This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy for a Christmas ski vacation. We loved how close it was to the gondola, although there is construction that requires you to walk around - but still a very short walk. The hot tubs were great after a day of skiing along with the steam room. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This was perfect for us to walk a short distance to the gondola. It was a wonderful vacation!

Right in the heart of keystone. Great pool and perfect for our family of 6.

The property is not maintained, many lights and appliances do not work. No windows would open the cranks are all stripped. The grill is not operable. no propane and the grill is disgusting. Very disappointed in this property and will be telling others. The owner needs to upgrade and fix things or sell it to someone that will represt this property honestly. The check in was even failed as the lock box was jamed and it took us over a hour just to get into the building.

We had a great stay in this condo. It had everything we needed, and the main draw to this property, the heated pool with a slide and two hot tubs, as well as a kiddie wading pool, did not disappoint. We loved being able to open the windows and hear the river rushing outside, and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils we needed. My only suggestion for the kitchen would be to include a dish drying rack and more towels - there was only one hand towel, and so that meant drying dishes with paper towels, which seems wasteful. I would also include dish cloths for wiping counters and hand washing dishes. We loved how easy it is to walk to Keystone Village and to access the beautiful walking trail that goes along the creek. Although we did not use it, it was a nice surprise to have the fitness equipment available in the building. As others mentioned in their reviews, this building is very, very warm. The day we arrived was rainy and in the 50s, and the thermostat in the unit was turned to 65, but the unit was broiling nonetheless. We had to open the windows at every opportunity and use every fan we could find to cool it down, but being on the first floor meant we didn't want to leave them open at night, so that made sleeping fairly uncomfortable. I don't know that there is anything the owner can do about this because the thermostat was turned way down, but it was my least favorite part of the stay. This was our first time in Keystone, and we were so pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. This was a double-edged sword, though, as it meant that many of the shops and restaurants were not open, had reduced hours, or had very long waits even though they were not busy (this was obviously also related to the pandemic). We ended up eating out for dinner in Frisco instead. We were still glad to be staying in Keystone - we loved the scenery and the peace and quiet. We were only planning to eat one dinner out, so it was easy enough to drive to another town for that.

The location was really awesome. The place had nice TVs in each bedroom and the living room. A few of the appliances show their age, however the overall stay was pleasant. It may state this somewhere, but there is no laundry within the unit. Oliver was very helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay in Keystone. The pool and hot tub were perfect for night swims. The trails and stores were close and fun to explore. Would definitely stay there again.

This property has the best location of any we've had in several years at Keystone. Steps out the back door to the river run gondola. The property manager / owner was so gracious with us. We had a lot of questions because of an impending storm, and he kindly took the time to help. It's also a corner property, so felt larger than it actually is, with lots of windows. Some notes for when you come, should you rent the property:- upper bunks are really only appropriate for young children. My kids were too big (but slept comfortably on the bottom bunk)- Beds are comfortable; but if you like supportive pillows you might want to bring your own - the condo is equipped with smart TV's that are logged in to Netflix and Prime Video. How awesome! We watched a new series on Netflix nightly. Great "perk" of the condo. - Plenty of cookware available - we cooked all meals in the home for the week. - the property is hot. This isn't the individual condo; it's the Springs. We slept with the window open and it was fine - There is a large City Market in Dillon, on the way in to Keystone; but there is also a small grocery store with essentials in River Run, should you forget anything. - with Covid, hot tubs reservations are a must. Do it early! They booked up ahead of our days there and we couldn't get the times we wanted. We still managed to use them. The whole pool complex is amazing - heated pool and hot tubs. Young kids will LOVE it. Includes a slide!

Easy check in and out. Parking included. Great location.

Super easy check in process. Owner was great to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Condo worked well for our family of 6. Only negatives were the kitchen utensils, cookware, and baking sheets. We cooked all of our meals and really struggled with the kitchen equipment. All other aspects of the condo were perfect!!

The location of this property is phenomenal. 3-5 minute walk to the gondola and restaurants, small grocery and shops. The accommodations are perfect for a ski vacation. The check in process is more complicated than necessary and there is no one on the property to answer any questions. I wish I had known about the reservation system for the hot tub/pool prior to arriving so that I would know to check into that as soon as we got there.

Great location! Bed situation was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice having 2 bathrooms, and a mudroom entrance for all the snow gear.

I give this property 5 stars simply on location alone. Being able to walk out the back door and cross the parking lot to the gondola was so nice. Also just steps from River Run Village. We never used our car or the bus system once. The pool and hot tubs were great as well. The unit could use some new pots and pans. The only nonstick pan was flaking. We would absolutely rent again!

Ideal location next to the River Run village and gondola. The check in process was too easy and it was a bonus to have a heated car garage. After a full day of snowboarding, it was nice to have the jacuzzis open for relaxation and recovery. I highly recommend this place and will stay again next trip to keystone.

This property is located just steps to the Gondola and to restaurants and bars. Our 4-year old son loved the pool and water slide. We will definitely return!

Building is a bit outdated but the location more than made up for it!

This was a great place to stay for 6 of us on a quick ski trip. The walk to the Summit Express lift or River Run Gondola only took about 5 minutes. You can go right out the back door of the condo or go through the lobby and pool area out the gate to get to the bridge that leads right into the River Run village center with lots of shops and restaurants. The two hot tubs were great and the pool was nice and warm. One of the hot tubs is adults only. Pool towels are provided out by the pool. Only thing that would have made the stay better would be an in-unit washer/dryer.

Beds are comfortable great condo. Just a few little things I have enjoyed when I stayed at other places. A welcome bottle of wine and a few more basic things like a nice bottle of shampoo and conditioner , oil for cooking and a welcome letter with suggestions of close restaurants and things to see and do. Overall we had a nice stay , thank you for hosting .

The beds are wonderful and the fireplace really adds to the ambiance. The radiant heat is nice, but does take several hours to be effective throughout. Very peaceful as the ground level corner unit.

We love coming here! The condo has everything we need and is right next to the lifts. It is perfect for our family.
