"Turtle Rock" LBJ Waterfront Lake House Cottage
Dieses Cottage am See ist in Designerhand und spiegelt die Reisen nach Costa Rica, Hawaii und Florida wider. Es ist in frischen und ruhigen Farben und Möbeln eingerichtet. Es liegt am Wasser und hat eine wunderschöne schattige Veranda mit Blick auf den See. Es ist ein komplett restauriertes Cottage aus den 1950er Jahren mit unglaublichem Charme. Die Lage ist wunderbar für Familien mit so vielen Dingen innerhalb eines Blocks - zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, Café, Dairy Queen und vielen anderen Restaurants. Durch den wunderschönen offenen Grundriss können die Gäste miteinander verbunden werden. Der große Wohnbereich, der Essbereich und die Küche sind mit einem sehr großen Bauerntisch und Barhockern an der Theke offen für die gesamte Gruppe. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sehr weiche Matratzen und 400 Laken. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und der Schlafraum hat ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Darüber hinaus enthält die Schlafcouch ein ausziehbares Bett in voller Größe. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und der Schlafraum haben beide einen Flachbildfernseher. vs mit kabel. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50 "-Flachbildschirm mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten, auf denen sich jeder nach einem Tag beim Schwimmen oder Angeln entspannen kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, hochwertigem Kochgeschirr und Küchenutensilien und macht das Kochen zum Vergnügen! Der Schlafraum und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben ein speziell angefertigtes Scheunentor, das aus Gründen der Privatsphäre auf einer Schiene gleitet. Dieses Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht und ist ein großartiger Ort, an dem die Kinder schwimmen können. Das Haus verfügt über Poolflöße, ein Kajak, ein Paddelboot und Fahrräder. Für diejenigen, die ein Boot oder Jet-Ski haben, ist das Dock gepolstert und mit Haken zum Binden ausgestattet. Für diejenigen, die kein Boot oder Jetski haben, ist ein Bootsverleih 50 Meter entfernt und sie liefern Ihnen ein Boot, damit Sie es genießen können. Das Angeln vom Steg aus ist ein beliebter Zeitvertreib der Besitzer sowie das Beobachten der Enten. This trip was to give my 20 yr old and 9 yr old a place to fish while I could have a place to relax as needed. This home was the perfect fit! My sons fished, I was able to watch and spend time with them without being on a boat all day. We also went down to the bait shop and fished off the property there. It was a great weekend trip and I would definitely stay here again!! Great house, super clean, very cute decor, super close to other places to see and close to HEB for supplies.

The lake water behind the home was dirty and murky. I would not recommend for anyone who has kids who want to swim or anyone with jet skis. The murky, dirty water will destroy the jet ski intake.

This cute cottage was very comfortable and well stocked for our family vacation. The location on LBJ was convenient. You could almost walk to HEB and a quick boat ride to wake point or boat town. Our host was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating.

This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area.

Perfect! We needed a little get away before the holidays and this spot was perfect. We were here for three nights. The first day it was cold and rainy. We spent the day inside watching movies cuddled on the comfy couches, putting together puzzle and playing games on the long wooden table. The next day was sunny a warm. We spent the day kayaking and eating lunch on the porch. My 14yr was happy about having a room all to himself on the opposite side of the house. It was a wonderful relaxing three days. Thank you!

A wonderful long weekend. The kayaking and swimming in the inlet was wonderful for small children. Heat was awful, but, air conditioning and nice breeze on the porch made it comfy for those not on water. Looking forward to visit next month.

We stayed over the New Years holiday. The house is located right in town and super convenient to everything. Boat access is great too, but the water is fairly shallow by the house. The house is cozy and comfortable. The weather was nice so we enjoyed the back porch and being just steps away from lake made the fishing easy.

We loved our stay in this lake house. We loved sitting on the back porch while our kids used the kayaks. So peaceful! We were also able to come and go from Inks Lake because it was such a short drive. The house was comfortable and well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again!

Great little out of the way cottage. The loudest thing around was our kids. Great little spot for young kids to learn fishing. Paddleboat was fun. Tricia was excellent and very attentive to needs and questions. We're definitely going back.

Tricia is a wonderful host. The property was just as described on a very nice and quiet finger of LBJ. Two of our sons joined us the first night to celebrate a birthday and then the following night we had friends for a lovely and fun dinner. The dining table and back porch facing the lake were our favorite places to enjoy each other’s company and the lake. Loved the paddle boat. We brought our own kayaks, however there were two available. Good fishing! The only thing we would have changed was to stay another night.

We have a great time and so enjoyed this lovely little home. It was perfect for our family of 3. The beds were super comfortable, and home was so quiet. It's been lovingly decorated while keeping some of the original beauty of classic touches! The owner has given much thought to sharing her family with each guest; it is full of beautiful pictures and memories! We rented jet skis for 3 days and enjoyed the quiet cove that this home is located on. A quick 5-minute trek in idle through the cove lands you on the gorgeous open water of Lake LBJ. HEB is just right around the corner (literally 2 minute) for any meal needs and last-minute snacks. I loved the simplicity of this small town feel; it was exactly what I needed to escape the city and stress of corporate America. We can't wait to return! We enjoyed our stay in Kingsland. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We liked the seating arrangement in the family room, there was comfortable seating for all six of us. The suggestions I would make would be 1) more hooks/places to hang clothing - there are no closets, and 2) a storage unit or table in the bathroom off the kitchen for guests to place their toiletries. I would stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

Just what I family needed to escape this loud and crazy world
The host was amazing and we loved the property. Not only was the space clean, but it smelled fresh and everything had its place and was decorated beautifully. The home had all the amenities you would need, just bring yourselves and the food. My teens were comfortable, They enjoyed walking outside to the Kayaks and paddle boats to take off whenever they wanted. Plenty of shade and easy access to wherever you wanted to go in Kingsland. The property is a few hundred yards away from the a famous home that was used in a scary movie in the 1970s. Kids loved that! If you want to get your mind off of life, and want a charming and relaxing home to fish, float and relax, then this is the one!!!! Perfect for a romantic couples getaway, friends or the family! We will be staying again and again!

The best place!
Loved the house! It had everything we needed to cook, bake or even make our smoothies. The king bed is phenomenal! We slept great! The canoes and paddle boat were both so fun. The teens paddled to Dairy Queen for afternoon ice cream. The boat rental was just down the street and it was easy to pick up and drive it right to the tie up. Great house! We will be back!

Spotless! Enjoyed our family visit there. Resides on Cove - easy access to Lake LBJ with jet skiis and boats. Cove safe for canoes, etc. Easy walking to HEB, Donut Shop, Dairy Queen, etc.

amazing view and adorable cottage
My three grandchildren, daughter and sister in law stayed at this property earlier this week and we had a wonderful time. The fact the water is about 10 feet from the porch was so amazing. My grandkids learned to kayak and the thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boat and swimming.
The cottage is so cute and comfy. You feel like you can just relax and enjoy your family and the view while lounging around in the living room. The mattresses were so comfortable that we all slept extremely well. HEB is down the block and Burnet and Marble Falls are very close to the cabin. We will definitely stay here again!

The open living/kitchen area was comfortable with plenty of room to be together without feeling crowded. The shade trees kept the plant life from being overgrown in the water making it a nice place to float. The house came with kayaks which we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are small and not lots of storage so you will live out of the suitcase in the secondary rooms. The washer and dryer were helpful with the baby. The kitchen was well stocked! The house is decorated with great. Attention to detail and is very cute. The location is close to everything you need and yet you feel away from everything right on the water! We all agreed we would stay there again!

Nice place to stay
The house was just as it is described in the ad. The beds are super comfortable, my granddaughter took long naps on the king size bed. That’s not her norm. Ha ha my son did catch some perch and a couple of bass. Be prepared for mosquitos tho, they love your blood!!! Close to stores and restaurants. This is a good place to stay, Tricia is awesome and easy to contact.

Amazing Place
My friend and I stayed June 8th thru June 11th. The home is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Sitting on the porch and just spending time with God's nature was such a blessing. We will definitely stay again. Everything was perfect.

Making Family memories with grandkids!
The lake house was charming, beds was very comfortable, it was nice having a washer n dryer with seven grandkids. After a long day paddle boating and kayaking, we truly enjoyed the TV and just relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Lake Cottage
Overall this lake house has a beautiful location, design, and furnishings. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious, modern, and well furnished. the beds were quite comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints had to do with the bathrooms, which had no bath soap for the showers; fortunately we had bars of soap that we had brought with us. Also the latch on the laundry area bathroom door needs to be replaced with a door knob that will allow the door to close without a hook latch.

My friends and I enjoyed a nice getaway for my 30th birthday at Turtle Rock! It was very relaxing and peaceful. We grilled, fished, and played games. It was exactly what I wanted for my 30th. Tricia was a great host! Will definitely go back again!!
