We stay here every year we come to Mission Beach, and it’s wonderful. The location can’t be beat, and Dave is a perfect, kind host. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a long weekend, and was very happy with our choice. Clean and tidy. Garage spaces so we didnt have to worry about parking. Fantastic view of the beach, amazing sunsets. Plenty of things to do in walking distance, best of which a morning coffee shop accross the street. Overall great experience, would highly recommend!

Dave was an amazing host! The property was perfect for our family of four and the location can’t be beat. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, even extra beach towels—and was exceptionally clean. The views were perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings and our littles enjoyed the extra beach toys. Even though it is right off the beach walk, the noise was minimal after sundown and we felt safe for the duration of our stay. I highly encourage you to stay at this location. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dave!!!

My buddies and I stayed at this awesome condo. It has a double wide parking garage with beach toys and easy access to enter and exit. It fit our two mid-size SUV’s perfect. The entrance on the second floor opens to up to a washer dryer and one room with a queen bed and bathroom combined. Upstairs to the third floor is the main living room and kitchen adjacent to the double wide patio that overlooks the boardwalk and ocean. The third floor also has a very spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another bedroom with a queen and a stand-alone bathroom with shower. All TV’s have cable and the internet Wi-Fi worked great. The property is in an excellent location, is wonderful for people watching, enjoying the ocean sounds and breeze. Dave is an excellent host and an A+ communicator.

Great communication. Top floor location with great views. Clean and in good shape. Garage makes parking easy (2 car). Location is close to SD attractions and La Jolla. Kitchen has what you need and only a 10 minute ride to for groceries. Good choice for family.

We definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great place, beautiful view, and no parking issues. The place comes with a full size garage just for you. Something that is difficult to find. Thanks again Dave for a wonderful vacation experience for our family.

Spacious attractive unit right on Mission Beach. Great views from the third floor living room and balcony. And much more privacy than the ground floor apartments.

Our party of 5, had the most amazing stay. Dave was so kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived, to offering us a later check out time. The pictures do not do it justice and the house has had many updates. Everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. The house is a short drive to San Diego and within walking distance of several great restaurants and markets. The cherry on top was our morning dolphin sightings! Do yourself a favor and book with Dave. We will certainly be back!

Perfect location, clean and amazing sunsets. The home was stocked with everything you could need. I asked for restaurants recommendations and those were spot on as well. We are already planning our next trip back!

We could not be more happy with our stay. The gorgeous view from living room and deck made us feel as if we were sitting on the beach. Beds were comfortable and rental was clean. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to use. Kitchen had all we needed and the grill was great. Check-in/out was easy and communication with Dave was very good. We would absolutely stay here again!

Being just steps from the beach with breathtaking views was like nothing we’ve ever experienced! Dinner every night to sunsets and just popping over to the ocean whenever we wanted or running upstairs if we forgot something: priceless! We searched far and wide for a place e that checked all our quirky boxes and this place came the closest- some of those were garage that fit our van (the 2-car garage had plenty of room in the rear to so that we could even open the trunk with the garage closed!), the right amount of rooms and COMFY beds, AC, right on the ocean but far away from too much noise. Bonuses were plenty of linens, a hose to spray off with and all the beach gear available in the garage like chairs, umbrella, toys and games, and much loved boogie boards! It’s about a ten min walk from Belmont Park in the south and a busier restaurant area in the north so it felt quieter, especially at the beach itself. We were pleased that the neighborhood really does seem to keep evening quiet hours and didn’t notice any noises after 9pm. In the listing, the photos are the least accurate to the updates being done, and the 3D walkthrough has some of the updates, but there are even more now: exterior painted a lovely grey blue, lightened white-ish paint in all but the bathrooms, new carpet and sleeper couch, nice bed linens, and not sure if it shows in the walkthrough, but really nice new appliances and huge washer and dryer! The fan/light situation in living room and one bedroom is a little tricky because I think the remotes are on the same frequency but hopefully that can get a permanent fix soon. Not a big deal. Anything we needed Dave tended to and responded to and was on top of everything so you have no worries!

Our family of 6 spent a week at this delightful condo right on the boardwalk. It was great to be on the 3rd floor away from the activity yet still be able to watch all the folks going up and down the boardwalk. The property owner Dave is extremely attentive which was great. The views from the balcony are stunning and our stay there was perfect. Dave does a great job keeping the place fully stocked with everything such as paper towels, Kleenex etc. The kitchen has everything you need and a nice bbq grill on the balcony. There is a good size garage but we chose to Uber everywhere which worked out fine. We plan on returning! I highly recommend this property. Thank you Dave!

This beach front condo was great for our family trip. The large oceanfront patio gives you plenty of room to relax with a view. Inside was very clean. Beds were comfortable. And the 2 car garage was convenient to have. The host Dave is very nice. He even added HBO to the TV package when we were asking about whether the condo had it. Highly recommend this property.

I’m hesitant to even share how fabulous this place is, hahaha. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. The unit itself is absolutely wonderful. It was clean, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, the beds were super comfy and having a garage (with beach chairs!) was a great bonus! The location can’t be beat. Perfectly situated - a quick and easy walk to Belmont area but far enough away that the beach out front never got crowded. And the view from the balcony - wowza! It truly is Spectacular. We loved having the windows and slider doors open so we could hear and see the ocean all day and evening. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

The pictures do not do the place justice! I think it has been updated since the photos were taken. Excellent location - right on the beach. The patio was wonderful. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you need. 2 car garage was a huge plus for parking. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend.

Great place on the beach.

We had a group of 3 couples celebrating a birthday. This house was a perfect fit for us. The house had everything we needed. The ocean view was spectacular. Dave was super kind and helpful. He was easy to reach and very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

The place is just like pictured in VRBO. The owner met us personally when we arrived. This compares very favorably to other beach front vacation rentals we have leased. Interior in very good repair, new, high end appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Beach towels, chairs, football, boogie boards in good condition. Location is a 10-20 min Uber ride from all major attractions. The beachfront balcony is about 20 ft. above the Strand (beach side 2 lane pedestrian walk) runs the length of the condo offering full view of beach, ocean, and Strand activities. Property very sound proof. Would return again.

This property is just perfect; the view is amazing and it’s close to restaurants and stores. Dave has the place stocked with everything you might need (beach chairs, towels and toys). The washer and dryer are huge, and the beds are really comfortable. My family and I can’t wait to return!
