Al ser un lugar compartido sin alguien físico que lo administre las reglas no se siguen; escuche mucho ruido de niños jugando en la noche; no se tenía acceso al estacionamiento y a pesar de eso se escuchó cómo salió y entró en múltiples ocaciones un coche en la madrugada, el ruido me despertó en múltiples ocaciones a lo largo de toda la noche; la habitación olía mucho a humedad y la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada por lo que el agua se acumulaba. No recomiendo el lugar si tienes planeado descansar.

Great location, secure property and ease of check-in after contacting owners. The rooms were great in size, the common area was also ideal giving more space to the stay. Great little restaurant just around the corner for breakfast was perfect. Wi-fi worked great too and would happily stay again.

Shower taps and water needs to be repaired... I can understand Mexico doesn't have the best plumbing system but even the tap was loose in one of the bathroom sinks, the water pressure low as well as having to wait a decent amount of time for the hot water to turn on. Floors need to be mopped as well and floor mats replaced or cleaned.

This place is an absolute gem. Its really kitted out for business people stopping in León. It's got a lovely communal area with a kitchen,fridge and water. Then there is a lounge area with dining table. The place is very quiet at night and very well served by Uber and Didi and very easy to find by taxi. The restaurant ' El Jardin de Bugambilias ' is an easy 1 to 2 minutes walk away and makes a great place for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week ( not Monday) . Upstairs we always stay in Room 1 and it's got good WiFi and a very comfortable King size bed. Totally recommended

If you want flash places to stay this might not be for you. If you want a very comfortable quiet place it will be fantastic.

There was no breakfast. Walking distance to almost everything.

The rooms have no ac so it was extremely hot. Shower curtain was to short so every time I shower there would be water all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom didn't have bathroom mats to catch the water. Wifi would turn off around 11pm every night.

It's a lovely room in a very quiet area but it is not far from all the attractions. Very easy to walk, uber or didi. Just around the corner is a fantastic place for breakfast or you can make your own in the communal kitchen. Super clean

It was a very small problem. Last time we booked as we were coming in to the city we got a message totally explaining how to enter both the property and the room. This time, we put the same arrival time and went to a restaurant. At the end of our meal, we still had not received any instructions. We sent both a message through the app and by email and finally got a response. Which meant either or both message got through and the problem was sorted.

Super comfortable apartment with balcony. Lovely shower, and very high quality. Great location but very quiet in the night. Didn't really look at the rest of the house just went down for some water but everything looked good. We loved the check in, its all done by codes on your phone so it's very easy and you feel like you are arriving home.

Only one little thing the towel hook in the bathroom wasn't fixed properly to the wall.

I tried to comunicate with the property but i didnt got response in two days . The room was really hot and the fan wasnt enought to be able to sleep.

Everything. Super comfortable rooms with amazing decoration. It makes you feel like home. The staff-less service is great. Literally it's like getting to your own home. The neighborhood is very quiet so you get a perfect rest through the night. I definitely recommend this suites. The best cost/value ratio on this side of the city.
