Nothing

It was cold in the room. The number given in booking doesn’t work! I took a taxi and called many times the numbers given outside the hotel. It s true that it was abut 11 pm but it is a hotel. At the end a guy answered and arrived in 10 minutes. He took me 45 lev even if my reservation in booking was for 35 lev. The man told me he is owning also the bus company with the buses for Bucurest. As I had to travel to Bucurest the next day he told me he will do a reduction on the price of the bus ticket, but had no my PCR test result yet and insisted he to give me the change. He did it. In the morning when I take my pcr result and arrive at the bus station to take the bus for Bucurest, the same man told me there was no place for me. That was my bad experience with this hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, and one of the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice! Diana, thank you very much!

Clean place, they have AC in the room, the rooms looks nice.

There is no fridge in the room. The parking is on the street. The breakfast is the same every day.
