Kommen Sie und genießen Sie eine echte "Up North" Hütte am Red Sand Lake in BEAUTIFUL Brainerd MN. Diese Hütte verfügt über eine ebene Höhe von der Hütte zum See. Major reason for choosing this property was the lower level"s bed set up. With 2 double beds and a single this was meant for my daughter's family with 3 children. Everything was so damp (bedding even felt wet)and musty smelling no one could stand to be down there. We had to go buy air mattresses and bedding so they could set up in the living room. We were determined to enjoy our vacation and made the best of it. The littles had a good time and that's what mattered in the end.

What a great time we had! We enjoyed sitting outside watching the activity on the lake. The cabin offered everything we needed. Great location - easy to get to Brainerd/Nisswa. Many golf courses close by. This is a must stay. You will love it!

I rented this house for a family dinner on a Friday evening. I really love this house. It 's accesibility for me is a super plus as I am physically challenged.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I loved the lake and the views from the house. My great grandkids loved the treehouse.
I hope to rent this home again. The location of the house allows my kids and grandkids to come and go because they live in the area.

Our group of 8 who graduated college together 35+ years ago gather every winter for a little retreat. We played games, did a puzzle, shared food and stories. Had a great time!

We had a group of 7 including one elderly person. The home is one level and the bathrooms were spacious. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The owner was very nice. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star review is the lake is very shallow and weedy. Fishing is challenging. We rented a pontoon and maybe would not have knowing that now. It’s a very quiet area and the outdoor space is awesome!

The water pressure was an issue. If someone was using the washer or in a bathroom, the kitchen sink water pressure was horrible.
Also - the Keurig coffee machine was unusable and must be deep cleaned. I opened it up and there was a live bug moving around. Thankfully there was a drip coffee maker which worked great
The neighbors and the lake were peaceful. It was a great location even though it was by the public landing site. The sand pit was a hit with the little ones!
Overall it was a nice cabin for a larger group.

My husband and I along with our adult son stayed for 3 nites. This cabin was perfect for us…a great space, fabulous porch to watch the lake and play games, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Great location to restaurants, golfing, as well as Gull Lake. Loved the early check in!

We had a group of 8 guys stay for 3 days for our annual Brainerd golf weekend. This place worked out perfect. Location was great (near lots of the courses). It was nice relaxing on the patio looking at the lake each night! We will definitely stay again!

Property very roomy and very clean. Even though it was a rather rainy, damp weekend, we enjoyed spending time in the cozy cabin/lake home. The beds were very comfortable! Cabin was very well stocked.
My five sisters and I enjoyed the weekend, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Top to bottom overall great experience. Very nice little sandy beach spot and cozy cabin feel. Nice firepit off the lake. Very well kept property inside. If anything to improve maybe being able to clear out a few more weeds. Other than that just excellent across the board.

We had a large group stay at this house over Labor Day weekend. It was a nice quiet location, clean house with easy check-in/checkout and we loves the kayaks and other amenities.

Great family cabin
The property met our expectations. Comfortable, clean, close to lake, ample parking. Only minor concern, the bedrooms were a little warm for sleeping. The temps were in the 90’s most days.

Great getaway!
The cabin was very accommodating, spacious, and clean. We had everything we needed and the setting was lovely. We also loved the location being a short drive from several different attractions, a state park, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. And we loved having a canoe and kayaks available to further enjoy and explore the beautiful lake. It was a great week!

Janett's rental was a nice place to spend two nights. Quiet neighborhood, lovely view of the lake. Bed comfortable, all necessities for cooking, although pots could use some updating.

Charming older lake-front property that has clearly been updated throughout. Close enough to town for a quick trip in for forgotten things, but far enough out to feel the tranquility.

Family getaway
I rented this cabin as a mid winter family weekend away Christmas gift for my wife. It was perfect, we spent the time relaxing, playing games, hanging out, and enjoying each other’s company. We would definitely rent this again any time any season.

Perfect spot
This cabin was ideal for our group on our hunting weekend trip. Everything was nice and clean and the owner and manager were super easy to work with and very accommodating to us.

We had trouble on how to turn on the TV one phone call and the owner was there in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of places to gather inside and out. Get location.

Enjoyed every minute!
We had a great time with our friends and teen children at this property. We enjoyed tubing and anchoring at a deep swimming hole, and kayaked as well. The small beach is shallow and well kept. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable. The lower level room was just perfect for the teens! The swings by the fire pit were a favorie place to sit and watch the lake, and the outdoor patio table was perfect for meals outside. We loved the screen porch in the mornings for coffee. The owner and manager were available and extremely helpful as we had to unexpectedly check out earlier than planned. They truly went above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay again in the future.

Convenient location, not a swimming lake
Overall the house had what we needed and was close to major attractions. The important things were clean (beds, floors, bathrooms, kitchen), however fans and light fixtures needed a good cleaning. The biggest disappointment was that the lake was too weedy to swim in (the kayaks and canoe were great though!).

We had a wonderful stay and we will certainly be back!The kids had a blast with all the sand toys and the little beach they got to splash around in. If there were kayaks / paddle boats, it would make this place even better. It didn't, however, change our view on the cabin. It's spacious, clean, has a beautiful updated bathroom and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It's a very reasonable price, it is close to stores and it has a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the lake. We all had a wonderful time!

Fall Golf Weekend
Fantastic location! Close to town and great golf courses. Nice cabin with modern updates. The lake looked nice, but we spent most the daylight golfing. Would certainly stay here again!

Great place! They've thought of everything
The lake home was very comfortable. Lot's of kids games and outside toys. Several spacious rooms so that people could split up or all be together. There was 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children ages 1 to 5. We could all sit together for meals at the dining table. The lake was so quiet and the shore sandy for the kids to play in. We loved our stay.
