Sehr geräumige, luxuriös eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen der slowenischen Hauptstadt Ljubljana. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer privaten Villa und bietet den ganzen Komfort eines Zuhauses. Das Stadtzentrum liegt nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt, alternativ können die Gäste die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen.
Diese 75 m2 große Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Pflegeprodukten (Duschgel, Shampoo, Flüssigseife, Haartrockner) und einen Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Glaskeramikherd, elektrischer Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien). Wir bieten auch Grundnahrungsmittel (Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl, Essig, Instant-Kaffee, Auswahl an Teebeutel). Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Grill.
Bei der Buchung steht Ihnen das gesamte Apartment für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Es gibt keine gemeinsamen Räume.
WLAN steht Ihnen im gesamten Hotel kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Von der Straße parken ist auch vorhanden. Ihre Haustiere sind willkommen, ohne zusätzliche Gebühren zu bleiben.

This apartment was ideal for our stay. The host’s daughter met us and explained everything and answered our questions. She was very sweet and helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised - rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is outstanding as it’s a very short 4 minute drive to the city! Overall, very great stay and we would definitely come back if we visit Slovenia again.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment minutes outside of city center. Either 20 minute walk or 6 minute car ride (best to park at Kongresni Trg/Congress Square), a block from Presernov Square. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one rather small, other good sized. Beds are comfortable, well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Combo washer/dryer. Nice dining space with large table, comfortable couch. Bathrooms are very clean and updated but with tiny showers only. Dedicated parking space adjacent to home. Just 5 minute walk to Spar grocery store. Stasa is fluent in multiple languages, greets you there upon arrival, then provides you with complete quiet and privacy.

Stasa was very responsive to our queries and the yard by the apartment is beautiful, even though we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out and about most of the time. Great water pressure in the showers and lots of hot water. Definitely recommend. Spacious main bedroom and comfortable second bedroom.

The flat was well-equipped and very comfortable for two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. With sensible management of the blinds, the flat stayed pleasantly cool, despite the 30 degree heat outside. It's perfectly walkable into town, or to the Tivoli Gardens (where we went to take refuge from the sun!). A great base from which to explore Ljubljana.
Stasa was really helpful, and we ate twice at a local restaurant she recommended.

Great property. Very comfortable for the five of us. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely back garden with grill. Short walk to the old town. Quick access to the highway to get to other parts of Slovenia. Would definitely come back again.

This place was just perfect. It was beautiful, clean, and she had provided everything we might need. The communication was excellent and the place was roomy and great for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed it and would definitely rent from her again.

Nice house with a fully equipped kitchen , , large yard with outdoor table , free parking in a nice quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to the grocery store. Our host Stasi was super nice, and always available.Ljubljana a short driving distance away, we enjoyed a lazy relaxing riverboat road, the town squares with many cafés, shopping, and the castle visit.

Great apartment with enough space for 3 adults. Was very nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths so no issues with sharing. Well appointed kitchen, lovely yard and overall comfortable stay. Location convenient to highways as well as city center. Hostess, Stasa was very welcoming and helpful. Also great having a specified parking spot as street parking is at a premium. Totally recommend.

This was such a great location and great place. Plenty of room, two bathrooms, everything you could need and blessedly, air conditioning. Stasa is a lovely host, well prepared, detailed, available for questions and prompt responses. Everything was in good repair, beds were comfortable, place was quiet. Easy walk to downtown. Price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

The flat is on the ground floor of a very pleasant house with a large garden. It is completely renewed and very well equiped. It's very well situated what ever you want to do: go by foot in the old center town or escape the town with a car. Last but not least the owner is very nice.

Great stay near city center
My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and his parents for three nights. It was perfect for us as we cooked at night at the apartment and it is close to a huge park for kids and the city center. My father in law enjoyed using the grill to grill fish every night that he picked out at the fish market. The owner Stasa is also very accommodating and friendly!

What a great apartment with everything you need.
We were very impressed with the way the apartment had everything we needed, that the hostess was so helpful and charming and that the location was within walking distance of the centre. Of the 4 weeks we have been travelling through 6 different countries this apartment was by far the best.

A beautiful place with a wonderful host!
You could not have asked for more in this wonderful setting and house. Our host went out of her way to make everything perfect. This apartment was spotless and very welcoming. The city is beautiful with so much history and charm. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer.

The kitchen was very well equipped with ceramic hob and a dishwasher and everything that one would need including an electric kettle. There was a washing machine to use too. The beds were very comfortable indeed with plenty of wardrobe space and lots of hangers. We had our two Westies with us and they loved the garden. The lounge was very comfortable and the whole apartment was light and airy. Every window had electric shutters which made us feel very secure when we left to go sight-seeing. There were also air-conditioning units in the two bedrooms which was a super addition as it was very hot when we were there in mid-May. The owner was very helpful and charming. We absolutely loved Ljubljana. We felt very safe there - it is a wonderful, vibrant, classy city with so much to do and see. Dont hesitate to book this apartment and see this wonderful city.

Great Place to Stay
This was a wonderful apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too! The host was so friendly and helpful. It is a short walk away from city center. The city's residents are so friendly and warm. We really enjoyed our visit here. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
