Excellent & very relaxing environment. Everything clean with a modern design. Amazing pools, bars and restaurants. Professional staff, top quality service, superb rooms (especially those with the private swimming pool). The breakfast and dinner buffet were nice and delicious.

As a 5 star hotel could have bigger buffet with a bit more variety.

We like everything apart from food. We had a great time with our friends.

Exceptionally clean with very pleasant staff in a nice setting. pool area is great.

Slope into the pool is a hazard. We were fine but saw some near miss slips when people walking into/out of the pool. simple handrail would fix that. Furniture in bedroom could benefit from handles to open the unit housing the safe for example. The downstairs indoor shower rooms need a male/female marking on the door similar to the toilet door.

The staff was very attentive and professional. The breakfast was quite good.

The beds were very soft for me. It was not value for money

Staff was excellent and always willing to help! Food in all restaurants were great (highly recommend the steaks in American Beef restaurant)

Gorgeous Hotel, tucked away in a quieter part of Protaras but a short walk to the main resort town along either a beautiful coastal path or direct via the main road. Room was spotless with a stunning view, the pool and the staff at the were brilliant. The booking system for pool beds was a relief as it avoids bed hogging.

Nothing to fault on the hotel, hope to come back soon.

Breakfast was amazing! The views and the sunrise was spectacular. Our bed was very comfortable and we loved our white towelling bathrobes.

I didn't really like the surrounding area as not many authentic restaurants. The sun loungers were a little dirty.

Excellent breakfast, with the option of a late breakfast so that you could enjoy a few extra hours in bed! Great quiet location and close to the beach. You could also reserve your sun beds by the pool, throughout your stay and thus not have to worry about waking up early. The pool bar offers nice drinks and snacks as well as complimentary refreshing fruit after a long day in the sun. Finally, the rooms were spacious and modern, with daily housekeeping.

Modern and clean, adults only. The housekeeping staff worked extremely hard as the restaurant one. The nearby beaches are all crystal clear and beautiful but you need to have special shoes as there are plenty of rocks. Hoped to see some turtles but unfortunately it didn't happen. Nice bars and cafes are nearby the hotel.

Customer service is not the main strenght of a night receptionist. Quite overpriced hotel, very small buffet area so it was constantly busy plus nobody told us we needed to reserve officially (through some staff) sun lounger so we had an accident with it. Never reserved lougers before anywhere. The main buffet restaurant in the evening outside area is quite dark, I would prefer more light.The Ginger restaurant wasn't impressive as well,very slow service, pricey and a waiter there was spiky. Only 18euros was the allowance per person which we weren't aware about.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff eager to please guests. Easy access to downtown Protaras, just 15 minutes walking. Quiet and awesome sea views. Must visit :)
