes are very confusing. Pics online made me think I had a bottom floor leading out to patio . I thought it was 3 floors 2 outside spaces . I would not have rented this unit if I knew it did not .

Relaxing Visit
The management made arrival and checkout easy and instructions were clear. The home was fantastic for our group of 8, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, extra blankets, and tvs most every room. The water views were the highlight. Only issue was parking gate not closing, but sounds like that may be an issue with the building manager. But still a great stay.

Decent stay
The stay at Waterfront 1 was enjoyable. The place is spacious and has great views of Mission Bay. On arrival the place was clean. I would say that the place is dated and parking is really tight. If you have a larger SUV, you won't fit in the garage. If renting, get a car. Only real complaint is that the walls are thin. If the other renters beside you have loud obnoxious kids, you will hear everything, and I mean everything. Overall, I would stay again as the proximity to sites and restaurants are great.

This property is super outdated and obviously not cared for by the owner. The parking challenge is understated on the listing. Due to the steep angle, it is extremely challenging to park any SUV in the allotted spot. Our vehicle is 5'10". The listing states that a car under 6 feet is safe. We ended up hitting the top of our vehicle. Ultimately, we had to back into the garage and at an angle. There is ZERO street parking, so this was our only option.
We arrived at the property late with three young kids after a long day enjoying the city. When we entered the property, all fans and air conditioner units were off. It was hot, muggy, and had a horrible smell that continued our entire stay. Very unwelcoming.
The shower temperature valves were extremely difficult to use as they are old and not maintained. I felt very uncomfortable allowing my children to walk without shoes throughout the house as the floors seemed unclean. We needed to do some laundry for the next day and were shocked at how old and poorly maintained the washer/dryer are. After placing our wet clothes in the dryer, we fell into bed. After an hour of much needed sleep, we were awoken to the fire alarms going off. Apparently the vent off of the dryer was never connected and the dryer was venting throughout the upstairs level and set off the fire alarms. Horrible first night.
The next morning when we were preparing breakfast, we discovered that the dishwasher was fully loaded with what we can only hope were clean dishes. We had to unload someone else's dishes before we could prepare breakfast. Even simple appliances like the toaster were junk. The levers that lower your toast, were missing. The freezer was rusted with bad smelling ice. In the PDF provided, under Check-Out Procedures, the guide instructs guests to "wash, rinse, dry dirty dishes, etc and put away in proper locations". I've never had a VRBO request that we do more than start a dishwasher before leaving.
This is not someone's home. This is a long forgotten property with zero welcoming touches. We understand that for practical purposes, beach properties are more casual; however, this home was uncomfortable and disappointing - especially considering the price point.

Due to the steep angle, it is extremely challenging to park any SUV in the allotted spot. Our vehicle is 5'10". The listing states that a car under 6 feet is safe. We ended up hitting the top of our vehicle. Ultimately, we had to back into the garage and at an angle. There is ZERO street parking, so this was our only option.
We arrived at the property late with three young kids after a long day enjoying the city. When we entered the property, all fans and air conditioner units were off. It was hot, muggy, and had a horrible smell that continued our entire stay. Very unwelcoming.
The shower temperature valves were extremely difficult to use as they are old and not maintained. I felt very uncomfortable allowing my children to walk without shoes throughout the house as the floors seemed unclean. We needed to do some laundry for the next day and were shocked at how old and poorly maintained the washer/dryer are. After placing our wet clothes in the dryer, we fell into bed. After an hour of much needed sleep, we were awoken to the fire alarms going off. Apparently the vent off of the dryer was never connected and the dryer was venting throughout the upstairs level and set off the fire alarms. Horrible first night.
The next morning when we were preparing breakfast, we discovered that the dishwasher was fully loaded with what we can only hope were clean dishes. We had to unload someone else's dishes before we could prepare breakfast. Even simple appliances like the toaster were junk. The levers that lower your toast, were missing. The freezer was rusted with bad smelling ice. In the PDF provided, under Check-Out Procedures, the guide instructs guests to "wash, rinse, dry dirty dishes, etc and put away in proper locations". I've never had a VRBO request that we do more than start a dishwasher before leaving.
This is not someone's home. This is a long forgotten property with zero welcoming touches. We understand that for practical purposes, beach properties are more casual; however, this home was uncomfortable and disappointing - especially considering the price point.

❤️ the space and location
Had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront 1 townhouse. It had enough room for 10 people, beautiful views, great condition, and easy walking everywhere. The managers were easy to communicate with and suggested smaller cars, glad we took their advise because it is tight. But still 5 stars overall experience.

These furnishings are for a house that has beds for 8! The furniture is old, worn, dirty and and the decor is uninspired for a beach house. It looked like they took stuff from their house that they didn't want to furnish the condo. The noise from outside, and the adjoining units all night long, is unacceptable. We would not rent here again and would have been better off at a hotel without kitchen facilities. It was too stressful for a family get-away for just 3 nights.

This was a fantastic Mission Bay vacation property. It really was located in an area where you could have the very best of everything. The bay has a beautiful, relaxed family friendly vibe and the fireworks display from the 2nd story was AMAZING. No worries on overcrowded areas or traffic. It couldn't have been more perfect. Meanwhile we were a tiny walk away from the beach (zero hassle), and within short walking distance from Belmont as well.
The interior lived up to the pictures. Lovely, lovely home! We couldn't have picked a nicer vacation rental! Super happy!

I called the rental company who was very responsive but their answer was that the other units share the same water heater. It was disappointing to not have a hot shower at the end of the day, water was luke warm at best. I hope they can remedy this for the future.

Highly recommend this place!!! The ad was spot on...it is very spacious, updated kitchen with plenty of cookware, great water view balcony, & air conditioning. Compared to other listings, for the size and location being right on the water the value was superb. We had questions about parking and the management staff was super friendly. We plan to rent a couple units in that building for our extended family next year.

we had a great overall experience & highly recommend this home to larger families. the host gave us everything we needed before arrival & made sure to check on us during our stay. the location bay is so relaxing & great for little kids. the house had more than what we needed, was large, and had amazing views. 5 stars all the way, thank you so much to the Surf Style Vacation Homes staff!!

Nice place but unfortunately double booked
The property was nice & large so it comfortably slept the whole family. It was clean with a beautiful view. There is a volleyball court on the bay out front. We had a great time there. It’s not ideal for toddlers or little ones who can’t do stairs on their own. There are a lot of stairs inside the unit. Also another party showed up on our second day there with reservations for our unit at the same time. It was very clear after we reviewed each other’s reservations that the unit had been double booked for the same dates. We felt incredibly bad for the other party who had flown in 6 hours & taken a lift from the airport only to find the unit they also reserved was already occupied. We did the best we could to help them out. It was so incredibly terrible, the situation they were put in.
