The apartment is very trendy in a brilliant location. It's easy to access and in the city center. I haven't met the host, but my pair has said that the host was brilliant.

- Very good location. Walkable distance to the central train station and many turist attractions.

- Comfortable bed and sofa
- The neighbors door was extremely loud. Could easily wake you up in the night.
- The bathroom was very tight.
- You have to walk 4 floor up the stairs.

We had a problem with me and with my daughter only in the room. We suffered allergen because of some substance in the room. Probably sofa or rag area might be the cause because had more reaction. We booked three nights but we gave up to continue to stay after the first night.
They said, "You can then provide it to our travel insurance company for any reimbursement of unused nights."
I thought they were so kind,,,. But finally that was not true. No reimbursement.... They said mistype.
After change the accommodation, we recovered well & we could enjoy Helsinki.

i liked the view outside, how spacious it was with the high roof and even a futon on a little 2nd floor.
The walk up the stairs was a bit tedious but not a big problem in the long run, the doors were a bit old school so a handle fell off which I had to re attach. and the walls are quite thin so the neighbours loud activities could be heard very clearly, even something as miniscule as him taking off his shoes echoed into the apartment.

Host is very nice and helpful. The flat is clean, comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is big and comfortable
It's nothing bad, but there is no elevator. Something to keep in mind if you are an elderly couple or injured

The apartment is very good located, the city center and public transport is nearby. View is perfect. There is everything you need, plus host is very nice and provide you with all necessary info you need for your stay.

We have use the place to stay during our business trip. The location is great, the place is very cosy to stay in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.
Some people may have issues with the ongoing construction development at the seaside, which may be present for a while, but we did not mind.

In a year this comment is obsolete, but right now there is huge construction happening right in front of the house. We tried to not be inside during day, as even with pretty good windows it was bad, since the drilling and hammering went through your body. There was no mention of this in the description and the owner just shrugged and said they would stop at night.

The studio has everything you need, including spices, coffee and oil in the kitchen, as well as shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Thoughtful and pleasing design. Very clean. Excellent comfortable bed. Wonderful view from the window.
Now the embankment is being repaired in front of the house - it can be noisy if you open the windows. Apartment on the fifth floor without elevator - good fitness :)

walking up 4 floors. it was a struggle for a senior with bad legs.

The studio is decorated in good taste and is in a good location in a nice neighbourhood near the centre of Helsinki with good connections (busses, trams, metro) and has a sea view. The bed is very comfortable, this is really important for me.
The biggest surprise was that there is no lift and the flat is located on the fifth floor. The staff member helped me by carrying my case upstairs. For me it’s not a problem to climb up a few flights of stairs but it might have been. Maybe this info was somewhere but it was hidden as I was not aware of it beforehand. The bathroom is very small. There was some noise from a construction site outdoors, this will go on until 2023 or 24 if I understood things correctly. Theyr’re building a new bridge right in front of the flat.

Nice open apartment and well thought out spaces with all the modern cons including a washing machine and dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable and in room heating was just right. room had a great view and was quiet.
Close to all activities and tourist attractions.
Nothing for us but if you found stairs a problem apartment is on the 4th floor,
