Vanderbilt Beach Vacation Home - LARGE PRIVATE POOL w/ fully fenced in backyard
Privatem Pool ... privaten Garten! Komplett renovierter Bungalow mit offenem Grundriss und einem der größten Pools in der Umgebung. Trinken Sie Ihren Kaffee (oder Wein!) auf der Terrasse über den Pool mit einem eigenen eingezäunten in neu gestalteten Hinterhof suchen. Deck auf der Außenseite der abgeschirmten Pool für mehr direkte Sonnenbaden Neu gebaut! Bungalow ist ca. 1/2 Meile zu Vanderbilt Beach, öffentlichen Parks, wie Wiggins Pass (mit Bootsanleger, Boot und Jet-Ski-Verleih, usw.) und Tennis. Bonita Beach ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und Ft. Myers Beach ist ca. 20-30 Minuten entfernt. Mercato Einkaufszentrum, mit Whole Foods, Silverspot Film-Theater, Blue Martini, ein Pub und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten., Ist nur über die Straße aus der Nachbarschaft. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe mehrere Restaurants, ein zweites Kino, LA Fitness und öffentliche Tennisplätze. Es gibt einen Publix an jedem Ende der Nachbarschaft (weniger als eine Meile oder so) und ein WalMart weniger als eine halbe Meile von der Bungalow. Waterside Shopping (mit Neiman Marcus, Saks, Louis Vuitton, Ann Taylor, Talbots, etc.) ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt und Neapel 5th Avenue Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ca. 15-20 Minuten entfernt. Naples Zoo ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und ist eine wunderbare Zoo. Naples Wasserpark ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Der Hundestrand ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Unser Bungalow verfügt über Fahrräder für Ihren Einsatz und den ganzen Strand Gang müssen Sie ..... oder Layout am Pool und Pizza bestellen, von einem unserer lokalen Pizzerien oder Grill draußen auf dem neu gebauten Deck. Es gibt viele Festivals und Aktivitäten das ganze Jahr über zu tun. Golfplätze sind in ganz Neapel, mit einem öffentlichen Golfplatz nur 10 Minuten entfernt (rufen Sie uns über den Zugriff auf private Golfplätze). Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad Zugang. Für bis zu 6. Es gibt TV und DVD-Player in den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie der Wohnbereich. Alle Küchen Klammern für jene Nächte, die Sie in bleiben wollen zur Verfügung gestellt! Beinhaltet Kabel und Highspeed-Internet.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The property is tucked away on a nice street with biking and walking trails close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s clean, exquisitely appointed, and the heated pool is great! The owners were friendly, available if needed, and great communicators. Highly recommended, and we would certainly look forward to returning.

We have never stayed in a rental where the owner had so anticipated every need and provided for it. All the little things you are reluctant to buy for a short stay were there - cleaning products, aluminum foil, spices, etc., etc. Tons of beach equipment, pool toys, even bicycles.
The house was immaculate and spacious, so that everyone had a place to be together or apart.
Everything we were looking to do was within a five-minute drive, including the beach. Owner was super nice.

The host was responsive and attentive as well as accommodating. The place itself was really nice, and in a perfect location. The beach was 5 minutes away so we biked. The pool was lovely!

Superb villa and location
Throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos except with new bbq and pool loungers. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a super vacation in a quiet location. We especially made good use of the park pass to gain access to Delnor Wiggins state park which is a short walk or drive from the villa. Tracy and Jon were great to deal with and addressed any issues within hours. Already thinking about staying again next year

Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

Great home in Naples
Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives:
-pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc.
-beds were extremely comfortable.
-check in process easy.
-notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay.
The negatives:
-some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris.
-there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing.
-some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced.
-the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.

Great stay as described
Arriving for a work weekend in Naples, my colleague and I were very happy find a very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The house was everything we needed and then some! We were only sorry that we didn't get a chance to make use the bikes, pool, games, and other recreational opportunities!

Palm rat haven
Left an apple out to find it half eaten in the morning. My husband looked around the house and found more evidence. Eventually got our money returned but find a place to stay ASAP with a dog. Clearly VRBO Abe owner do not care about health or safety of renters because house was immediately rented again. New renters unaware. Yuck! Never rent here or from VRBO again.

The location of 1 mile from the beach made this a hit with our family! Close to great shopping and not too far from sites.
Host went out of her way to get us a new bike pump when needed and assist with needed tools. Kitchen was well equipped and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

She graciously immediately offered to move us to one of her different properties a few streets over. Not wanting to be high maintenance, we decided to just stay. However after nonstop drilling, dump trucks and the inability to get into our driveway, we took Tracy up on her offer. Her communication and flexibility was so appreciated. Both properties were outstanding. My boys loved swimming in the pool all week. The houses are both stocked with so many amenities, including everything you Need for the pool and beach, as well as fully stocked kitchen items. I would definitely recommend any of her properties based on her communication and overall care about her guests stay. Thank you so much again, Tracy. Our week was wonderful
