The location is very secluded and exact directions are need for car services, but getting to the stadium or to the main strip during high volume times is very easy due to where this house is located. The home itself was great, the pool was amazing on hot days and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top at night. I would recommend this location to groups for their stay in Las Vegas.

Our entire family (17 people) stayed at this property. Very comfortable accommodations and proximity to Strip and other points of interest was mostly convenient. The pool was a definite plus!

We had a group of 20! 11 adults and 9 kids ranging from 2-11. We LOVED the pool! We were sad the playground and basketball goal were not there but the pool and space of the house was perfect for our large group. I’d bring a fan if you can during summer. It gets warmer downstairs! The location was perfect too. Walmart was right around the corner and we weren’t far from the strip and other Vegas attractions. Nathan was easy to reach and accommodating.

The house was spacious and enough room for everyone. 1 bed had to be stripped because the sheets was not clean. The air conditioning did not work in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the refrigerator was getting cold enough. We still enjoyed the house and our stay.

The property is spacious. We brought our grown kids and their families. Chose this property because it had a pool and playground for our young grandchildren. We got there and there was no playground. When I inquired, it was explained to me that the playground was broken and they removed it. This was very disappointing as this was a big reason we chose the property. Nobody contacted me about this which was also disappointing. There were some cooling issues with 2 bedrooms (no air coming through vents); living room outlet didn’t have a cover, broken shelf in storeroom refrigerator, kitchen refrigerator didn’t get cold enough and we had food spoil; garbage disposal didn’t work and was fixed during our stay; and there were a number more of little things. Management has been informed of issues and plans to fix them. The pool was FANTASTIC!

More than enough room for everyone.Disappointed that play structure in listing was removed, because my grandkids were with us I chose this property because of it having play structure for them, however they still had fun in the pool and putting green.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We did have one room that was getting hotter than the rest and they sent a tech out to look at it. The feedback I could provide is that it would be nice to have a spot to put suitcases in the room like they do in a hotel. Towel hooks in the bedrooms would be a nice addition as well. The grill works but needs a thorough cleaning. The pool table room is tight but we made it work and used it often. The communication was great, any concern we had were addressed quickly, and we loved the house.

Myself and 7 friends rented this large, spacious house and were not disappointed! It was more than enough space for us to feel absolutely comfortable. My bed was SSOO comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

We did enjoy our stay. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our group.
However, the current house condition did not reflect what was presented in the marketing pictures. The play structure was a pile of boards and nails and screws rendering it unusable. The basketball hoop was missing. The bedroom fans did not operate. There is a major water leak in the ceiling of the billiards room. There is a smoke detector hanging from ceiling in billiards room. The BBQ grill was filthy and broken, and required significant cleaning prior to use. Significant rubbish on the side of the house. HVAC vents are extremely dirty. Exposed wires hanging from light pole in yard.
Again, we did enjoy our stay, but either these items should be corrected or current pictures be used to market the accurate condition of the property. We would not have booked this property in this current condition.

We had a get together of retired former co-workers. The house is very well maintained and exception space and bathrooms for all. Property manager Nathan very responsive to any questions we had. On a small quiet street and yet close to many amenities.

The pool/spa was not heated and too cold to enjoy. It was also part of the reason for renting that property. Easy 10 min to the strip. 30 min to red rocks trails.

The house and location were great! There was so much to do and a ton of space for everyone. We ended up having 15 people from ages 4 to 74.
Even though it was chilly at night, we were able to use the hot tub. The location is great and an easy drive to anywhere on the strip, but also far enough off of the strip that it was quiet. Awesome stay!

Overall, this property suited all of our needs in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. What it lacked for equipment in the kitchen. It made up for with the great mattresses that provided us. All he sleep we needed.

Great place for our family’s Christmas holiday gathering. Nathan was unfailingly kind (he even had a Christmas tree up for us in the living room) and was very quick to respond when issues occurred, even on Christmas Day and very late at night. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for our big family, rooms were larger than they looked in the pics. The theater room was terrific. A few suggestions for the owner: update the spa equipment to improve the ease and reliability of heating (it was a bit finicky), replace the futon in the sitting room (the frame is broken-has a sharp piece of metal where a repair was previously attempted and the center support leg has no foot, so it’s digging into the flooring and leaving indentations in the wood), remove the rebar that sticks up near the base of the playset’s ladder and consider refinishing it to smooth down the splintery wooden parts. Still, this home overall, was a great house for our family, from our infants to our mobility-challenged elders.

Our family tradition to gather for the Holidays was far more memorable with our decision to meet in Vegas. What made this family reunion over the top was our find on VRBO of this property! Communication with the Nathan was smooth and we all felt very comfortable with the check in. From our 9 month old granddaughter to our oldest grandson at 19, we all had lots of room. Appreciated how close we were to everything we wanted. With 14 of us we had room to spare! We appreciated the well kept yard, pool and jacuzzi. We did spend a lot of time in the kitchen was made our family cooking time a comfortable experience.
We all decided that the next time we hit Vegas, we will be returning!

We stayed here during a work convention. We didn't get any use out of the pool, hot tub or putting surface, due to lack of time available to us at the end of each day. The house was clean, and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome. There was lots of room for everyone. Our grandchildren loved the pool table, the mini golf and of course the pool! Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Communication with host and check in process were great. The house is very large with many bedrooms and comfortable beds. It is typical of a 1970's ranch style house with a huge full basement. It was nice and clean with a clean and heated pool. The kitchen was adequately outfitted. A TV in the great room upstairs would be a huge plus if it had one. The pool cues needed some love and were too long for the small room. It is obviously an older home, but well maintained and worked well for our group of 8 friends that needed a gathering place. Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of shopping a block down the street. A great place to sleep if you have things to do and places to go in Las Vegas. Carpe Diem.

We came to Vegas to get married and wanted an actual house to stay in since we had kids. This house was perfect! It had so many rooms for our friends and family which were all spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool and playground just made the property so much better. Overall it was the perfect place for our getaway.

This property was amazing and completely met our needs. It’s well maintained in a quiet neighborhood close to conveniences like restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was wonderful to have during one of the hottest weekends and the entertainment room was perfect for viewing the online conference we had planned. Bedrooms were good size and well appointed. Communication with the owners was great and timely. Would definitely stay there again.
